Abstract
本发明涉及一种减震内管,包括铁管和铁管外围包设的塑料管,所述铁管和塑料管采用注塑方法一体成型,铁管为圆柱形,所述铁管外表面设有防滑纹路。由于铁管上外表面设有滚花纹,使得铁管的外表面较为粗糙,即铁管和塑料管间较为粗糙,加大了铁管与塑料管件的摩擦力,防止铁管在装配或使用过程中掉出塑料管。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件领域,涉及汽车内的液压减震系统,尤其是涉及一种减震内管。
背景技术
减震内管是用于汽车液压减震系统中的零部件,减震内管是由铁管嵌件和塑料注塑而成,由于铁管外表面很光滑,所以在使用过程中存在铁管脱离塑料管的情况,在使用过程中,当外力在1000N左右时,铁管就能从塑料管内分离,给后续的使用和安装造成诸多不便。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷,提供了一种铁管和塑料管不易分离的减震内管。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种减震内管,包括铁管和铁管外围包设的塑料管,所述铁管和塑料管采用注塑方法一体成型,铁管为圆柱形,所述铁管外表面设有防滑纹路。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,防滑纹路是滚花纹。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,铁管外表面一段设有滚花纹。
本发明的有益效果是:由于铁管上外表面设有滚花纹,使得铁管的外表面较为粗糙,即铁管和塑料管间较为粗糙,加大了铁管与塑料管件的摩擦力,防止铁管在装配或使用过程中掉出塑料管。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示一种减震内管,包括铁管1和铁管1外围包设的塑料管2,铁管1和塑料管2采用注塑方法一体成型,铁管1为圆柱形,所述铁管1外表面设有防滑纹路3;防滑纹路3是滚花纹;铁管外表面一段设有滚花纹,可根据需要调整滚花纹的长短,可在铁管的外表面均设有滚花纹,可也在铁管外表面的某一段设有滚花纹。
由于铁管上外表面设有滚花纹,使得铁管的外表面较为粗糙,即铁管和塑料管间较为粗糙,加大了铁管与塑料管件的摩擦力,防止铁管在装配或使用过程中掉出塑料管。

1.一种减震内管,其特征在于:包括铁管和铁管外围包设的塑料管,所述铁管和塑料管采用注塑方法一体成型,铁管为圆柱形,所述铁管外表面设有防滑纹路。
2.根据权利要求1所述减震内管,其特征在于:所述防滑纹路是滚花纹。
3.根据权利要求2所述减震内管,其特征在于:所述铁管外表面一段设有滚花纹。
