Abstract

本发明提供一种螺旋式横切机,其上刀辊筒和下刀辊筒重量轻、降低了驱动电机功率。一种螺旋式横切机,包括机架、电机,该横切机还包括设于所述机架上的上支承轴和下支承轴、可绕所述上支承轴的轴心线转动地套设于所述上支承轴上的上刀辊筒、可绕所述下支承轴的轴心线转动地套设于所述下支承轴上的下刀辊筒,所述电机和上刀辊筒及下刀辊筒之间还设置有用于驱动所述上刀辊筒和所述下刀辊筒转动的传动机构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺旋式横切机。
背景技术
参照附图1所示,现有技术中,螺旋式横切机的上刀辊3’整体和下刀辊4’整体都由电机驱动转动从而完成裁切,上刀辊3’和下刀辊4’的中部通常为中空设置以便于电机驱动,而为了保证上刀辊3’和下刀辊4’具有足够的刚性,上刀辊3’和下刀辊4’的壁又必须具有足够的厚度,这样造成上刀辊3’和下刀辊4’的重量较大,需要大电机进行驱动。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种螺旋式横切机,其上刀辊筒和下刀辊筒重量轻、降低了驱动电机功率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种螺旋式横切机,包括机架、电机,该横切机还包括设于所述机架上的上支承轴和下支承轴、可绕所述上支承轴的轴心线转动地套设于所述上支承轴上的上刀辊筒、可绕所述下支承轴的轴心线转动地套设于所述下支承轴上的下刀辊筒,所述电机和上刀辊筒及下刀辊筒之间还设置有用于驱动所述上刀辊筒和所述下刀辊筒转动的传动机构。
优选地,所述上支承轴和所述上刀辊筒通过至少一个第一轴承相转动连接。
优选地,所述下支承轴和所述下刀辊筒通过至少一个第二轴承相转动连接。
优选地,所述传动机构包括由所述电机驱动转动的传动齿轮、固定设置于所述上刀辊筒且和所述上刀辊筒相同轴的上齿轮、固定设置于所述下刀辊筒且和所述下刀辊筒同轴的下齿轮,所述上齿轮和所述下齿轮相啮合,所述传动齿轮和所述上齿轮、所述下齿轮中的至少一个相啮合。
更优选地,该横切机还包括设于所述机架和所述下支承轴之间的第一偏心调节套,所述第一偏心调节套具有与所述下支承轴的端部相配合的孔,所述孔的中心偏离所述第一偏心调节套的中心,所述第一偏心调节套套设于所述下支承轴的端部上,所述机架上开设有第一安装槽,所述第一偏心调节套可转动地插设于所述第一安装孔内。
进一步地,所述第一偏心调节套和所述机架之间还设有第一锁紧装置。
更优选地,所述传动齿轮设于由所述电机驱动转动的齿轮轴上,所述齿轮轴上套设有第三轴承,该横切机还包括设于所述机架和所述第三轴承之间的第二偏心调节套,所述第二偏心调节套具有与所述第二轴承相配合的孔,所述孔的中心偏离所述第二偏心调节套的中心,所述第二偏心调节套套设于所述第三轴承上,所述机架上开设有第二安装孔,所述第二偏心调节套可转动地插设于所述第二安装孔内。
进一步地,所述第二偏心调节套和所述机架之间还设有第二锁紧装置。
进一步地,所述传动机构还包括用于将所述电机的输出轴和所述齿轮轴连接的联轴器。
结合上述,本发明采用以上结构,相比现有技术具有如下优点:采用上支承轴支撑上刀辊筒、下支承轴支承下刀辊筒,采用筒式结构,表面设螺旋状刀面,电机只需驱动上刀辊筒和下刀辊筒即可,减轻了刀辊重量,降低了驱动电机功率;而且刀辊刚性增加,提高了切纸精度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域的技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围作出更为清楚明确的界定。
参照附图2所示,一种螺旋式横切机,包括机架1、电机2,电机2安装在机架1上。该横切机还包括设于机架1上的上支承轴30和下支承轴40、可绕上支承轴30的轴心线转动地套设于上支承轴30上的上刀辊筒32、可绕下支承轴40的轴心线转动地套设于下支承轴40上的下刀辊筒42,上支承轴30和上刀辊筒32构成上刀辊,下支承轴40和下刀辊筒42构成下刀辊。具体地,上支承轴30的两端部分别插设于机架1上,上支承轴30和上刀辊筒32通过至少一个第一轴承31相转动连接,即,上支承轴30和第一轴承31的内圈固定连接,上刀辊筒32和第一轴承31的外圈固定连接,第一轴承31的个数依据上支承轴30的长度而定,如附图3至5所示。下支承轴40的两端分别插设于机架1上,下支承轴40和下刀辊筒42通过至少一个第二轴承41相固定连接,即,下支承轴40和第二轴承41的内圈固定连接,下刀辊筒42和第二轴承41的外圈固定连接,第二轴承41的个数依据下支承轴40的长度而定,如附图3至5所示。
电机2和上刀辊筒32及下刀辊筒42之间还设置有用于驱动上刀辊筒32和下刀辊筒42转动的传动机构。传动机构包括由电机2驱动转动的传动齿轮53、分别固定设置于上刀辊筒32两端且和上刀辊筒32相同轴的上齿轮54、分别固定设置于下刀辊筒42两端且和下刀辊筒42同轴的下齿轮55,上齿轮54分别和下齿轮55相啮合,传动齿轮53和上齿轮54相啮合。
