本发明属于生物医药领域,涉及一种保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们养生保健意识不断提高,“药补不如食补”,食疗养生已然成为大家关注的新宠。虚证在生活中十分常见,老年多虚证,久病多虚证,其他如先天不足、烦劳过度、饮食不节、饥饱不调、缺乏锻炼等,皆能导致虚证。气血两虚是气血同时出现不足的严重症状表现,伴随着气血两虚的出现,会导致脏腑功能的减退,引起早衰的病变。气血虚少,不能上荣于面,则面色苍白无华;气血不足,脾阳不振,健运功能减弱,则神倦食少懒言。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种健体安神、改善睡眠的益肾健体保健食品及其制备方法。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种保健食品,包括以下重量份数的组分:龟板4~30份,鹿茸4~20份,枸杞子4~15份,人参3~12份,炙甘草3~8份。
在一些实施例中,龟板为黑颈乌龟、三线闭壳龟黄喉拟水龟、黄缘闭壳龟、安南龟、中华草龟、巴西龟、黄额盒龟、斑点池龟、平胸龟、中华草龟、中华花龟、大东方龟、亚洲巨龟和鳄龟中的一种或多种组合。
在一些实施例中,龟板为黑颈乌龟、三线闭壳龟和黄喉拟水龟,所述黑颈乌龟、三线闭壳龟、黄喉拟水龟的比例为1:2:6或2:3:5。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种保健食品,由以下重量份的原材料制成:龟板4~30份,鹿茸4~20份,枸杞子4~15份,人参3~12份,炙甘草3~8份和红茶4~20份。
在一些实施例中,红茶为工夫红茶、小种红茶和红碎茶的一种或者多种组合。
在一些实施例中,组成为:龟板8~10份,鹿茸8~10份,人参6~8份,枸杞子10~15份,炙甘草6~8份,红茶10~15份。

本发明还提供了一种保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将龟板、鹿茸净选后干燥至含水量小于8%,粉碎,过80目筛,按照物料:水为1:10的质量比,采用半仿生提取法提取3次,提取溶媒的pH值依次为3.0、7.0、9.0,煎煮时间依次为2h、1h、0.5h,合并煎煮液,过滤,减压浓缩至相对密度1.10~1.12,冷冻干燥得浸膏干粉备用;2)将人参、枸杞子、炙甘草、红茶净选后分别干燥至含水量小于4%,与步骤1浸膏干粉一起粉碎,过40目筛,于红外线干燥箱上使用60℃干燥消毒30min,混匀,包装。
本发明还提供了一种保健食品的制备方法,包括如上所述的各药材组分,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)取龟板、鹿茸、人参、枸杞子、炙甘草按照1:10的质量比加纯水煎煮3次,第一次煎煮2h,第二次煎煮1h,第三次煎煮0.5h,合并煎煮液,过滤,滤液经冷冻干燥得到浸膏干粉,并将浸膏干粉经粉碎,过80目筛后备用;2)将所述重量份数的提取物加入辅料,则制备得到所需的保健品胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
本发明具有以下的优点:本发明的保健食品是以龟板、鹿茸、枸杞子、人参、炙甘草为主要原料制成,原料中龟板及鹿茸采用科学合理的“半仿生”提取工艺制备加工而成,全面保留了两者的功效性成分,调理人们的肾虚和气血两虚问题,以及对增强体质免疫力、缓解疲劳和改善睡眠有很好的作用。本发明的保健食品具有疗效确切、安全可靠、服用方便灯特点。所涉及的设备简单,工艺科学合理,易于实现工业化生产。

下面对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种保健食品,由以下重量份的原材料制成成:龟板4~30份,鹿茸4~20份,枸杞子4~15份,人参3~12份,炙甘草3~8份。
龟板,为龟科动物乌龟Chinemysreevesii(Gray)的背甲及腹甲。性味咸、甘,微寒,归肝、肾、心经。有滋阴潜阳,益肾强骨,养血补心,固经止崩的功效。用于阴虚潮热,骨蒸盗汗,头晕目眩,虚风内动,筋骨痿软,心虚健忘,崩漏经多。龟,在二千年前的《神农本草经》中即被推崇为药之上品。明代李时珍在《本草纲目》中称:龟鹿皆灵而寿,甲虫三百六十,而神龟为之长。
