Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车4S店恶臭废气净化装置,包括吸附单元和等离子体分解单元;汽车4S店恶臭废气由过滤器过滤和转轮吸附器吸附后,得到净化后高空排放;利用电加热形成的再生热空气对转轮吸附器进行脱附再生,产生的浓缩挥发性有机物空气进入等离子体净化器降解矿化成二氧化碳和水,并对尾气进行余热回收,节省能耗。本发明将具有蜂窝状结构的吸附转轮与等离子体净化器结合,非常适用于汽车4S店恶臭气体净化。

技术领域
本发明属于环境保护技术领域,涉及一种汽车4S店恶臭废气净化装置。
背景技术
在汽车4S店,汽车表面维修和喷涂过程中,会产生含有甲苯和苯等挥发性有机物的恶臭气体,这些废气处理困难,多数直接排入大气中,严重地危害周边居民身体健康,必须严格控制。目前,4S店恶臭废气基本都采用活性炭吸附法处理,但活性炭容量有限,多数企业不能做到定期更换或解吸附再生。急需技术稳定和处理效果好的治理技术使4S废气达标排放。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车4S店恶臭废气净化装置,包括吸附单元和等离子体分解单元;
所述吸附单元包括过滤器、转轮吸附器和引风机,过滤器进气口与收集污染空气管道相连,转轮吸附器内装有蜂窝状沸石,分割成吸附区、热脱附区和冷却区,在调速电机的驱动下以每小时2-8转速度旋转,吸附区、热脱附区和冷却区分别对应设有吸附进气口、吸附出气口、热脱附进气口、热脱附出气口、冷却进气口和冷却出气口,并分别与污染空气、冷却空气、再生热空气的管道相连接;过滤器出气口与转轮吸附器吸附进气口相连,转轮吸附器吸附出气口与引风机相连;
所述等离子体分解单元包括热交换器、电加热器、引风机和等离子体净化器;转轮吸附器冷却进气口与收集冷却空气管道相连,热交换器采用间接式换热器,设有再生进气口、再生出气口、尾气入气口和尾气出气口,转轮吸附器冷却出气口与热交换器再生进气口相连,热交换器再生出气口与电加热器进气口相连,电加热器出气口与转轮吸附器热脱附进气口相连,等离子体净化器采用滑动弧放电反应器,转轮吸附器热脱附出气口通过风机与等离子体净化器进气口相连,等离子体净化器出气口与热交换器尾气进气口相连。
上述一种汽车4S店恶臭废气净化装置的净化方法,包括以下步骤:1)含挥发性有机物的污染空气由过滤器除去颗粒物或粘性物质后,进入转轮吸附器的吸附区,污染空气中所含挥发性有机物被吸附剂所吸附,空气得到净化后,通过吸附出气口进入引风机高空排放;2)随着转轮吸附器的旋转,吸附饱和的转轮吸附器进入到热脱附区,与再生热空气接触过程中,挥发性有机物被热脱附下来转变为浓缩挥发性有机物,转轮吸附器得到再生;再生后的转轮吸附器转到冷却区,与冷却空气换热降温后,返回到吸附区,完成一次吸附-热脱附-冷却的循环过程;由于再生热空气的风量通常为处理的污染空气风量的1/10-1/20,再生过程热脱附出气口空气中挥发性有机物浓度为处理的污染空气浓度的10-20倍;3)含有浓缩挥发性有机物的空气由引风机送入等离子体净化器,在大量活性物种(带电粒子、激发态物种、自由基、电子以及光子)作用下,空气中的挥发性有机物彻底降解和矿化转变成二氧化碳和水小分子物质,从等离子体净化器排出的尾气在换热器内与来自转轮吸附器冷却区的空气进行换热后高空排放,转轮吸附器冷却区的空气经过换热器的余热回收及电加热器的加热,温度提升到200℃,转变为再生热空气,进入转轮吸附器热脱附区,完成一次热脱附-等离子体分解过程。
本发明将具有蜂窝状结构的吸附转轮与等离子体分解结合,非常适用于大风量低浓度有机废气净化。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
参考附图,构建一套吸附浓缩及等离子体分解的集成装置,转轮吸附器直径300mm,厚度400mm;对含有甲苯350mg/m3、2m/s的污染空气进行净化,被该装置净化一次,甲苯去除达到96%。
Claims (1)
1.一种汽车4S店恶臭废气净化装置,其特征是包括:吸附单元和等离子体分解单元;
所述吸附单元包括过滤器、转轮吸附器和引风机,过滤器进气口与收集污染空气管道相连,转轮吸附器内装有蜂窝状沸石,分割成吸附区、热脱附区和冷却区,在调速电机的驱动下以每小时2-8转速度旋转,吸附区、热脱附区和冷却区分别对应设有吸附进气口、吸附出气口、热脱附进气口、热脱附出气口、冷却进气口和冷却出气口,并分别与污染空气、冷却空气、再生热空气的管道相连接;过滤器出气口与转轮吸附器吸附进气口相连,转轮吸附器吸附出气口与引风机相连;
所述等离子体分解单元包括热交换器、电加热器、引风机和等离子体净化器;转轮吸附器冷却进气口与收集冷却空气管道相连,热交换器采用间接式换热器,设有再生进气口、再生出气口、尾气入气口和尾气出气口,转轮吸附器冷却出气口与热交换器再生进气口相连,热交换器再生出气口与电加热器进气口相连,电加热器出气口与转轮吸附器热脱附进气口相连,等离子体净化器采用滑动弧放电反应器,转轮吸附器热脱附出气口通过风机与等离子体净化器进气口相连,等离子体净化器出气口与热交换器尾气进气口相连。
