Abstract
本发明公开了一种电动式侧窗遮阳帘的掀盖装置,其用于连接在电动式侧窗遮阳帘的基座与护盖之间,且连接帘布支撑杆,该掀盖装置主要以一带动件设于帘布支撑杆上,将一座体设置于基座顶端槽口处,具有带动件的帘布支撑杆能通过座体,另以一连动构件的受抵部设置于座体下方,连接受抵部的连动杆部向上延伸连接护盖,使受抵部能被帘布支撑杆上的带动件下压而向下位移,并经由连动杆部带动护盖旋转而盖合基座的槽口,弹性元件连接基座与护盖,且能提供护盖掀启的弹力,由此,帘布展开与收合时,以掀盖装置先开后关的机制,避免帘布碰撞护盖而产生噪音。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种嵌入汽车侧门内的电动式侧窗遮阳帘,尤其涉及该电动式侧窗遮阳帘中,能随帘布展开与收合而自动掀起与盖合盖板的掀盖装置。
背景技术
目前嵌入汽车侧门内的电动式侧窗遮阳帘的构造,其主要具有一嵌入汽车侧门内的基座,基座内设有可卷收展开的帘布,帘布通过一电动式驱动机构的帘布支撑杆所带动,基座顶端的槽口处另设有护盖,在帘布被驱动从基座内上升展开时,护盖能被带动开启;在帘布被驱动回卷至基座内部时,护盖能被动盖合基座顶座的槽口。
前述电动式侧窗遮阳帘的构造中,装设于基座顶端的护盖虽能随同帘布展开及回卷而自动启闭,然而,带动护盖启闭的连动机构未能在帘布准备上升前预先掀启,也未能在帘布完全回卷至基座内部后,护盖再盖合,造成掀启与盖合运动的护盖易与升降中的帘布发生碰撞而产生噪音。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电动式侧窗遮阳帘的掀盖装置,解决现有电动式侧窗遮阳帘于帘布展开与收合时,掀启与盖合运动的护盖易与升降中的帘布发生碰撞而产生噪音的问题。
为达成前述目的,本发明所提出的电动式侧窗遮阳帘的掀盖装置用于所述电动式侧窗遮阳帘的一基座与枢设于基座顶端槽口处的一护盖之间,且连接一帘布支撑杆;所述掀盖装置包含:
一带动件,用以设于所述帘布支撑杆上;
一座体,用以设置于所述基座顶端槽口处,所述座体中形成一上下贯穿的通孔,所述通孔能供所述帘布支撑杆及其上的带动件通过其中;
一连动构件,其包含一受抵部以及至少一个连接受抵部的连动杆部,所述受抵部设置于所述座体与帘布支撑杆上的带动件的下方,所述连动杆部连接于受抵部与护盖之间,所述受抵部能被设于帘布支撑杆上的带动件下压靠抵,使连接受抵部的连动杆部带动护盖旋转而盖合基座的槽口;以及
一弹性元件,用以连接于所述基座与护盖之间,且能提供带动护盖自基座槽口中掀启的弹力。
通过前述掀盖装置的发明,当其应用于嵌入汽车车门内的电动式侧窗遮阳帘的构造中,其于帘布支撑杆推顶帘布欲自基座的槽口向上伸出展开之前,利用本发明掀盖装置先行带动护盖自基座的槽口处掀启,之后,帘布才由帘布支撑杆推顶伸出基座的槽口外;在帘布收合时,待帘布在帘布支撑杆带动下完全卷收于基座内部时,再经由本发明的掀盖装置带动护盖自动盖合于基座的槽口,由此,在帘布展开与收合时,利用该掀盖装置先开后关的机制,避免帘布碰撞护盖而产生噪音。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,显示了本发明的掀盖装置5的一个优选实施例应用于电动式侧窗遮阳帘的基座1与护盖2之间且连接帘布支撑杆3,所述护盖2枢设于基座1顶端槽口1A处,用以启闭基座1顶端的槽口1A。本发明的掀盖装置5包含一带动件10、一座体20、一连动构件30以及一弹性元件40。
如图2及图3所示,所述带动件10用以设于所述帘布支撑杆3上段,所述带动件10可一体成形于所述帘布支撑杆3上,或者,所述带动件10亦可为独立部件,且利用粘合、螺接、卡接、铆接或其他固接手段固设于帘布支撑杆3上。在该优选的实施例中,所述带动件10为设于帘布支撑杆3外周面的环形体。
如图2及图3所示,所述座体20是用以装设于所述基座1顶端的槽口1A处,座体20形成一上下轴向贯穿的通孔21,所述通孔21是提供所述设有带动件10的帘布支撑杆3通过其中。在该优选的实施例中,所述座体20顶部平行于基座1顶端槽口1A长边的两侧分别侧向凸伸一延伸凸部22,所述延伸凸部22各设有一上下贯通的贯通孔23。
如图2及图3所示,所述连动构件30包含一受抵部31以及至少一个连动杆部32,所述受抵部31设于所述座体20与帘布支撑杆3上的带动件10的下方处,用以供带动件10下压靠抵,在该优选的实施例中,所述受抵部31为一具有穿孔的片体,所述穿孔能供设有带动件10的帘布支撑杆3可活动地穿设其中。所述连动杆部32可为钢索或其他具有可弯曲回复性的刚性部件,连动杆部32的下端连接于受抵部31,上端则延伸连接于护盖2,当连动构件30的受抵部31被带动件10下压而向下位移,连接于受抵部31的连动杆部32会带动护盖2旋转而盖合基座1的槽口1A。
