技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连接两个组件的卡夹接头,其中,根据权利要求1的前序部分,在第一组件上布置有锁闭轮廓,并且在第二组件上布置有啮合的锁闭轮廓。本发明还涉及具有两个外罩部件的外罩,该两个外罩部件经由所述卡夹接头连接。
背景技术
GB2166211A公开了一种对于连接两个组件(在此情况下,为杆和支撑体)存在问题的类型的卡夹接头,其中,锁闭轮廓布置在杆上,而啮合的锁闭轮廓布置在支撑体上。

发明内容
因此,本发明解决了为有问题的类型的卡夹接头提供改善的,或者至少可替代的实施方式,该实施方式特别是更为经济有效的。
根据本发明,该问题通过独立权利要求1的主题解决。有利的实施方式形成从属权利要求的主题。
本发明基于以下总体思想:现将卡夹接头整合至独立的定位装置,因此,降低所使用的材料量,因为该定位装置不再必需独立形成,还能使用更为经济有效的工具。根据本发明的用于连接两个组件的卡夹接头具有在第一组件上的闭锁轮廓,并具有在第二组件上的互补的啮合的闭锁轮廓。闭锁轮廓具有箭头状尖端,而啮合的闭锁轮廓具有互补的开口,该开口具有形成啮合的闭锁轮廓的外周。同时,根据本发明,闭锁轮廓和啮合的闭锁轮廓都设计为定位装置形式,该定位装置用于在卡夹接头闭合前立即使各组件相对于彼此正确定位。使定位功能和卡夹功能一体化减少所用材料的量,由此降低成本。类似地,还能降低工具成本,特别是如果卡夹接头被设计为塑料注塑件的形式。

在根据本发明方案的有利发展的情况下,箭头状尖端被设计为叶片尖端的形式,而开口被设计为缝的形式。这使得箭头状尖端通过旋转固定在开口中,并且通过反向旋转再从缝状开口移出。此时,所述卡夹接头以卡销闭合的方式设计,容易想到缝的纵向长度略小于叶片尖端的叶片的宽度,因此实际的卡夹接头也可在此实现。
在根据本发明方案的有利发展中,箭头状尖端被设计为具有四个倒钩的十字形尖端的形式,而在四个位置使得形成啮合的闭锁轮廓的环形外周中断,因此该闭锁轮廓可通过旋转从啮合的闭锁轮廓上脱离。在此情况下,四个倒钩例如可被设计成固定倒钩的形式,也就是说,是非弹性倒钩的形式,而形成啮合的闭锁轮廓的外周的四个环形分段是弹性的,由此能实现卡夹接头。如果倒钩径向与相应的周向部分一致,则卡夹接头闭合,而卡夹接头可通过移动四个倒钩打开与环形外周的中断径向对齐来打开。此时,可利用简单地将箭头状尖端推入相联的开口中来闭合根据本发明的卡夹接头,而通过在开口中相应地旋转箭头状尖端能够进行脱离。

Claims (7)
