本发明公开了一种通过碳纤维废料制造碳纤维毡片的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:①、将碳纤维废料送入打散挤压机中打散;②、将打散后的碳纤维废料送入机械梳理设备或气流成网设备,使纤维丝均匀地铺置成纤维网;③、通过针刺设备针刺纤维网,使纤维网坚实硬挺后成为碳纤维毡。本发明提供的生产工艺能够将碳纤维废料制作成为碳纤维毡片,实现了碳纤维废料的回收利用,为汽车轻量化、低碳化发展提供共性技术保障和环保合规依据,为绿色制造、循环经济打下基础,为碳纤维材料的应用领域做出了突破性的贡献。

一种通过碳纤维废料制造碳纤维毡片的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过碳纤维废料制造碳纤维毡片的生产工艺。
背景技术
从飞机、汽车、自行车到赛艇,从球拍、钓竿、登山杖到船桨,由碳纤维制成的热固性树脂基复合材料,即碳纤维复合材料,被喻为当今世界的“新材料之王”。它们只有头发丝十分之一细,强度却是钢的十倍。正是由于其耐高温高压、不溶又不熔的“金钟罩”特性,也极难进行回收。预测至2020年,全球废弃的碳纤维复合材料制品可达5万吨,其中碳纤维成分2.5万吨以上,按平均价格200元/千克计算,价值约合人民币50亿元。其力学强度和电、磁、热性能,几乎与原有碳纤维相当,可用来重新制备高性能复合材料。若通过掩埋或焚烧方法处理,既污染环境,又浪费资源。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种通过碳纤维废料制造碳纤维毡片的生产工艺。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种通过碳纤维废料制造碳纤维毡片的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
①、将碳纤维废料送入打散挤压机中打散;
②、将打散后的碳纤维废料送入机械梳理设备或气流成网设备,使纤维丝均匀地铺置成纤维网;
③、通过针刺设备针刺纤维网,使纤维网坚实硬挺后成为碳纤维毡。
所述针刺设备的针刺深度为10~14mm。
所述针刺设备的针刺密度为580~620刺/cm2
采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下的有益效果:(1)本发明提供的生产工艺能够将碳纤维废料制作成为碳纤维毡片,实现了碳纤维废料的回收利用,为汽车轻量化、低碳化发展提供共性技术保障和环保合规依据,为绿色制造、循环经济打下基础,为碳纤维材料的应用领域做出了突破性的贡献。
(2)本发明的针刺设备的针刺密度为580~620刺/cm2,针刺密度是指纤维网在单位面积里所受到的针刺数,针刺密度越大,纤维网强度越大,但是如果针刺密度过大,则会造成刺针断裂,纤维损伤,强度下降;通过试验,580~620刺/cm2的针刺密度是最优选择。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
见图1,本实施例的通过碳纤维废料制造碳纤维毡片的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
①、将碳纤维废料1送入打散挤压机2中打散。
②、将打散后的碳纤维废料1送入机械梳理设备或气流成网设备3,使纤维丝均匀地铺置成纤维网5。
③、通过针刺设备4针刺纤维网5,使纤维网5坚实硬挺后成为碳纤维毡6。针刺设备4的针刺深度为10~14mm。针刺设备4的针刺密度为580~620刺/cm2。针刺密度是指纤维网在单位面积里所受到的针刺数,针刺密度越大,纤维网强度越大,但是如果针刺密度过大,则会造成刺针断裂,纤维损伤,强度下降。通过试验,580~620刺/cm2的针刺密度是最优选择。

1.一种通过碳纤维废料制造碳纤维毡片的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
①、将碳纤维废料(1)送入打散挤压机(2)中打散;
②、将打散后的碳纤维废料(1)送入机械梳理设备或气流成网设备(3),使纤维丝均匀地铺置成纤维网(5);
③、通过针刺设备(4)针刺纤维网(5),使纤维网(5)坚实硬挺后成为碳纤维毡(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过碳纤维废料制造碳纤维毡片的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述针刺设备(4)的针刺深度为10~14mm。
