取清洁级ICR雄性小鼠60只，体重(30±5)g，随机分为6组，每组10只。正常对照组、肾阳虚模型组、阳性药(丙酸睾酮注射液，规格25mg·mL-1)组、给药组1、给药组2、给药组3。各组给药量如下：正常对照组、肾阳虚模型组给予生理盐水灌胃1mL/1000g体重；阳性药组，皮下注射丙酸睾酮注射液，5mg·kg-1；给药组1，实施例1的粉末10g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组2，0.02g的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重；给药组3，实施例1的粉末5g和0.01g的化合物加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/1000g体重。以上均每日1次。除正常对照组外，各组在给药第6天均腹腔注射氢化可的松25mg·kg-1，制备肾阳虚模型。然后各组按照之前的方式继续给药14天。
末次给药后24h处死小鼠，摘除前列腺-精囊腺、睾丸、包皮腺，分离周围脂肪等结缔组织。立即称量睾丸和包皮腺。前列腺-精囊腺，于Bovin′s液中固定，过夜。取出后，剔除附着的结缔组织。分离左侧附睾，在盛有20mL无菌PBS液的培养皿中剪碎，用镊子夹住组织反复洗涤，使精子游离出来，37℃孵育30min，即为精子混悬液。运用血细胞计数板法计数精子数量。结果见下表。

和正常对照组比较，*P＜0.05，表明造模成功；和肾阳虚模型组比较，ΔP＜0.05，说明本发明药物均具有药效。

1.一种补肾填精、滋阴壮阳、强魄体质的保健酒，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：羊肾60份、鹿茸20份、人参15份、牦牛鞭30份、广狗鞭30份、巴戟天30份、补骨脂18份、仙茅18份、淫羊藿30份、菟丝子18份、威灵仙15份、红花18份、赤芍18份、全蝎6份、蜈蚣2份、杜仲18份、枸杞18份、怀牛膝18份、薏苡仁30份、枣皮12份、肉苁蓉18份、黄柏18份、砂仁12份、白术18份、蛇床子18份、黄精18份、川断15份和鹿胶15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补肾填精、滋阴壮阳、强魄体质的保健酒，其特征在于，它还包含下列重量份的物质：0.1份的具有下列结构式的物质：
