Abstract

本发明公开了一种制带器,该制带器的上下壳体可开启连接,上壳体内腔设有拉拽机构的主动棘轮,主动棘轮的转轴外接摇柄,下壳体内设有与主动棘轮啮合的从动棘轮,从动棘轮两端的轴座上设有弹簧,在进带口的外侧设有与进带口端面成直角状的靠挡,进带口内侧设有切割装置,切割装置的定型板上设有过带槽,过带槽上设有可移动的刀片,调节杆连接刀片座,调节杆一端伸出于壳体外与锁止器连接,拉拽机构另一侧的下壳体上设有与进带口和过带槽成直线对应的出带口。外力转动摇柄,将整个塑料瓶身切割成带状。

一种制带器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种将塑料瓶切割成带状的制带器。
背景技术
塑料瓶作为包装容器在日常生活中应用较广,特别是矿泉水、果汁、可乐等饮料每天所使用的数量相当惊人。人们对这些使用后的塑料空瓶进行二次利用或回收加工成再生塑料,数量也十分有限,一般情况下都作为垃圾处理,这样不但是一种浪费,而且对环境也造成很大的伤害。如果将废弃的空塑料瓶制成带绳,作为家庭日常生活中捆绑杂物所用,也是一种废物利用,减轻对环境污染。但是,目前市场上还没有一种对空塑料瓶制成带绳的器具。
发明内容
本发明针对所存在的不足,提供一种将塑料瓶切割成带状的制带器。
为了达到上述的技术目的,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种制带器,包括上壳体、下壳体、拉拽机构、切割装置,上下壳体可开启连接,所述上壳体内腔设有所述拉拽机构的主动棘轮,主动棘轮的转轴外接摇柄,所述下壳体内设有与主动棘轮啮合的从动棘轮,从动棘轮两端的轴座上设有弹簧,在进带口的外侧设有与进带口端面成直角状的靠挡,进带口内侧设有切割装置,所述切割装置的定型板上设有过带槽,过带槽上设有可移动的刀片,调节杆连接刀片座,调节杆一端伸出于壳体外与锁止器连接,过带槽对应进带口,拉拽机构另一侧的下壳体上设有与进带口和过带槽成直线对应的出带口,上壳体设有延接的手柄。
所述定型板上的过带槽一侧设有调节制带宽度的刻度尺。
所述定型板为金属材料制成。
每天产生的塑料空瓶数量相当惊人,真正回收的数量也十分有限,作为垃圾处理不但浪费,还对环境造成很大的伤害。本技术对空塑料瓶进行切割制成塑料带,在日常生活中,可用于捆绑物体,或包扎金属工具的手柄,或编织成装饰件等等,用处相当广泛,使废物得到充分利用,不仅减少了浪费,还保护了环境。本技术在使用时,先割去塑料瓶的底部,并在瓶身的切割口切出一条引带头,打开上下壳体,将引带头穿入进带口内的过带槽中至拉拽机构,将上下壳体闭合,使主动棘轮和从动棘轮夹住塑料瓶的引带头,摇动摇柄,塑料瓶身被切割成带状从出带口中伸出,直至将整个塑料瓶身切割完毕。
本发明的有益效果是:1.切割的塑料带宽度由过带槽设定的宽度决定,过带槽上的刀片可移动调节,根据所需塑料带的宽度,移动刀片来调节过带槽的宽度,切割出的塑料带宽度均匀一致。2.靠挡使塑料瓶的切割口相贴,防止塑料瓶在转动切割时偏移轴线而造成切割断裂。3.拉拽机构的从动棘轮两端的轴座上设有弹簧,对于厚度不一的塑料瓶壁,主动棘轮与从动棘轮均能紧紧夹合,顺利拉动塑料带分割。4.操作省力,简单方便,适用于各种小型塑料瓶的切割。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种制带器,包括上壳体1、下壳体2、拉拽机构3、切割装置4,上下壳体可开启连接,上壳体1内腔设有拉拽机构3的主动棘轮31,主动棘轮31的转轴外接摇柄35,下壳体2内设有与主动棘轮31啮合的从动棘轮32,从动棘轮32两端的轴座33上设有弹簧34,在进带口21的外侧设有与进带口21端面成直角状的靠挡5,进带口21内侧设有切割装置4,拉拽机构3另一侧的下壳体2上设有与进带口21和过带槽42成直线对应的出带口22,上壳体1设有延接的手柄11。
如图3所示,切割装置4的定型板41为金属材料制成,定型板41上设有过带槽42,过带槽42一侧设有调节制带宽度的刻度尺43,过带槽42对应进带口21,过带槽42上设有可移动的刀片45,调节杆46连接刀片座44,调节杆46一端伸出于壳体外与锁止器47连接。根据塑料带所需切割的宽度,移动刀片45将过带槽42的宽度调节至所需塑料带的宽度,锁止器47使刀片座44固定在定型板41的过带槽42上。
本技术在使用时,先割除塑料瓶6的底部,并在瓶身的切割口切出一条引带头61,打开上下壳体,将引带头61穿入进带口21内的过带槽42中至拉拽机构3,将上下壳体闭合,使主动棘轮31和从动棘轮32夹住塑料瓶的引带头61,摇动摇柄35,塑料瓶6身被切割成带状从出带口22中伸出(如图4所示),直至将整个塑料瓶6身切割完毕。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些仍视为属于本技术的保护范围。

1.一种制带器,包括上壳体(1)、下壳体(2)、拉拽机构(3)、切割装置(4),其特征在于:上下壳体可开启连接,所述上壳体(1)内腔设有所述拉拽机构(3)的主动棘轮(31),主动棘轮(31)的转轴外接摇柄(35),所述下壳体(2)内设有与主动棘轮(31)啮合的从动棘轮(32),从动棘轮(32)两端的轴座(33)上设有弹簧(34),在进带口(21)的外侧设有与进带口(21)端面成直角状的靠挡(5),进带口(21)内侧设有切割装置(4),所述切割装置(4)的定型板(41)上设有过带槽(42),过带槽(42)上设有可移动的刀片(45),调节杆(46)连接刀片座(44),调节杆(46)一端伸出于壳体外与锁止器(47)连接,过带槽(42)对应进带口(21),拉拽机构(3)另一侧的下壳体(2)上设有与进带口(21)和过带槽(42)成直线对应的出带口(22),上壳体(1)设有延接的手柄(11)。
