背景技术
管式稳流给料机普遍用于工业原料的输送,如用于水泥、粉煤灰等易流态化的粉状物料的输送。管式稳流给料机提升机的主体结构由金属件加工而成,虽然金属件具有优异的力学性能,但是经过长时间使用过后极其表面的保护层容易磨损,进而使得提升机的金属主体受到腐蚀,从而使得管式稳流给料机的力学性能的下降,有时甚至会造成防锈管式稳流给料机提升机的崩塌。

本发明的目的是提供一种耐磨损管式稳流给料机,该管式稳流给料机具有优异的耐磨损性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种耐磨损管式稳流给料机,管式稳流给料机的金属本体通过喷漆处理,该喷漆方法为:
1)将金属本体置于碱液中浸泡以制得除油本体;
2)将底漆涂刷于除油本体的表面上,然后干燥以形成底漆层;
3)将面漆涂刷于底漆层的表面上,然后干燥以制得耐磨损管式稳流给料机;
其中,底漆含有醇酸树脂、四氯乙烯、纳米二氧化硅、丙烯酸纤维、丙二醇丁醚和松香;面漆含有聚氨酯乳液、聚乙烯蜡、硅溶胶、叔丁基过氧化氢、醋酸丁酯和沥青。
优选地,在步骤1)中,碱液为强氧化钠水溶液、强氧化钾水溶液或者氨水溶液。
优选地,在步骤1)中,浸泡至少满足以下条件:浸泡温度为40-60℃,浸泡时间为10-15h。
优选地,在底漆中,相对于100重量份的醇酸树脂,四氯乙烯的含量为20-27重量份,纳米二氧化硅的含量为14-22重量份,丙烯酸纤维的含量为8-16重量份,丙二醇丁醚的含量为50-62重量份,松香的含量为11-17重量份。
优选地,干燥至少满足以下条件:干燥温度为105-115℃,干燥时间为20-26h。
优选地,在面漆中,相对于100重量份的聚氨酯乳液,聚乙烯蜡的含量为56-78重量份,硅溶胶的含量为18-27重量份,叔丁基过氧化氢的含量为9-12重量份,醋酸丁酯的含量为33-40重量份,沥青的含量为8-15重量份。
优选地,在步骤3)中,干燥至少满足以下条件:干燥温度为70-85℃,干燥时间为30-35h。
优选地,醇酸树脂的重均分子量为3500-5000,聚乙烯蜡的重均分子量为7000-10000。
通过上述技术方案,本发明中,底漆含有醇酸树脂、四氯乙烯、纳米二氧化硅、丙烯酸纤维、丙二醇丁醚和松香;面漆含有聚氨酯乳液、聚乙烯蜡、硅溶胶、叔丁基过氧化氢、醋酸丁酯和沥青;通过底漆和面漆中的各组分的协同作用使得漆层稳定地附着于金属本体的表面,同时能够起到保护金属本体的作用。

在本发明的步骤1)中,浸泡的具体条件可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得金属本体表面的油污能够清除彻底进而使得底漆稳定地附着于金属本体的表面,优选地,在步骤1)中,浸泡至少满足以下条件:浸泡温度为40-60℃,浸泡时间为10-15h。
在本发明的步骤2)中,底漆的组分含量可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得底漆稳定地附着于金属本体的表面,优选地,在底漆中,相对于100重量份的醇酸树脂,四氯乙烯的含量为20-27重量份,纳米二氧化硅的含量为14-22重量份,丙烯酸纤维的含量为8-16重量份,丙二醇丁醚的含量为50-62重量份,松香的含量为11-17重量份。
在本发明的步骤2)中,干燥的具体条件可以在宽的范围内选择,但是为了使得底漆稳定地附着于金属本体的表面,优选地,干燥至少满足以下条件:干燥温度为105-115℃,干燥时间为20-26h。

