Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合材料耐磨耐高温高温输送带,包括玻璃纤维布,处理层,结构层和防护层,所述处理层为柔软剂和偶联剂共同混合成,柔软剂为亲水性有机硅柔软剂或氨基聚硅氧烷乳液或氨基聚硅氧烷微乳或者低黄变氨基改性有机硅柔软剂或者亲水性氨基有机硅柔软剂或上述几种混合,偶联剂为钛酸酯或硅烷或铬络合物或者锆类或者上述几种的混合,所述结构层是由质量比50?60%的聚四氟乙烯乳液、5?15%短切碳纤维、10?15%聚酰亚胺、5?8%石墨、3?6%云母、3?5%二氧化硅和2?5%环保阻燃剂构成,防护层是由质量比60?70%的聚四氟乙烯乳液、20—30%聚醚醚酮和10?15%聚酰亚胺构成。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送带,具体说是一种复合材料耐磨耐高温高温输送带。
背景技术
耐高温输送带,是一种用于输送高温物质的输送带。主要用于冶金、建筑等行业,输送烧结矿、焦炭、水泥熟料等高温物料,物料温度不超过800℃,带面温度不超过220℃的条件下使用。对于其使用寿命、耐温、耐磨等性能要求极高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种耐温、抗拉和抗撕裂,使用安全的复合材料耐磨耐高温高温输送带。
本发明的技术方案是:一种复合材料耐磨耐高温高温输送带,包括玻璃纤维布,处理层,结构层和防护层,所述处理层为柔软剂和偶联剂共同混合成,柔软剂为亲水性有机硅柔软剂或氨基聚硅氧烷乳液或氨基聚硅氧烷微乳或者低黄变氨基改性有机硅柔软剂或者亲水性氨基有机硅柔软剂或上述几种混合,偶联剂为钛酸酯或硅烷或铬络合物或者锆类或者上述几种的混合,所述结构层是由质量比50-60%的聚四氟乙烯乳液、5-15%短切碳纤维、10-15%聚酰亚胺、5-8%石墨、3-6%云母、3-5%二氧化硅和2-5%环保阻燃剂构成,防护层是由质量比60-70%的聚四氟乙烯乳液、20—30%聚醚醚酮和10-15%聚酰亚胺构成。
所述玻璃纤维布厚度0.6-1.0mm,结构层厚度0.2-0.3mm,防护层厚度0.1-0.1mm。
所述柔软剂和偶联剂的质量比为1:(3-5)。
处理后的玻璃纤维布力学性能提高20%,涂层与玻纤布的附着力提高30%,结构层添加了短切碳纤维、石墨、二氧化硅、云母提高了产品的耐温、抗拉和抗撕裂强度,减小了高温下的膨胀和涂层的老化,防护层是聚四氟乙烯、聚醚醚酮和聚酰亚胺混合而成提高了耐辐射性、抗压还具有自润滑抗沾粘的效果,而且解决了食品行业输送带长时间使用后涂层渗透的问题,复合涂层比常规的涂层更具耐磨性。

以下结合实施例作进一步说明。
一种复合材料耐磨耐高温高温输送带,包括玻璃纤维布,处理层,结构层和防护层,所述处理层为柔软剂和偶联剂共同混合成,柔软剂为亲水性有机硅柔软剂或氨基聚硅氧烷乳液或氨基聚硅氧烷微乳或者低黄变氨基改性有机硅柔软剂或者亲水性氨基有机硅柔软剂或上述几种混合,偶联剂为钛酸酯或硅烷或铬络合物或者锆类或者上述几种的混合,所述结构层是由质量比50-60%的聚四氟乙烯乳液、5-15%短切碳纤维、10-15%聚酰亚胺、5-8%石墨、3-6%云母、3-5%二氧化硅和2-5%环保阻燃剂构成,防护层是由质量比60-70%的聚四氟乙烯乳液、20—30%聚醚醚酮和10-15%聚酰亚胺构成。所述玻璃纤维布厚度0.6-1.0mm,结构层厚度0.2-0.3mm,防护层厚度0.1-0.1mm。所述柔软剂和偶联剂的质量比为1:(3-5)。

1.一种复合材料耐磨耐高温高温输送带,包括玻璃纤维布,处理层,结构层和防护层,所述处理层为柔软剂和偶联剂共同混合成,柔软剂为亲水性有机硅柔软剂或氨基聚硅氧烷乳液或氨基聚硅氧烷微乳或者低黄变氨基改性有机硅柔软剂或者亲水性氨基有机硅柔软剂或上述几种混合,偶联剂为钛酸酯或硅烷或铬络合物或者锆类或者上述几种的混合,所述结构层是由质量比50-60%的聚四氟乙烯乳液、5-15%短切碳纤维、10-15%聚酰亚胺、5-8%石墨、3-6%云母、3-5%二氧化硅和2-5%环保阻燃剂构成,防护层是由质量比60-70%的聚四氟乙烯乳液、20—30%聚醚醚酮和10-15%聚酰亚胺构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合材料耐磨耐高温高温输送带,其特征是:所述玻璃纤维布厚度0.6-1.0mm,结构层厚度0.2-0.3mm,防护层厚度0.1-0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合材料耐磨耐高温高温输送带,其特征是:所述柔软剂和偶联剂的质量比为1:(3-5)。
