模芯模套的设计直接影响产品的壁厚均匀度,抗压,而工厂内部设计模芯模套仅凭技术员经验,进行试错试验,最终确定模芯模套的尺寸,这极大的影响了生产效率并造成材料的浪费。

步骤3依据公式确定模芯的直径,式中,PD为模芯直径,单位为毫米,单位为克;γ为膨胀比系数,π为圆周率,θ为产品吹胀比。
