本发明公开了一种去油洗涤剂的配方:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX10 270330份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX4 90110份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO7 60100份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO9 60100份、烷基糖苷APG 120180份、四氯乙烯 140160份、二丙二醇甲醚 7090份、乙醇 4070份、二甲基硅油 24份、香精 125份。本配方产品具有很强的渗透性和溶解性,能快速溶解织物上的油污,表面活性剂全为非离子型,因此具有较强的抗硬水能力,去油污能力强,而且泡沫比较低,非常适合洗衣厂工业洗衣机洗涤重油污织物,而且本配方产品具有成本低,效果好,制作简单,便于运输和储存等特点,是一种强效去油污洗涤剂。

Description

一种去油洗涤剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物去油洗涤剂,属于日用化工领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,已有的品种繁多的织物去油清洗产品或多或少地普遍存在如下不足:一是,大多数采用表面活性剂加碱、酸、发泡剂等作为其除油去污的主要成分,其缺点是危害人体身心健康,污染环境,因酸或碱性强,而对织物、皮肤、等有腐蚀性;二是,现有的清洗技术是在清洗剂强酸碱长时间浸泡作用下用人工在织物上硬磨、硬搓等,织物表面受到不同程度的破坏和腐蚀;三是,工业洗衣机洗涤过程中,产生的泡沫多,清洗液占体积大,清洗困难,且冲洗时也浪费了大量的水资源。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗硬水性好,溶解快、去油污力强、温和无刺激且成本低的一种去油洗涤剂及其制备方法。
一种去油洗涤剂,所述去油洗涤剂成分及成分配比如下:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10270-330份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-4 90-110份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7 60-100份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 60-100份、烷基糖苷APG 120-180份、四氯乙烯 140-160份、二丙二醇甲醚 70-90份、乙醇 40-70份、二甲基硅油 2-4份、香精 1-25份 。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取原料壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、烷基糖苷APG置于反应釜内混合搅拌均匀,得到非离子表面活性剂混合剂A。
(2)将四氯乙烯、二丙二醇甲醚、乙醇混合,得到混合剂B。
(3)将二甲基硅油、香精加入混合剂B中,混合搅拌均匀,得到混合剂C。
(3)在搅拌的条件下,将混合剂C加入到非离子表面活性剂混合剂A中,搅拌至充分混合均匀,冷却至常温,制得本去油洗涤剂。
步骤(1)中的反应釜的温度控制在40-50℃。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:本配方产品具有很强的渗透性和溶解性,能快速溶解织物上的油污,表面活性剂全为非离子型,因此具有较强的抗硬水能力,去油污能力强,而且泡沫比较低,非常适合洗衣厂工业洗衣机洗涤重油污织物,而且本配方产品具有成本低,效果好,制作简单,便于运输和储存等特点,是一种强效去油污洗涤剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。
实施例1:
(1)取原料壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 300份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-4 100份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7 80份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 80份、烷基糖苷APG 150份置于反应釜内混合,温度控制为45℃,搅拌均匀,得到非离子表面活性剂混合剂A。
(2)将四氯乙烯 150份、二丙二醇甲醚 80份、乙醇 55份混合,得到混合剂B。
(3)将二甲基硅油 2份、香精 3份加入混合剂B中,混合搅拌均匀,得到混合剂C。
(3)在搅拌的条件下,将混合剂C加入到非离子表面活性剂混合剂A中,搅拌至充分混合均匀,冷却至常温,制得本去油洗涤剂。
实施例2:
(1)取原料壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 330份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-4 110份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7 70份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 70份、烷基糖苷APG 160份置于反应釜内混合,温度控制为45℃,搅拌均匀,得到非离子表面活性剂混合剂A。
(2)将四氯乙烯140份、二丙二醇甲醚70份、乙醇45份混合,得到混合剂B。
(3)将二甲基硅油3份、香精2份加入混合剂B中,混合搅拌均匀,得到混合剂C。
(3)在搅拌的条件下,将混合剂C加入到非离子表面活性剂混合剂A中,搅拌至充分混合均匀,冷却至常温,制得本去油洗涤剂。
实施例3:
以标准的圆帆布片为织物,油污取废旧机油与大豆油1:1混合搅拌均匀,将布片在分析天平上称重为M1(精确至0.01g),将布片置于油污中静置30min,取出沥干称重为M2,将带有油污的布片在完全浸入本配方产品中静置去油,去油后取出布片吹干水分称重为M3,去油率为w=[(M3-M2)/(M2-M1)]×100%
温度与时间对于本配方产品的去油效果的影响,如表1和表2数据结果显示:

通过表1、表2可知,温度对除油影响较大,温度越高除油率越高,在相同的除油时间内,70℃条件下去油率明显高于50℃与30℃条件下的去油率;而时间对去油率影响较小,特别是在低温30℃条件下,随去油时间增加去油率提高不明显,当去油温度提高至50℃和70℃后,去油率随时间增加明显提高。
本配方产品在温度为50℃至70℃时,静置条件下,去油效率能达到62.03%,当将本产品加入工业洗衣机中,在机洗的条件下,对油污浸染的布片的去油率高达百分99.5%以上,耗水量仅为传统去油剂的68%,机洗时间更短,为传统去油剂的82%,不仅节约了水资源,也节省了能源,去油效率高的同时,节省了成本。
本配方产品具有很强的渗透性和溶解性,能快速溶解织物上的油污,表面活性剂全为非离子型,因此具有较强的抗硬水能力,去油污能力强,而且泡沫比较低,非常适合洗衣厂工业洗衣机洗涤重油污织物,而且本配方产品具有成本低,效果好,制作简单,便于运输和储存等特点,是一种强效去油污洗涤剂。

Claims (3)

1.一种去油洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述去油洗涤剂成分及成分配比如下:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10 270-330份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-4 90-110份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7 60-100份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9 60-100份、烷基糖苷APG 120-180份、四氯乙烯 140-160份、二丙二醇甲醚 70-90份、乙醇 40-70份、二甲基硅油 2-4份、香精 1-25份 。
2.一种权利要求1所述去油洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取原料壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-10、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚TX-4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、烷基糖苷APG置于反应釜内混合搅拌均匀,得到非离子表面活性剂混合剂A;
(2)将四氯乙烯、二丙二醇甲醚、乙醇混合,得到混合剂B;
(3)将二甲基硅油、香精加入混合剂B中,混合搅拌均匀,得到混合剂C;
(4)在搅拌的条件下,将混合剂C加入到非离子表面活性剂混合剂A中,搅拌至充分混合均匀,冷却至常温,制得本去油洗涤剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的所述一种去油洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(1)中的反应釜的温度控制在40-50℃。