实施例1
1)将管式稳流给料机的金属本体置于50℃的氢氧化钠水溶液中浸泡13h以制得除油本体;
2)将底漆涂刷于除油本体的表面上,然后于110℃下干燥24h以形成底漆层;其中,底漆含有醇酸树脂(重均分子量为4000)、四氯乙烯、纳米二氧化硅、丙烯酸纤维、丙二醇丁醚和松香,并且相对重量比依次为100:25:18:12:58:15;
3)将面漆涂刷于底漆层的表面上,然后于75℃下干燥33h以制得耐磨损管式稳流给料机A1;其中,面漆含有聚氨酯乳液、聚乙烯蜡(重均分子量为9000)、硅溶胶、叔丁基过氧化氢、醋酸丁酯和沥青,并且重量比依次为100:68:22:11:38:12。
实施例2
1)将管式稳流给料机的金属本体置于40℃的氢氧化钠水溶液中浸泡10h以制得除油本体;
2)将底漆涂刷于除油本体的表面上,然后于105℃下干燥20h以形成底漆层;其中,底漆含有醇酸树脂(重均分子量为3500)、四氯乙烯、纳米二氧化硅、丙烯酸纤维、丙二醇丁醚和松香,并且相对重量比依次为100:20:14:8:50:11;
3)将面漆涂刷于底漆层的表面上,然后于70℃下干燥30h以制得耐磨损管式稳流给料机A2;其中,面漆含有聚氨酯乳液、聚乙烯蜡(重均分子量为7000)、硅溶胶、叔丁基过氧化氢、醋酸丁酯和沥青,并且重量比依次为100:56:18:9:33:8。
实施例3
1)将管式稳流给料机的金属本体置于60℃的氢氧化钠水溶液中浸泡15h以制得除油本体;
2)将底漆涂刷于除油本体的表面上,然后于115℃下干燥26h以形成底漆层;其中,底漆含有醇酸树脂(重均分子量为5000)、四氯乙烯、纳米二氧化硅、丙烯酸纤维、丙二醇丁醚和松香,并且相对重量比依次为100:27:22:16:62:17;
3)将面漆涂刷于底漆层的表面上,然后于85℃下干燥35h以制得耐磨损管式稳流给料机A3;其中,面漆含有聚氨酯乳液、聚乙烯蜡(重均分子量为10000)、硅溶胶、叔丁基过氧化氢、醋酸丁酯和沥青,并且重量比依次为100:78:27:12:40:15。

按照实施例1的方法进行制得耐磨损管式稳流给料机B1,不同的是,底漆中不含有纳米二氧化硅。

1.一种耐磨损管式稳流给料机,其特征在于,管式稳流给料机的金属本体通过喷漆处理,所述喷漆方法为:
1)将所述金属本体置于碱液中浸泡以制得除油本体;
2)将底漆涂刷于所述除油本体的表面上,然后干燥以形成底漆层;
3)将面漆涂刷于所述底漆层的表面上,然后干燥以制得耐磨损管式稳流给料机;
其中,所述底漆含有醇酸树脂、四氯乙烯、纳米二氧化硅、丙烯酸纤维、丙二醇丁醚和松香;所述面漆含有聚氨酯乳液、聚乙烯蜡、硅溶胶、叔丁基过氧化氢、醋酸丁酯和沥青。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨损管式稳流给料机,其中,在步骤1)中,所述碱液为强氧化钠水溶液、强氧化钾水溶液或者氨水溶液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐磨损管式稳流给料机,其中,在步骤1)中,所述浸泡至少满足以下条件:浸泡温度为40-60℃,浸泡时间为10-15h。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的耐磨损管式稳流给料机,其中,在所述底漆中,相对于100重量份的所述醇酸树脂,所述四氯乙烯的含量为20-27重量份,所述纳米二氧化硅的含量为14-22重量份,所述丙烯酸纤维的含量为8-16重量份,所述丙二醇丁醚的含量为50-62重量份,所述松香的含量为11-17重量份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐磨损管式稳流给料机,其中,在步骤2)中,所述干燥至少满足以下条件:干燥温度为105-115℃,干燥时间为20-26h。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨损管式稳流给料机,其中,在所述面漆中,相对于100重量份的所述聚氨酯乳液,所述聚乙烯蜡的含量为56-78重量份,所述硅溶胶的含量为18-27重量份,所述叔丁基过氧化氢的含量为9-12重量份,所述醋酸丁酯的含量为33-40重量份,所述沥青的含量为8-15重量份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的耐磨损管式稳流给料机,其中,在步骤3)中,所述干燥至少满足以下条件:干燥温度为70-85℃,干燥时间为30-35h。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的耐磨损管式稳流给料机,其中,所述醇酸树脂的重均分子量为3500-5000,所述聚乙烯蜡的重均分子量为7000-10000。
