Abstract
本发明公开了一种可调节圆弧弯管夹具,包括与注塑机的出料口连接的挤出模具,其特征在于:还包括冷却箱,所述挤出模具的挤出端位于冷却箱内,所述冷却箱内设有若干用于支撑及传送音箱壳胚的胶辊,且音箱壳胚两侧分布有若干用于导引音箱壳胚成型的上导轮及下导轮,所述上导轮及下导轮均排布成弧形,且上导轮和下导轮的宽度以及该弧形的弧度均可通过调节机构调整。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具,特别是一种可调节圆弧弯管夹具。
背景技术
随着电视行业的发展,平面电视已经不能满足广大人员的视觉要求,因而目前市面上出现了一种曲面电视,其具有广阔的观看角度和优秀的视觉表现力,因而受到大家的欢迎,因而与该电视配套使用的音箱为了在外形上与电视匹配,其也需做成弧形的,因而本申请人开发了一款专用生产弧形音箱壳体的模具。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种可调节圆弧弯管夹具。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可调节圆弧弯管夹具,包括与注塑机的出料口连接的挤出模具,其特征在于:还包括冷却箱,所述挤出模具的挤出端位于冷却箱内,所述冷却箱内设有若干用于支撑及传送音箱壳胚的胶辊,且音箱壳胚两侧分布有若干用于导引音箱壳胚成型的上导轮及下导轮,所述上导轮及下导轮均排布成弧形,且上导轮和下导轮的宽度以及该弧形的弧度均可通过调节机构调整。
所述调节机构包括调节杆及与调节杆螺纹配合的调节轴,调节轴与冷却箱间设有导引限制机构,所述导引限制机构能够引导调节轴轴向移动且限制其转动,所述上导轮及下导轮设置于调节轴上,且上导轮或下导轮可通过微调机构调节两者间的间距。
所述微调机构包括设置于调节轴上的导槽及微调板,所述微调板底面设有可于导槽内滑动的导条,且微调板上设有长孔,所述长孔内设有螺钉,且微调板通过螺钉固定于调节轴上,所述上导轮或下导轮设置于微调板上。
所述导引限制机构包括设置于调节轴下的滑槽及与该滑槽配合的滑条。
所述冷却箱内设有安装座,安装座上设有两相对平行设置的支撑板,所述胶辊通过两端的辊轴头与支撑板转动连接,且所述胶辊与调节杆间次排布于安装座上,所述调节杆通过两端的杆轴头与支撑板转动连接,且杆轴头内设有内六角孔。
所述冷却箱内设有显示上导轮或下导轮移动距离的刻度尺。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明包括与注塑机的出料口连接的挤出模具,还包括冷却箱,所述挤出模具的挤出端位于冷却箱内,所述冷却箱内设有若干用于支撑及传送音箱壳胚的胶辊,且音箱壳胚一侧分布有若干用于导引音箱壳胚成型的上导轮及下导轮,所述上导轮及下导轮均排布成弧形,且上导轮和下导轮的宽度以及该弧形的弧度均可通过调节机构调整,因而当音箱壳胚从挤出模具挤出后,通过其两侧的排布成弧形的上导轮和下导轮的挤压引导最终成型为弧形壳体,从而与曲面电视匹配。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图4,本发明公开了一种可调节圆弧弯管夹具,包括与注塑机的出料口连接的挤出模具1,还包括冷却箱2,所述挤出模具1的挤出端位于冷却箱2内,冷却箱2内装满了冷却液,可以使音箱壳胚8缩短成型及硬化时间,为了便于加工安装,冷却箱2内固定有安装座3,因而胶辊4与调节杆5不用安装于冷却箱2上,减少开孔,从而防止冷却液从缝隙中泄露,安装座3上设有两相对平行设置的支撑板,所述胶辊4通过两端的辊轴头与支撑板转动连接,且所述胶辊4与调节杆5间次排布于安装座3上,这样当上导轮6和下导轮7装上后音箱壳胚8能够受力均匀,所述调节杆5通过两端的杆轴头9与支撑板转动连接,且杆轴头9内设有内六角孔,内六角孔便于使用内六角扳手扳动其转动。
