Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布及其制备方法,它包括中间的基布层,由NOMEX纤维和间位芳纶纤维铺网构成超细纤维迎尘面层,由间位芳纶纤维铺网设有透气净气面层,含有高细度滑石粉的PTFE乳液浸渍层。本发明是以NOMEX纤维和间位芳纶纤维铺基材,并与抗腐蚀耐氧化的PTFE基布进行复合成毡制作滤布,增加了滤布的强度和过滤精度;同时在制备过程中采用含有高细化滑石粉的PTFE乳液浸渍处理,使滤布表面具有一定憎水性,提高了滤布的耐酸碱腐蚀性;更是增加了滤布表面的光滑度,增加粉尘剥离率,容尘量小,更加易清灰。

一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及废气处理领域,尤其涉及一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶复合耐高温滤布及其制备方法。
背景技术
袋式除尘器是一种高效干式除尘器,它是依靠纤维滤料做成的滤袋,通过滤袋表面上形成的粉尘层来净化气体的。几乎对于一般工业中的所有粉尘,其除尘效率均可能达到99%以上。在高温除尘领域多采用耐高温芳纶纤维针刺毡作为过滤介质,但是无论是美国杜邦公司、日本帝人公司、还是中国生产的间位芳纶,当遇过高温(约350℃以上)和遇有机化学成分及水分时会很快水解而损坏,并且由于芳纶纤维是热固性纤维,只可烧毛不能压光,导致烧毛后的针刺毡表面比较粗糙,特别是在沥青混凝土搅拌除尘器中使用时粘附大量粉尘,除尘器大气反吹过程中清灰不利,导致沥青搅拌站的出料量在单位时间内急剧下降,工作效率变低。
因此,有必要针对提供芳纶复合耐高温滤布的表面进行改善,使其表面光滑易清灰,提高使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布及其制备方法,以改善耐高温芳纶纤维针刺毡表面粗糙的现象,提高其表面光滑度,提升除尘效率。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布,包括中间的基布层,所述基布层的上表面设有超细纤维迎尘面层,所述基布层的下表面设有透气净气面层,所述超细纤维迎尘面层由狗骨型超细旦NOMEX纤维和间位芳纶纤维铺网构成,所述透气净气面层由间位芳纶纤维铺网构成,所述基布层、所述超细纤维迎尘面层和所述透气净气面层针刺成毛毡,所述毛毡表面具有PTFE乳液浸渍层,所述浸渍层含有滑石粉。
进一步,所述超细纤维迎尘面层组分由狗骨型超细旦NOMEX纤维和2D的间位芳纶纤维组成。
进一步,所述狗骨型超细旦NOMEX纤维组分含量优选20%。
进一步,所述透气净气面层由2D的间位芳纶纤维铺网构成。
进一步,所述基布层为100%PTFE增强基布。
此外,本发明还公布了前述具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布的制备方法,具体技术方案如下:
⑴将狗骨型超细旦NOMEX纤维和间位芳纶纤维经开松、混合、梳理、铺网处理形成超细纤维迎尘面层,优选的,所述NOMEX纤维为狗骨型超细旦NOMEX纤维,所述间位芳纶纤维为2D的间位芳纶纤维;
⑵将间位芳纶纤维经开松、混合、铺网处理形成透气净气面层,优选的,所述间位芳纶纤维为2D的间位芳纶纤维;
⑶将步骤⑴和⑵制备的所述超细纤维迎尘面层和所述透气净气面层分别敷在基布的上表面和下表面,经过针刺,得到间位芳纶纤维超细复合耐高温针刺毡;
⑷将步骤⑶制备的间位芳纶纤维超细复合耐高温针刺毡用含有滑石粉的PTFE分散液浸渍处理,后经烘干定型成卷,即得到具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布。
进一步,所述步骤⑶的针刺工艺包括1道预刺、6道主刺。
进一步,所述步骤⑶和所述步骤⑷之间还包括一道后处理工艺,将所述间位芳纶纤维超细复合耐高温针刺毡进行烧毛处理,所述烧毛处理的气压为1.6Pa。
进一步,所述步骤⑷的PTFE分散液重量百分比为:高细度滑石粉5%,PTFE为10-14%,硅油为3%,偶联剂为0.2-0.5%,水为77.5—81.8%。
进一步,所述步骤⑷的浸渍处理的浸渍温度为230-250℃,浸渍速度为6m/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用狗骨型超细旦NOMEX纤维与2D间位芳纶纤维混纺制成迎尘面和净面层,并与抗腐蚀耐氧化的PTFE基布进行复合成毡,可实现高精度过滤,排放浓度可控制在10-15mg/m3以下;此外,针毡表面采用含有高细度滑石粉的PTFE乳液处理形成浸渍层,提高了滤布表面的光滑度,增加粉尘剥离率,容尘量小,更加易清灰,特别是针对沥青混凝土搅拌除尘器大气反吹过程中对清灰不利的情况下,避免了沥青搅拌站的出料量在单位时间内急剧下降的现象,提升了工作效率。

具体实施方式
实施例:
本实施例的一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布,包括中间的由100%PTFE增强基布制成的基布层1,基布层1的上表面设有超细纤维迎尘面层2,基布层1的下表面设有透气净气面层3,超细纤维迎尘面层2由NOMEX纤维和间位芳纶纤维铺网构成,透气净气面层3由2D的间位芳纶纤维铺网构成,基布层1、超细纤维迎尘面层2和透气净气面层3针刺成毛毡,毛毡表面具有PTFE乳液浸渍层4,浸渍层含有滑石粉组分。
