本发明公开了一种自动制带器,该制带器的外壳体的平台上设有垂直的定位柱,弧形挡板的中心缺口内侧设有切割装置,切割装置的过带槽上设有可移动的刀片,刀片座连接调节杆,调节杆外接锁止器,平整装置的两个电热板间的过带引道和两个滚压轴间的夹道与所述切割装置的过带槽分别对应排列并在同一直线上,设置于外壳体内腔的电机其转轴的上部伸出支撑板并与卷绕辊轴连接,卷绕辊轴位于滚压轴一侧,电机转轴上的主动齿轮啮合滚压轴下端的从动齿轮,电机带动卷绕辊轴旋转,卷绕辊轴在旋转中拉动塑料带将塑料瓶进行切割。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种将塑料瓶切割成带状的自动制带器。
背景技术
塑料瓶作为包装容器在日常生活中应用较广,特别是矿泉水、果汁、可乐等饮料每天所使用的数量相当惊人。人们对这些使用后的塑料空瓶进行二次利用或回收加工成再生塑料,数量也十分有限,一般情况下都作为垃圾处理,这样不但是一种浪费,而且对环境也造成很大的伤害。如果将废弃的空塑料瓶制成带绳,作为家庭日常生活中捆绑杂物所用,也是一种废物利用,减轻对环境污染。但是,目前市场上还没有一种对空塑料瓶制成带绳的器具。
发明内容
本发明针对所存在的不足,提供一种将塑料瓶切割成带状的自动制带器。
为了达到上述的技术目的,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种自动制带器,包括外壳体、切割装置、平整装置、卷绕辊轴,所述外壳体的平台上设有垂直的定位柱,弧形挡板的中心缺口内侧设有切割装置,所述切割装置的过带槽上设有可移动的刀片,刀片座连接调节杆,调节杆外接锁止器,所述平整装置的两个电热板间的过带引道和两个滚压轴间的夹道与所述切割装置的过带槽分别对应排列并在同一直线上,设置于外壳体内腔的电机其转轴的上部伸出支撑板并与卷绕辊轴连接,卷绕辊轴位于滚压轴一侧,卷绕辊轴上设有卡扣,电机转轴上的主动齿轮啮合滚压轴下端的从动齿轮,电路控制系统控制电机和电热板。
所述两个电热板之间的过带引道的宽度略大于塑料瓶壁的厚度,电热板外设有绝缘保护罩。
所述两个滚压轴之间的夹道的宽度为塑料瓶壁的厚度。
所述过带槽一侧设有调节制带宽度的刻度尺。
所述外壳体上设有外接电源的插口。
所述外壳体上设有控制电机启动的开关按钮。
每天产生的塑料空瓶数量相当惊人,真正回收的数量十分有限,作为垃圾处理不但浪费,还对环境造成很大的伤害。本技术对空塑料瓶进行切割加工制成塑料带,用于日常生活中的物体捆绑,或包扎金属工具的手柄,或编织成装饰品等等,用处相当广泛,使废物得到充分利用,不仅减少了浪费,还保护了环境。本技术在使用时,先割去塑料瓶的底部,并在瓶身的切割口切出一条引带头,然后塑料瓶套在定位柱上,引带头从弧形挡板的中心缺口穿入过带槽中,并通过电热板的过带引道和滚压轴的夹道,卡接在卷绕辊轴的卡扣上,接通电源后,电机带动卷绕辊轴旋转,卷绕辊轴在旋转中拉动塑料带将塑料瓶进行切割,并将切割的塑料带卷绕在卷绕辊轴上,直至将塑料瓶切割完毕。在切割过程中,电热板对经过的塑料带进行受热软化,同时两个滚压轴对软化的塑料带进行夹压,使不平的塑料带得到平整,切割面的棱角得到钝化。
本发明的有益效果是:1. 切割的塑料带宽度由过带槽设定的宽度决定,过带槽上的刀片可移动调节,根据所需塑料带的宽度,移动刀片来调节过带槽的宽度,切割出的塑料带宽度均匀一致。2. 有加强筋的塑料瓶切割后塑料带存在不平现象,通过平整装置的加热滚压,使切割后的塑料带平整,切割口光滑不会割手,消除了潜在的安全隐患。3. 切割后的塑料带成卷状便于捆扎方便存放。4. 电动切割省力方便,适用于各种塑料瓶的切割。