如图所示,音箱壳胚8一侧分布有若干用于导引音箱壳胚8成型的上导轮6;而另一侧则是分布有若干用于导引音箱壳胚8成型的下导轮7,所述上导轮6及下导轮7均排布成同样的弧形,这样音箱壳胚8两侧的弧度均是相同的,且上导轮6和下导轮7的宽度以及该弧形的弧度均可通过调节机构调整。调节机构调整具体结构在于:包括调节杆5及与调节杆5螺纹配合的调节轴10,调节轴10与冷却箱2间设有导引限制机构,所述导引限制机构能够引导调节轴10轴向移动且限制其转动,所述上导轮6及下导轮7设置于调节轴10上,且上导轮6或下导轮7可通过微调机构调节两者间的间距,本结构中,上导轮6是固定通过上导轮6轴安装于调节轴10一端,而下导轮7是通过微调机构调节安装于调节轴10另一端,当调节杆5转动时,调节轴10受导引限制机构限制不能转动,只能轴向移动,从而同时改变上导轮6和下导轮7的位置,但是上导轮6和下导轮7的间距是不变的,这样依次按照预定的不同位置调整每一相应的上导轮6和下导轮7,改变上导轮6和下导轮7所排布成的弧形的弧度,从而也改变了从上导轮6和下导轮7间出来的音箱壳胚8的弯曲幅度,为了准确调整上导轮6和下导轮7的位置,冷却箱2内设有显示上导轮6或下导轮7移动距离的刻度尺11,上述调节方式不仅结构简单,易于加工生产,而且能够满足弯曲成型中的精度要求,从而在成本控制与精度要求方面达到很好的平衡。
如图所示,所述导引限制机构包括设置于调节轴10下的滑槽12及与该滑槽12配合的滑条,滑条位于安装座3上,上述结构不仅能够限制调节轴10转动,而且可以通过滑条引导调节轴10沿自身的轴向移动;微调机构包括设置于调节轴10上的导槽13及微调板14,所述微调板14底面设有可于导槽13内滑动的导条15,且微调板14上设有长孔16,所述长孔16内设有螺钉17,且微调板14通过螺钉17固定于调节轴10上,所述上导轮6或下导轮7设置于微调板14上,本实例中只有下导轮7是设置于微调板14上;因而但音箱壳胚8的规格改变时,可通过微调每一下导轮7的位置来适应,只需松开螺钉17,移动微调板14,通过导条15于导槽13内滑动预定距离后通过螺钉17锁紧,从而改变了上导轮6和下导轮7的间距,而且因为调节轴10上加工有平面,该平面位于导槽13的槽壁旁,所述刻度尺11位于该平面与微调板14之间,从而不仅调节轴10移动的数值可在刻度尺11上准确读出,而且微调板14移动的数值也可在刻度尺11上准确读出,不用额外设置多余的刻度尺11,节省空间。

Claims (4)
1.一种可调节圆弧弯管夹具,包括与注塑机的出料口连接的挤出模具,其特征在于:还包括冷却箱,所述挤出模具的挤出端位于冷却箱内,所述冷却箱内设有若干用于支撑及传送音箱壳胚的胶辊,且音箱壳胚两侧分布有若干用于导引音箱壳胚成型的上导轮及下导轮,所述上导轮及下导轮均排布成弧形,且上导轮和下导轮的宽度以及该弧形的弧度均可通过调节机构调整,所述冷却箱内设有安装座,安装座上设有两相对平行设置的支撑板,所述胶辊通过两端的辊轴头与支撑板转动连接,所述调节机构包括调节杆及与调节杆螺纹配合的调节轴,调节轴与冷却箱间设有导引限制机构,所述导引限制机构能够引导调节轴轴向移动且限制其转动,所述上导轮及下导轮设置于调节轴上,且上导轮或下导轮可通过微调机构调节两者间的间距,所述调节杆通过两端的杆轴头与支撑板转动连接,所述导引限制机构包括设置于调节轴下的滑槽及与该滑槽配合的滑条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节圆弧弯管夹具,其特征在于:所述微调机构包括设置于调节轴上的导槽及微调板,所述微调板底面设有可于导槽内滑动的导条,且微调板上设有长孔,所述长孔内设有螺钉,且微调板通过螺钉固定于调节轴上,所述上导轮或下导轮设置于微调板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节圆弧弯管夹具,其特征在于:所述胶辊与调节杆间次排布于安装座上,且杆轴头内设有内六角孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节圆弧弯管夹具,其特征在于:
