本发明公开了一种隐藏式双动碟刹,包括左侧卡钳、左侧静盘、左侧动盘、牵引臂、右侧动盘、右侧静盘、右侧卡钳和刹车线,左侧卡钳和右侧卡钳通过卡钳锁紧螺钉连接固定,左侧静盘和右侧静盘分别铆接在左侧卡钳和右侧卡钳的内部,左侧静盘和右侧静盘的钢球滚道中分别设置有左侧钢球和右侧钢球,牵引臂安装在左侧静盘和右侧静盘的内侧。本发明在刹车时刹车片相向双动,使碟盘居中不变形,延长了碟盘的使用寿命,装车调整时只要捏住刹把锁紧碟刹及可以,调整类似油压,调整简单容易;牵引臂是隐藏在顶盖中的,所以外形简洁美观,是承接高端机械碟刹及低端油压碟刹的产品,市场前景有潜力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种碟刹,具体是一种隐藏式双动碟刹。
背景技术
现在的市场上碟刹已经成为脚踏车刹车系统的首要选择项目。目前市场上流行使用的是单动机械碟刹、双动机械碟刹及油压碟刹。单动机械碟刹由于刹车片单边移动,所以碟盘会被推动到一边从而产生变形,装车时不易调整,且单动机械碟刹可以看见刹车线牵引臂,不够美观;同样的,目前市场上双动机械碟刹可以都可以看见刹车线和牵引臂,不够美观;油压碟刹容易漏油、热涨,具有难调整以及维修麻烦等弊端,且价格较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种碟盘不变形、使用寿命长的隐藏式双动碟刹,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种隐藏式双动碟刹,包括左侧卡钳、左侧静盘、左侧动盘、牵引臂、右侧动盘、右侧静盘、右侧卡钳和刹车线,所述左侧卡钳和右侧卡钳通过卡钳锁紧螺钉连接固定,所述左侧静盘和右侧静盘分别铆接在左侧卡钳和右侧卡钳的内部,左侧静盘和右侧静盘的钢球滚道中分别设置有左侧钢球和右侧钢球,所述牵引臂安装在左侧静盘和右侧静盘的内侧,所述左侧动盘和右侧动盘分别通过左侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉和右侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉固定在牵引臂的两侧,所述左侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉和右侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉背面的圆形凹槽中分别设置有左侧解锁环和右侧解锁环,所述左侧解锁环和右侧解锁环的中间通孔中分别设置有左侧磁石和右侧磁石,所述左侧磁石和右侧磁石的下方分别吸附有左侧刹车片和右侧刹车片,所述牵引臂的后侧设置有刹车线导引套,刹车线导引套的后侧设置有刹车线调节旋钮,所述牵引臂的上部还安装有刹车线锁紧螺母和刹车线锁紧螺钉,所述刹车线依次穿过刹车线引导套、刹车线锁紧螺母及牵引臂后从右侧卡钳的导线槽孔中伸出,所述左侧卡钳和右侧卡钳的上方通过塑料盖锁紧螺钉分别固定有左侧塑料盖和右侧塑料盖,所述左侧塑料盖和右侧塑料盖之间设置有顶盖。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述左侧动盘和右侧动盘上设置有六角台阶,牵引臂上设置有与所述六角台阶相配合的六角孔。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述左侧塑料盖和右侧塑料盖上均设置有滑轨,顶盖通过左侧塑料盖和右侧塑料盖的滑轨滑入包盖住牵引臂。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述牵引臂的材质为弹簧钢,牵引臂位于左侧卡钳和右侧卡钳的内侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在刹车时刹车片相向双动,使碟盘居中不变形,延长了碟盘的使用寿命,装车调整时只要捏住刹把锁紧碟刹及可以,调整类似油压,调整简单容易;牵引臂是隐藏在顶盖中的,所以外形简洁美观,是承接高端机械碟刹及低端油压碟刹的产品,市场前景有潜力。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-3,一种隐藏式双动碟刹,包括左侧卡钳1、左侧静盘2、左侧动盘3、牵引臂7、右侧动盘23、右侧静盘22、右侧卡钳10和刹车线13,所述左侧卡钳1和右侧卡钳10通过卡钳锁紧螺钉20连接固定,所述左侧静盘2和右侧静盘22分别铆接在左侧卡钳1和右侧卡钳10的内部,左侧静盘2和右侧静盘22的钢球滚道中分别设置有左侧钢球5和右侧钢球25,其中左侧静盘2和右侧静盘22的钢球滚道是完全镜像的,以保证刹车时左侧钢球5和右侧钢球25分别沿左侧静盘2和右侧静盘22的轴线相向运动,所述牵引臂7安装在左侧静盘2和右侧静盘22的内侧,牵引臂7位于左侧卡钳1和右侧卡钳10内侧,牵引臂7既起到牵引刹车线13的作用又起到刹车片回复弹簧的作用,所述左侧动盘3和右侧动盘23分别通过左侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉4和右侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉24固定在牵引臂7的两侧,所述左侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉4和右侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉24背面的圆形凹槽中分别设置有左侧解锁环8和右侧解锁环28,所述左侧解锁环8和右侧解锁环28的作用是防止刹车时刹车片抱死碟盘,起到解锁作用,所述左侧解锁环8和右侧解锁环28的中间通孔中分别设置有左侧磁石6和右侧磁石26,所述左侧磁石6和右侧磁石26的下方分别吸附有左侧刹车片9和右侧刹车片29,所述左侧磁石6和右侧磁石10用于同时吸附住左侧解锁环8、右侧解锁环28、左侧刹车片9和右侧刹车片29,所述牵引臂7的后侧设置有刹车线导引套11,刹车线导引套11的后侧设置有刹车线调节旋钮18,所述牵引臂7的上部还安装有刹车线锁紧螺母12和刹车线锁紧螺钉14,所述刹车线13依次穿过刹车线引导套11、刹车线锁紧螺母12及牵引臂7后从右侧卡钳10的导线槽孔中伸出,所述左侧卡钳1和右侧卡钳10的上方通过塑料盖锁紧螺钉19分别固定有左侧塑料盖15和右侧塑料盖17,所述左侧塑料盖15和右侧塑料盖17之间设置有顶盖16。
所述左侧动盘3和右侧动盘23上设置有六角台阶,牵引臂7上设置有与所述六角台阶相配合的六角孔,左侧动盘3和右侧动盘23的六角台阶插入到牵引臂7的六角孔内,再通过左侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉4和右侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉24分别将左侧动盘3、右侧动盘23和牵引臂7连接;所述左侧塑料盖15和右侧塑料盖17上均设置有滑轨,顶盖16通过左侧塑料盖15和右侧塑料盖17的滑轨滑入包盖住牵引臂7;所述牵引臂7的材质为弹簧钢。
所述刹车线13通过刹车线引导套11穿过刹车线锁紧螺母12及牵引臂7,再穿过右侧卡钳10的导线槽孔洞最后出来,这样整个刹车线13亦被隐藏在塑料盖内,整个外观看不见牵引臂7和刹车线13。当刹车线13拉动牵引臂7时,由于受到左侧动盘3和右侧动盘23的驱动,在左侧钢球5和右侧钢球25的推动下,左侧动盘3和右侧动盘23边转动边沿轴线相向移动,从而推动左侧解锁环8和右侧解锁环28相向移动,再通过解锁环8和右侧解锁环28的传递,将运动传递到左侧刹车片9和右侧刹车片29,从而实现刹车动作,因此刹车时在解锁环8和右侧解锁环28的作用下,左侧刹车片9和右侧刹车片29不会抱死碟盘,同时左侧刹车片9和右侧刹车片29亦不会掉落;这时,牵引臂7处在受刹车线牵引力和动盘推力的两力作用下,牵引臂7处在受挤压状态,当不刹车时,这时刹车线13施加在牵引臂7上的拉力消失,在牵引臂7自身张力的作用下,牵引臂7开始回弹,这时左侧动盘3、右侧动盘23和牵引臂7一起沿着钢球轨道回弹恢复到原始位置,从而实现刹车释放功能;整个刹车和释放动作全部在左侧卡钳1、右侧卡钳10、左侧塑料盖15和右侧塑料盖17包裹之下完成。

1.一种隐藏式双动碟刹,其特征在于,包括左侧卡钳(1)、左侧静盘(2)、左侧动盘(3)、牵引臂(7)、右侧动盘(23)、右侧静盘(22)、右侧卡钳(10)和刹车线(13),所述左侧卡钳(1)和右侧卡钳(10)通过卡钳锁紧螺钉(20)连接固定,所述左侧静盘(2)和右侧静盘(22)分别铆接在左侧卡钳(1)和右侧卡钳(10)的内部,左侧静盘(2)和右侧静盘(22)的钢球滚道中分别设置有左侧钢球(5)和右侧钢球(25),所述牵引臂(7)安装在左侧静盘(2)和右侧静盘(22)的内侧,所述左侧动盘(3)和右侧动盘(23)分别通过左侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉(4)和右侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉(24)固定在牵引臂(7)的两侧,所述左侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉(4)和右侧牵引臂锁紧螺钉(24)背面的圆形凹槽中分别设置有左侧解锁环(8)和右侧解锁环(28),所述左侧解锁环(8)和右侧解锁环(28)的中间通孔中分别设置有左侧磁石(6)和右侧磁石(26),所述左侧磁石(6)和右侧磁石(26)的下方分别吸附有左侧刹车片(9)和右侧刹车片(29),所述牵引臂(7)的后侧设置有刹车线导引套(11),刹车线导引套(11)的后侧设置有刹车线调节旋钮(18),所述牵引臂(7)的上部还安装有刹车线锁紧螺母(12)和刹车线锁紧螺钉(14),所述刹车线(13)依次穿过刹车线引导套(11)、刹车线锁紧螺母(12)及牵引臂(7)后从右侧卡钳(10)的导线槽孔中伸出,所述左侧卡钳(1)和右侧卡钳(10)的上方通过塑料盖锁紧螺钉(19)分别固定有左侧塑料盖(15)和右侧塑料盖(17),所述左侧塑料盖(15)和右侧塑料盖(17)之间设置有顶盖(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隐藏式双动碟刹,其特征在于,所述左侧动盘(3)和右侧动盘(23)上设置有六角台阶,牵引臂(7)上设置有与所述六角台阶相配合的六角孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隐藏式双动碟刹,其特征在于,所述左侧塑料盖(15)和右侧塑料盖(17)上均设置有滑轨,顶盖(16)通过左侧塑料盖(15)和右侧塑料盖(17)的滑轨滑入包盖住牵引臂(7)。
