Abstract

本发明属于塑料回收加工领域，公开了一种气浮选料装置，包括筒体、曝气管、集气环、进气管，筒体是一个密闭容器，筒体的顶部设有进料口，筒体的上部侧面设有出料口，筒体的底部设有排渣口，集气环和曝气管均位于筒体内的底部位置，本发明改变了传统浮选法的选料方式，改善了生产劳动环境，无有毒有害的废液产生，降低了生产成本。

本发明涉及塑料回收加工领域，具体涉及一种气浮选料装置。
背景技术
在塑料回收处理行业中，需要将不同比重的塑料分选开来，传统的选料方式是采用浮选法，即需要在液体中加入大量工业盐、烧碱等化工原料或石粉，通过改变溶液的比重，使可回收的塑料片上浮以便筛选出来，而碎铁屑、金属、沙、石等其他较重的废物沉底，费工、费时、效率低，而且还会排出大量废液，对环境造成污染。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足，本发明提出一套解决方案，提供一种气浮选料装置。
技术方案如下：
一种气浮选料装置，包括筒体、曝气管、集气环、进气管，筒体是一个密闭容器，筒体的顶部设有进料口，筒体的上部侧面设有出料口，筒体的底部设有排渣口，集气环和曝气管均位于筒体内的底部位置，曝气管的进气端固定在集气环上并与之连通，进气管与集气环连通；筒体内设有吹气管，吹气管的开口方向朝向筒体的底部并与筒体的轴线重合；筒体的顶面设置有风机，风机的出风口与所述进气管和吹气管连通，筒体的顶面均匀设有二个以上的出气孔，进气管的旁路支管设有阀门。
本发明的有益效果：
改变传统的使用浮选法的选料方式，改善了生产劳动环境，无有毒有害的废液产生，降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例：先向筒体中不断注水，当水面达到筒体上部的出料口时，启动风机，同时由进料口加入需要筛选的物料碎片，带有一定压力的气流通过进气管进入筒体底部的集气环，再由均布在筒体底部的曝气管排出，大量排出的气体被分割成众多细小的气泡在水中翻腾，同时部分气流经中心的吹气口排出，较轻的物料碎片被这些气泡带动上浮，并随着水流由出料口排出，而较重的物料碎片则慢慢沉入筒体的底部，定时由排渣口排出，从而将可回收利用的物料与不可用的废料分离开来，达到筛选目的。
在这个过程中，气流的大小由进气管旁路上的阀门进行调节。

Claims (4)

1.一种气浮选料装置，包括筒体、曝气管、集气环、进气管，所述筒体是一个密闭容器，筒体的顶部设有进料口，筒体的上部侧面设有出料口，筒体的底部设有排渣口，集气环和曝气管均位于筒体内的底部位置，曝气管的进气端固定在集气环上并与之连通，进气管与集气环连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气浮选料装置，所述筒体内设有吹气管，吹气管的开口方向朝向筒体的底部并与筒体的轴线重合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气浮选料装置，所述筒体的顶面设置有风机，风机的出风口与所述进气管和吹气管连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的气浮选料装置，所述筒体的顶面均匀设有二个以上的出气孔，进气管的旁路支管设有阀门。
