背景技术
模芯模套的设计直接影响产品的壁厚均匀度,抗压,而工厂内部设计模芯模套仅凭技术员经验,进行试错试验,最终确定模芯模套的尺寸,这极大的影响了生产效率并造成材料的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种异形塑料瓶吹塑用挤出模头的制造方法,其具有能够大幅度减少试模次数,缩短试模周期节约产品材料的优点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是这样实现的:
一种异形塑料瓶吹塑用挤出模头;它包括模芯和模套,所述模芯为圆锥形柱体,模套具有圆锥形通孔,模套通孔的截面为椭圆型。

步骤1、确定模套通孔的长轴直径;
步骤2、确定模套通孔的短轴直径;
步骤3、确定模芯的直径;
步骤4、使用数控机床进行制造;

步骤1依据公式确定模套通孔的长轴直径,式中,Dd为模套直径,单位为毫米;Wd为瓶底夹胚宽度,单位为毫米;γ为膨胀比系数,π为圆周率,△为补偿数值;
步骤2依据公式确定模套通孔的短轴直径,式中,Dd为模套直径,单位为毫米;B为模套短轴直径,单位为毫米;γ为膨胀比系数,π为圆周率,θ为产品吹胀比;
步骤3依据公式确定模芯的直径,式中,PD为模芯直径,单位为毫米,单位为克;γ为膨胀比系数,π为圆周率,θ为产品吹胀比。
本挤出模头的模套通孔截面为椭圆型,并采用相应数学公式确定其椭圆型尺寸,如此,经本模头挤出的异形塑料瓶其壁厚均匀,能够有效增强瓶体的强度并且本模头可有效减少试模次数,从而节约了模具的生产成本并提高模具的生产效率。