如图2及图3所示,在该优选的实施例中,所述连动构件30具有二连动杆部32,所述连动杆部32是选用钢索,该二连动杆部32是分别连接于该受抵部31平行于基座1的槽口1A长边的两侧,该二连动杆部32分别向上穿过座体20两侧的延伸凸部22中的贯通孔23再连接护盖2。
如图2所示,所述弹性元件40是用以连接于基座1与护盖2之间,并能提供使护盖2自基座1槽口1A中旋转开启的弹力。所述弹性元件40可为扭力弹簧或足以提供护盖2掀起所需弹力的其他元件。在该优选的实施例中,所述弹性元件40选用扭力弹簧,所述扭力弹簧套设于护盖2枢接于基座1的一枢柱2A上,扭力弹簧两端分别抵接于基座1与护盖2。
如图6所示,本发明的掀盖装置5应用于电动式侧窗遮阳帘中,当所述电动式侧窗遮阳帘的帘布4处于收合状态时,利用帘布支撑杆3上的带动件10向下压抵着连动构件30的受抵部31,且连动构件30的连动杆部32拉着护盖2盖合于基座1的槽口1A处,此时,连动杆部32利用其可弯曲弹性,可配合护盖21盖合于基座1的槽口14而弯曲。
如图4及图5所示,当所述电动式遮阳帘欲展开帘布4时,利用驱动机构推顶帘布支撑杆3上升,帘布支撑杆3被推动上升的同时,带动件10随同帘布支撑杆3上升,而不再对连动构件30的受抵部31施有下压力,此时,通过弹性元件40对护盖2提供弹力,使护盖2先于基座1的槽口1A处自动侧向掀起,接续,由被驱动的帘布支撑杆3顶举着帘布4向上伸出基座1的槽口1A外而展开。其中,帘布4自基座1的槽口1A处升起时,护盖2已预先掀启,使帘布4自基座1中伸出展开时不会碰触护盖2。
如图5及图6所示,当帘布4收合时,利用驱动机构驱动帘布支撑杆3拉动帘布4下降,且配合基座1中的卷收器自动卷收帘布4,直至帘布4完全卷收至基座1内部之后,通过帘布支撑杆3上的带动件10才下压连动构件30的受抵部31,进而经由连动构件30的连动杆部32拉动护盖2自动盖合基座1的槽口1A。
Claims (7)
1.一种电动式侧窗遮阳帘的掀盖装置,用于连接在所述电动式侧窗遮阳帘的一个基座与枢设于基座顶端槽口处的一个护盖之间,且连接一帘布支撑杆;所述掀盖装置包含:
一个带动件,用以设于所述帘布支撑杆上;
一个座体,用以设置于所述基座顶端槽口处,所述座体中形成一上下贯穿的通孔,所述通孔能供所述帘布支撑杆及其上的带动件通过其中;
一个连动构件,其包含一个受抵部以及至少一个连接受抵部的连动杆部,所述受抵部设置于所述座体与帘布支撑杆上的带动件的下方,所述连动杆部连接于受抵部与护盖之间,所述受抵部能被设于帘布支撑杆上的带动件下压靠抵,使连接受抵部的连动杆部带动护盖旋转而盖合基座的槽口;以及
一个弹性元件,用以连接于所述基座与护盖之间,且能提供带动护盖自基座槽口中掀启的弹力。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动式侧窗遮阳帘的掀盖装置,其中,所述座体顶部平行于所述基座顶端槽口长边的两侧分别侧向凸伸一个延伸凸部,所述延伸凸部中各设有一个上下贯通的贯通孔,所述连动构件的受抵部中具有一个穿孔,所述穿孔供设有带动件的帘布支撑杆可活动地穿设其中,所述连动构件具有两个连动杆部,该两个连动杆部分别连接该受抵部平行于基座的槽口长边的两侧,该两个连动杆部分别向上穿过座体两侧延伸凸部中的贯通孔再连接护盖。
3.如权利要求1所述的电动式侧窗遮阳帘的掀盖装置,其中,所述带动件设于帘布支撑杆外周面的环形体。
4.如权利要求2所述的电动式侧窗遮阳帘的掀盖装置,其中,所述带动件设于帘布支撑杆外周面的环形体。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电动式侧窗遮阳帘的掀盖装置,其中,所述弹性元件为扭力弹簧,所述扭力弹簧套设于所述护盖枢接于基座的一个枢柱上,扭力弹簧两端分别抵接于基座与护盖。
6.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电动式侧窗遮阳帘的掀盖装置,其中,所述连动杆部为具有可弯曲弹性的钢索。
7.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电动式侧窗遮阳帘的掀盖装置,其中,所述弹性元件为扭力弹簧,所述扭力弹簧套设于所述护盖枢接于基座的一个枢柱上,扭力弹簧两端分别抵接于基座与护盖,所述连动杆部为具有可弯曲弹性的钢索。