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种自动制带器,包括外壳体1、切割装置2、平整装置3、卷绕辊轴4,所述外壳体1的平台11上设有垂直的定位柱13,弧形挡板14的中心缺口15内侧设有切割装置2,所述切割装置2的过带槽23上设有可移动的刀片21,刀片座22连接调节杆25,调节杆25外接锁止器26,所述平整装置3的两个电热板31间的过带引道33和两个滚压轴34间的夹道35与所述切割装置2的过带槽23分别对应排列并在同一直线上,设置于外壳体1内腔的电机5其转轴51的上部伸出支撑板12并与卷绕辊轴4连接,卷绕辊轴4位于滚压轴34一侧,卷绕辊轴4上设有卡扣41,电机5转轴51上的主动齿轮52啮合滚压轴34下端的从动齿轮53,电路控制系统6控制电机5和电热板31。所述外壳体1上设有外接电源的插口7,外壳体上还设有控制电机启动的开关按钮8。
如图2所示,所述两个电热板31之间的过带引道33的宽度略大于塑料瓶壁的厚度,电热板31外设有绝缘保护罩32。所述两个滚压轴34之间的夹道35的宽度为塑料瓶壁的厚度。
如图3所示,所述切割装置2的过带槽23上设有可移动的刀片21,刀片座22连接调节杆25,过带槽23一侧设有调节制带宽度的刻度尺24。调节杆25控制刀片21并对过带槽23制带宽度的调节,调节杆25一端连接位于壳体外的锁止器26,锁止器26对调节后的刀片21进行锁定。
本技术在使用时,先割去塑料瓶9的底部,并在瓶身的切割口切出一条引带头91,然后塑料瓶9套在定位柱13上,引带头91从弧形挡板14的中心缺口15穿入过带槽23中,并通过电热板31的过带引道33和滚压轴34的夹道35,卡接在卷绕辊轴4的卡扣41上(如图4)。接通电源后,电机5带动卷绕辊轴4旋转,卷绕辊轴4在旋转中拉动塑料带将塑料瓶9进行切割,并将切割的塑料带卷绕在卷绕辊轴4上,直至将塑料瓶切割完毕。在切割过程中,电热板31对经过的塑料带进行受热软化,同时两个滚压轴34对软化的塑料带进行夹压,使不平的塑料带得到平整,切割面的棱角也得到钝化。

1.一种自动制带器,包括外壳体(1)、切割装置(2)、平整装置(3)、卷绕辊轴(4),其特征在于:所述外壳体(1)的平台(11)上设有垂直的定位柱(13),弧形挡板(14)的中心缺口(15)内侧设有切割装置(2),所述切割装置(2)的过带槽(23)上设有可移动的刀片(21),刀片座(22)连接调节杆(25),调节杆(25)外接锁止器(26),所述平整装置(3)的两个电热板(31)间的过带引道(33)和两个滚压轴(34)间的夹道(35)与所述切割装置(2)的过带槽(23)分别对应排列并在同一直线上,设置于外壳体内腔的电机(5)其转轴(51)的上部伸出支撑板(12)并与卷绕辊轴(4)连接,卷绕辊轴(4)位于滚压轴(34)一侧,卷绕辊轴(4)上设有卡扣(41),电机转轴(51)上的主动齿轮(52)啮合滚压轴(34)下端的从动齿轮(53),电路控制系统(6)控制电机(5)和电热板(31)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动制带器,其特征在于:所述两个电热板(31)之间的过带引道(33)的宽度略大于塑料瓶壁的厚度,电热板(31)外设有绝缘保护罩(32)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动制带器,其特征在于:所述两个滚压轴(34)之间的夹道(35)的宽度为塑料瓶壁的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动制带器,其特征在于:所述过带槽(23)一侧设有调节制带宽度的刻度尺(24)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动制带器,其特征在于:所述外壳体(1)上设有外接电源的插口(7)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动制带器,其特征在于:所述外壳体上设有控制电机启动的开关按钮(8)。