其中,超细纤维迎尘面层2组分由狗骨型超细旦NOMEX纤维和2D的间位芳纶纤维组成。狗骨型超细旦NOMEX纤维组分含量优选20%。
NOMEX纤维,也是一种间位芳纶,这种材料的分子结构特别稳定,其特点是耐热性好,强度高,它在250℃的温度下,材料性能可较长时间保持稳定,故可将其制成针刺产品用作高温过滤材料及绝缘材料。NOMEX纤维与2D的间位芳纶纤维的组合使用,使本实施例中的滤布产品的耐高温、强力和耐磨性能都得到提高,具有更高的使用寿命。
一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
⑴将狗骨型超细旦NOMEX纤维和2D的间位芳纶纤维经开松、混合、梳理、铺网处理形成超细纤维迎尘面层2;
⑵将2D的间位芳纶纤维近开松、混合、铺网处理形成透气净气面层3;
⑶将步骤⑴和⑵制备的超细纤维迎尘面层2和透气净气面层3分别敷在100%PTFE增强基布层1上,经过针刺,得到间位芳纶纤维超细复合耐高温针刺毡,其中针刺步骤分为1道预刺、6道主刺。
为了除去针毡表面的绒毛,获得光洁表面的产品,可将针刺毛毡进行依次进行烧毛后处理,其中烧毛处理的气压优选为1.6Pa。
⑷将步骤⑶制备的间位芳纶纤维超细复合耐高温针刺毡用含有滑石粉的PTFE分散液浸渍处理,后经热定型机进行烘干处理,即得到具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布滤布。
PTFE分散液重量百分比优选为:滑石粉5%,PTFE为10-14%,硅油为3%,偶联剂为0.2-0.5%,水为77.5—81.8%;其中滑石粉优选高细度滑石粉。浸渍处理的工艺参数优选为浸渍温度为230-250℃,浸渍速度为6m/min。
针刺毛毡经过后处理过程可以使滤料表面光滑具有一定憎水性,同时保护滤料整体的耐酸碱腐蚀性,改善滤料整体孔隙率进一步提高排放浓度和使用寿命,减少滤袋更换次数,节省资金投入;滑石粉的加入,可以使滤料表面光滑,增加粉尘剥离率,容尘量小,更加易清灰,特别是针对沥青混凝土搅拌除尘器大气反吹过程中对清灰不利的情况下,避免了沥青搅拌站的出料量在单位时间内急剧下降的现象,提升了工作效率。
经测试,本实施例的一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布,排放浓度可控制在10-15mg/m3以下。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布,其特征在于:包括中间的基布层(1),所述基布层(1)的上表面设有超细纤维迎尘面层(2),所述基布层(1)的下表面设有透气净气面层(3),所述超细纤维迎尘面层(2)由NOMEX纤维和间位芳纶纤维铺网构成,所述透气净气面层(3)由间位芳纶纤维铺网构成,所述基布层(1)、所述超细纤维迎尘面层(2)和所述透气净气面层(2)针刺成毛毡,所述毛毡表面具有PTFE乳液浸渍层(4),所述浸渍层(4)含有滑石粉;
所述超细纤维迎尘面层(2)由狗骨型超细旦NOMEX纤维和2D的间位芳纶纤维组成;
所述狗骨型超细旦NOMEX纤维含量为20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布,其特征在于:所述透气净气面层(3)由2D的间位芳纶纤维铺网构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布,其特征在于:所述基布层(1)为100%PTFE增强基布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将狗骨型超细旦NOMEX纤维和间位芳纶纤维经开松、混合、梳理、铺网处理形成超细纤维迎尘面层;
(2)将间位芳纶纤维经开松、混合、铺网处理形成透气净气面层;
(3)将步骤⑴和⑵制备的所述超细纤维迎尘面层和所述透气净气面层分别敷在基布的上表面和下表面,经过针刺,得到间位芳纶纤维超细复合耐高温针刺毡;
(4)将步骤⑶制备的间位芳纶纤维超细复合耐高温针刺毡用含有滑石粉的PTFE分散液浸渍处理,后经烘干定型成卷,即得到具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑶的针刺工艺包括1道预刺、6道主刺。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑶和所述步骤⑷之间还包括一道后处理工艺,将所述间位芳纶纤维超细复合耐高温针刺毡进行烧毛处理,所述烧毛处理的气压为1.6Pa。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑷的PTFE分散液按重量百分比计包括:高细度滑石粉5%,PTFE为10-14%,硅油为3%,偶联剂为0.2-0.5%,水为77.5—81.8%。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有易清灰功能的芳纶耐高温滤布制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑷的浸渍处理工艺的浸渍温度为230-250℃,浸渍速度为6m/min。
