Abstract

本发明公开了一种自动卷绕制带器,包括切割装置、卷绕辊轴、手柄,所述切割装置的进带口内侧设有定型板,定型板上的过带槽对应进带口,过带槽上设有可移动的刀片,调节杆连接刀片并调节过带槽的宽度,调节杆一端连接位于壳体外的锁止器,切割装置上方设有盖体,进带口一侧设有可折合的靠挡,卷绕辊轴套接于手柄横向的心轴上,卷绕辊轴的转动轴线与切割装置的出带口端面平行,卷绕辊轴的轴向设有摇柄。外力转动摇柄,拉动引带头使刀片对塑料瓶壁进行切割,将切割出的塑料带卷绕在卷绕辊轴上。

自动卷绕制带器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种将塑料瓶切割成带状的自动卷绕制带器。
背景技术
塑料瓶作为包装容器在日常生活中应用较广,特别是矿泉水、果汁、可乐等饮料每天所使用的数量相当惊人。人们对这些使用后的塑料空瓶进行二次利用或回收加工成再生塑料,数量也十分有限,一般情况下都作为垃圾处理,这样不但是一种浪费,而且对环境也造成很大的伤害。如果将废弃的空塑料瓶制成带绳,作为家庭日常生活中捆绑杂物所用,也是一种废物利用,减轻对环境污染。但是,目前市场上还没有一种对空塑料瓶制成带绳的器具。
发明内容
本发明针对所存在的不足,提供一种将塑料瓶切割成带状的自动卷绕制带器。
为了达到上述的技术目的,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种自动卷绕制带器,包括切割装置、卷绕辊轴、手柄,所述切割装置的进带口内侧设有定型板,定型板上的过带槽对应进带口,过带槽上设有可移动的刀片,调节杆连接刀片并调节过带槽的宽度,调节杆一端连接位于壳体外的锁止器,切割装置上方设有盖体,进带口一侧设有可折合的靠挡,所述卷绕辊轴套接于手柄横向的心轴上,卷绕辊轴的转动轴线与切割装置的出带口端面平行,与出带口相对应的卷绕辊轴上设有卡扣,卷绕辊轴的轴向设有摇柄。
所述定型板的过带槽一侧设有调节制带宽度的刻度尺。
所述定型板为金属材料制成。
所述卷绕辊轴圆周面设有轴向的条状突列。
所述卷绕辊轴与出带口端面设有10—30厘米的间距H。
每天产生的塑料空瓶数量相当惊人,真正回收的数量十分有限,作为垃圾处理不但浪费,还对环境造成很大的伤害。本技术对空塑料瓶进行切割制成塑料带,在日常生活中用于捆绑物体,或包扎金属工具的手柄,或编织成装饰品等等,用处相当广泛,使废物得到充分利用,不仅减少了浪费,还保护了环境。本技术在使用时,先割除塑料瓶的底部,并在瓶身的切割口切出一条引带头,转动靠挡与进带口成直角状,瓶身的切割口相贴于靠挡,将引带头穿入进带口内的过带槽中,并从出带口伸出卡接在卷绕辊轴的卡扣上,转动摇柄,拉动引带头使刀片对塑料瓶壁进行切割,切割出的塑料带卷绕在卷绕辊轴上,直至将塑料瓶切割完毕。
本发明的有益效果是:1.切割的塑料带宽度由过带槽设定的宽度决定,过带槽上的刀片可移动调节,根据所需塑料带的宽度,移动刀片来调节过带槽的宽度,切割出的塑料带宽度均匀一致。2.靠挡使塑料瓶的切割口相贴,防止塑料瓶在转动切割时偏移轴线而造成切割断裂。靠挡可折合,在不使用时靠挡弯折后盖住进带口,防止刀片裸露而造成安全隐患。3.切割后的塑料带形成卷状便于扎带系住,方便存放。4.操作省力,简单方便,适用于各种塑料瓶的切割。

下面结合附图及实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种自动卷绕制带器,包括切割装置1、卷绕辊轴2、手柄3,切割装置1的进带口11内侧设有定型板12,定型板12上的过带槽13对应进带口11,过带槽13上设有调节杆16连接的刀片15,调节杆16连接锁止器17,切割装置1上方设有盖体31,进带口11一侧设有可折合的靠挡32,卷绕辊轴2套接于手柄3横向的心轴22上,卷绕辊轴2的转动轴线与切割装置1的出带口14端面平行,卷绕辊轴2与出带口14端面设有10—30厘米的间距H。与出带口14相对应的卷绕辊轴2上设有卡扣24,卷绕辊轴2圆周面设有轴向的条状突列23,卷绕辊轴2的轴向设有摇柄21。
如图2所示,所述定型板12为金属材料制成,定型板12的过带槽13上设有可移动的刀片15,过带槽13一侧设有调节制带宽度的刻度尺18。调节杆16连接刀片15并调节过带槽13的宽度,调节杆16一端连接位于壳体外的锁止器17,锁止器17对调节后的刀片15进行固定。
使用时,先去除塑料瓶4的底部,并在瓶身的切割口切出一条引带头41,转动靠挡32与进带口11成直角状,靠挡32在不使用时折合盖住进带口11,防止刀片裸露而造成安全隐患。根据塑料带所需的宽度,调节刀片15至定型板12上对应的刻度尺18,使过带槽13的宽度与所需塑料带的宽度相同,然后将瓶身的切割口相贴于靠挡32,引带头41穿入进带口11内的过带槽13中,并从出带口14伸出卡接在卷绕辊轴2的卡扣24上,转动摇柄21,拉动引带头41使刀片15对塑料瓶壁进行切割,切割出的塑料带卷绕在卷绕辊轴2上(如图3所示),直至将塑料瓶4切割完毕。

以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些仍视为属于本技术的保护范围。

1.一种自动卷绕制带器,包括切割装置(1)、卷绕辊轴(2)、手柄(3),其特征在于:所述切割装置(1)的进带口(11)内侧设有定型板(12),定型板(12)上的过带槽(13)对应进带口(11),过带槽(13)上设有可移动的刀片(15),调节杆(16)连接刀片(15)并调节过带槽(13)的宽度,调节杆(16)一端连接位于壳体外的锁止器(17),切割装置(1)上方设有盖体(31),进带口(11)一侧设有可折合的靠挡(32),所述卷绕辊轴(2)套接于手柄(3)横向的心轴(22)上,卷绕辊轴(2)的转动轴线与切割装置(1)的出带口(14)端面平行,与出带口(14)相对应的卷绕辊轴(2)上设有卡扣(24),卷绕辊轴(2)的轴向设有摇柄(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动卷绕制带器,其特征在于:所述定型板(12)的过带槽(13)一侧设有调节制带宽度的刻度尺(18)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动卷绕制带器,其特征在于:所述定型板(12)为金属材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动卷绕制带器,其特征在于:所述卷绕辊轴(2)圆周面设有轴向的条状突列(23)。