该横切机还包括设于机架1和下支承轴40之间的第一偏心调节套60,用于调节上齿轮54和下齿轮55的间距。第一偏心调节套60具有与下支承轴40的端部相配合的孔,孔的中心偏离第一偏心调节套60的中心,第一偏心调节套60套设于下支承轴40的端部上。机架1上开设有第一安装孔11,第一偏心调节套60和下支承轴40的端部插设于第一安装孔11内,且第一偏心调节套60可转动地设于第一安装孔11的槽壁和下支承轴40的外壁之间,通过转动第一偏心调节套60,可调整下支承轴40的高度,从而调节上支承轴30和下支承轴40的间距,即调节上齿轮54和下齿轮55的间距。第一偏心调节套60和机架1之间还设有第一锁紧装置,第一锁紧装置包括可拆卸地连接于机架1和第一偏心调节套60上的螺栓61,当转动第一偏心调节套60调节下齿轮55到指定位置后,拧紧螺栓61将第一偏心调节套60锁紧使下齿轮55保持在该位置。
传动齿轮53设于由电机2驱动转动的齿轮轴51上,电机2的输出轴和齿轮轴51通过联轴器50连接,齿轮轴51上套设有第三轴承52,该横切机还包括设于机架1和第三轴承52之间的第二偏心调节套70,用于调节传动齿轮53和上齿轮54的间距。第二偏心调节套70具有与第三轴承52相配合的孔,孔的中心偏离第二偏心调节套70的中心,第二偏心调节套70套设于第三轴承52上。机架1上开设有第二安装孔12,第二偏心调节套70和第三轴承52插设于第二安装孔12内,第二偏心调节套70可转动地设于第二安装孔12的槽壁和第三轴承52的外圈之间,通过转动第二偏心调节套70,可调节传动齿轮53和上齿轮54的间距。第二偏心调节套70和机架1之间还设有第二锁紧装置,第二锁紧装置包括可拆卸地连接于机架1和第二偏心调节套70上的螺栓71,当转动第二偏心调节套70调节传动齿轮53到指定位置后,拧紧螺栓71将第二偏心调节套70锁紧使传动齿轮53保持在该位置。偏心调节消除精密传动的齿轮间隙,整机无键联接,提高了传动精度。整体式部装结构,适用于不同机型。

1.一种螺旋式横切机,包括机架、电机,其特征在于:该横切机还包括设于所述机架上的上支承轴和下支承轴、可绕所述上支承轴的轴心线转动地套设于所述上支承轴上的上刀辊筒、可绕所述下支承轴的轴心线转动地套设于所述下支承轴上的下刀辊筒,所述电机和上刀辊筒及下刀辊筒之间还设置有用于驱动所述上刀辊筒和所述下刀辊筒转动的传动机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋式横切机,其特征在于:所述上支承轴和所述上刀辊筒通过至少一个第一轴承相转动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋式横切机,其特征在于:所述下支承轴和所述下刀辊筒通过至少一个第二轴承相转动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋式横切机,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括由所述电机驱动转动的传动齿轮、固定设置于所述上刀辊筒且和所述上刀辊筒相同轴的上齿轮、固定设置于所述下刀辊筒且和所述下刀辊筒同轴的下齿轮,所述上齿轮和所述下齿轮相啮合,所述传动齿轮和所述上齿轮、所述下齿轮中的至少一个相啮合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的螺旋式横切机,其特征在于:该横切机还包括设于所述机架和所述下支承轴之间的第一偏心调节套,所述第一偏心调节套具有与所述下支承轴的端部相配合的孔,所述孔的中心偏离所述第一偏心调节套的中心,所述第一偏心调节套套设于所述下支承轴的端部上,所述机架上开设有第一安装孔,所述第一偏心调节套可转动地插设于所述第一安装孔内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的螺旋式横切机,其特征在于:所述第一偏心调节套和所述机架之间还设有第一锁紧装置。
7.根据权利要求4所述的螺旋式横切机,其特征在于:所述传动齿轮设于由所述电机驱动转动的齿轮轴上,所述齿轮轴上套设有第三轴承,该横切机还包括设于所述机架和所述第三轴承之间的第二偏心调节套,所述第二偏心调节套具有与所述第二轴承相配合的孔,所述孔的中心偏离所述第二偏心调节套的中心,所述第二偏心调节套套设于所述第三轴承上,所述机架上开设有第二安装孔,所述第二偏心调节套可转动地插设于所述第二安装孔内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的螺旋式横切机,其特征在于:所述第二偏心调节套和所述机架之间还设有第二锁紧装置。
9.根据权利要求7所述的螺旋式横切机,其特征在于:所述传动机构还包括用于将所述电机的输出轴和所述齿轮轴连接的联轴器。
