本发明涉及一种密炼机石墨烯?油料处理及投料设备,其特征是:包括石墨烯?油料储罐,石墨烯?油料储罐上分别设有石墨烯进料口和油料进料口,石墨烯进料口与石墨烯称的出料端连接,油料进料口与油料称的出料端连接;在所述石墨烯?油料储罐内部设置有超声发生器,在石墨烯?油料储罐上部安装电机,电机的动力输出轴与搅拌转子连接,搅拌转子位于石墨烯?油料储罐内。在所述石墨烯?油料储罐的底部设有出料口。所述石墨烯称的进料端与石墨烯储罐的出口端连接。所述石墨烯储罐的进料端通过输送管道与气力输送装置连接。所述石墨烯称连接于石墨烯储罐下方。本发明使石墨烯与油剂混合并经充分分散,设备结构简单,制造成本低。

密炼机石墨烯-油料处理及投料设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种密炼机石墨烯-油料处理及投料设备,属于密炼设备技术领域。
背景技术
石墨烯是一种新型碳材料,其发现者获得2010年诺贝尔物理学奖。近年研究表明石墨烯加入橡胶等高分子材料可使各种力学性能得到较大提升。实验室一般采用溶剂法在高分子中进行分散,分散效果较理想。但是在实际工业生产过程中,特别是轮胎密炼车间,一般采用将此类小料直接加入密炼机内进行混炼。石墨烯如果直接加入到密炼机中,分散性较差,造成局部聚集,不但不会提高,还可能会影响胶料的各类性能。因此,开发满足工业化生产需求的石墨烯混炼工艺成为石墨烯类碳材料在轮胎行业应用首要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种密炼机石墨烯-油料处理及投料设备,使石墨烯与油剂混合并经充分分散,设备结构简单,制造成本低。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述密炼机石墨烯-油料处理及投料设备,其特征是:包括石墨烯-油料储罐,石墨烯-油料储罐上分别设有石墨烯进料口和油料进料口,石墨烯进料口与石墨烯称的出料端连接,油料进料口与油料称的出料端连接;在所述石墨烯-油料储罐内部设置有超声发生器,在石墨烯-油料储罐上部安装电机,电机的动力输出轴与搅拌转子连接,搅拌转子位于石墨烯-油料储罐内。
进一步的,在所述石墨烯-油料储罐的底部设有出料口。
进一步的,所述石墨烯称的进料端与石墨烯储罐的出口端连接。
进一步的,所述石墨烯储罐的进料端通过输送管道与气力输送装置连接。
进一步的,所述石墨烯称连接于石墨烯储罐下方。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
(1)本发明设备简单,制造成本较低;
(2)采用本发明所述设备石墨烯在整个系统中处于密封状态,避免了粉尘污染,保障了车间作业环境;
(3)整个过程石墨烯粉料的输送、搅拌、溶解、加热、超声波处理全自动控制连续化生产,提高了准确性和生产效率;
(4)本发明所述设备由于添加了超声波发生器,石墨烯在芳烃油中的分散好、单层率较高;
(5)石墨烯价格昂贵,本发明所述设备可最大程度的降低石墨烯的损失率;
(6)密炼机本身自带油料称量系统,可根据该设备在原有设备基础上进行部分改装即可。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示:所述密炼机石墨烯-油料处理及投料设备包括石墨烯-油料储罐1、超声发生器2、搅拌转子3、电机4、油料称5、石墨烯称6、石墨烯储罐7、气力输送装置8、输送管道9等。
如图1所示,本发明所述密炼机石墨烯-油料处理及投料设备,包括石墨烯-油料储罐1,石墨烯-油料储罐1上分别设有石墨烯进料口和油料进料口,石墨烯-油料储罐1的底部设有出料口,石墨烯进料口与石墨烯称6的出料端连接,油料进料口与油料称5的出料端连接,石墨烯称6的进料端与石墨烯储罐7的出口端连接,石墨烯储罐7的进料端通过输送管道9与气力输送装置8连接。
所述石墨烯储罐7在生产过程中用来储存石墨烯粉料,由于石墨烯颗粒较小,经常造成粉尘污染,储罐具有良好的密封性及较大的体积空间。
所述石墨烯称6连接于石墨烯储罐7下方,用来称量石墨烯粉体,其称量范围为0~1Kg,可精确至0.01。所述油料秤5用于称量配方中所需芳烃油的质量。
在所述石墨烯-油料储罐1内部设置有超声发生器2。
在所述石墨烯-油料储罐1上部安装电机4,电机4的动力输出轴与搅拌转子3连接,搅拌转子3位于石墨烯-油料储罐1内。
本发明所述密炼机石墨烯-油料处理及投料设备的工作过程:将石墨烯粉料经气力输送装置8和输送管道9输送至石墨烯储罐7,整个输送管道9完全密闭,以防石墨烯粉料泄露至空气中。经石墨烯称6和油料称5称量后,石墨烯和油料粉料进入石墨烯-油料储罐1中。经搅拌转子3进行搅拌,此时石墨烯可大部分溶于油料中;此时,开启超声发生器2,在保持油料温度60℃的条件进行超声处理1~2小时,超声过程可将多层石墨烯完全剥离成单层石墨烯。超声处理完毕后,混合溶液由石墨烯-油料储罐1底部的出料口注入密炼室内,与胶料混合。

1.一种密炼机石墨烯-油料处理及投料设备,其特征是:包括石墨烯-油料储罐(1),石墨烯-油料储罐(1)上分别设有石墨烯进料口和油料进料口,石墨烯进料口与石墨烯称(6)的出料端连接,油料进料口与油料称(5)的出料端连接;在所述石墨烯-油料储罐(1)内部设置有超声发生器(2),在石墨烯-油料储罐(1)上部安装电机(4),电机(4)的动力输出轴与搅拌转子(3)连接,搅拌转子(3)位于石墨烯-油料储罐(1)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的密炼机石墨烯-油料处理及投料设备,其特征是:在所述石墨烯-油料储罐(1)的底部设有出料口。
3.如权利要求1所述的密炼机石墨烯-油料处理及投料设备,其特征是:所述石墨烯称(6)的进料端与石墨烯储罐(7)的出口端连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的密炼机石墨烯-油料处理及投料设备,其特征是:所述石墨烯储罐(7)的进料端通过输送管道(9)与气力输送装置(8)连接。
5.如权利要求3所述的密炼机石墨烯-油料处理及投料设备,其特征是:所述石墨烯称(6)连接于石墨烯储罐(7)下方。