鹿茸,为鹿科动物马鹿CervuselaphusLinnaeus或梅花鹿CervusnipponTemminck已骨化的角或银鸾后翌年春季脱落的角基,分别习称“马鹿茸”、“梅花鹿茸”、“鹿茸脱盘”。性味咸,温,归肾、肝经。有温肾阳,强筋骨,行血消肿的功效。用于肾阳不足,阳痿遗精,腰脊冷痛,阴疽疮癀,乳痈初起,瘀血肿痛。
枸杞子,为茄科植物宁夏枸杞子LyciumbarbarumL.的干燥成熟果实。性味甘平,归肝、肾经。有滋补肝肾,益精明目的功效。用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,阳萎遗精,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。本品能滋肝肾之阴,为平补肾精肝血之品。
人参,为五加科植物人参PanaxginsengC.A.Mey.的干燥根和根茎。性味甘、微苦,微温,归脾、肺、心、肾经。具有大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津养血,安神益智。用于体虚欲脱,肢冷脉微,脾虚食少,肺虚喘咳,津伤口渴,内热消渴,气血亏虚,久病虚羸,惊悸失眠,阳痿宫冷。
炙甘草,为豆科植物甘草GlycyrrhizauralensisFisch.、胀果甘草GlycyrrhizainflataBat.或光果甘草GlycyrrhizaglabraL.的干燥根及根茎的炮制加工品。性味甘,平,归心、肺、脾、胃经。有补脾和胃,益气复脉的功效。用于脾胄虚弱,倦怠乏力,心动悸,脉结代。
龟板为黑颈乌龟、三线闭壳龟(金钱龟)、黄喉拟水龟(石金钱龟)、黄缘闭壳龟、安南龟、中华草龟、巴西龟、黄额盒龟、斑点池龟、平胸龟、中华草龟(乌龟)、中华花龟(六线草)、大东方龟、亚洲巨龟和鳄龟中的一种或多种组合。
龟板滋肾阴、鹿茸温肾阳,二者互为君臣,佐以人参益气,补气中之怯,枸杞子生津,清神中之火,配以甘甜之味炙甘草,调和诸药,再组合清香雅韵之红茶,提神消疲。诸味相配,补阴补阳无偏胜之忧,入气入血,有和平之美,由是精生而气旺,气旺而神昌。
在一些实施例中,龟板为黑颈乌龟、三线闭壳龟和黄喉拟水龟,所述黑颈乌龟、三线闭壳龟、黄喉拟水龟的比例为1:2:6或2:3:5。
以上组分按各自配方量,可制成片剂、胶囊剂或颗粒剂。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种保健食品,由以下重量份的原材料制成:龟板4~30份,鹿茸4~20份,枸杞子4~15份,人参3~12份,炙甘草3~8份和红茶4~20份。
红茶属全发酵茶,是以适宜的茶树新芽叶为原料,经萎凋、揉捻(切)、发酵、干燥等一系列工艺过程精制而成的茶。红茶富含胡萝卜素、维生素A、钙、磷、镁、钾、咖啡碱、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸等多种营养元素。现在研究表明,红茶具有提神消疲、生津清热、强壮骨骼、抗衰老、养胃护胃等多种保健功效。
红茶为工夫红茶、小种红茶和红碎茶的一种或者多种组合。优选祁门红茶、阿萨姆红茶、大吉岭红茶、锡兰高地红茶、日照红茶、昭平红、霍红、滇红、越红、泉城红、苏红、川红、英红、东江楚云仙红茶等一种或者多种的组合。
优选的组成为:龟板8~10份,鹿茸8~10份,人参6~8份,枸杞子10~15份,炙甘草6~8份,红茶10~15份。
各组分按各自配方量,可制成袋泡茶和饮料。
本发明还提供了如上所述的保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将龟板、鹿茸净选后干燥至含水量小于8%,按配伍量取上述材料,粉碎,过80目筛,按照物料:水为1:10的质量比,采用半仿生提取法提取3次,提取溶媒的pH值依次为3.0、7.0、9.0,煎煮时间依次为2h、1h、0.5h,合并煎煮液,滤过,减压浓缩至相对密度1.10~1.12,冷冻干燥得浸膏干粉备用;2)将人参、枸杞子、炙甘草、红茶净选后分别干燥至含水量小于4%,按配伍量称取各材料,与步骤1浸膏干粉一起粉碎,过40目筛,于红外线干燥箱上使用60℃的温度干燥消毒30min,混匀,包装。
半仿生提取法(简称SBE)是近几年提出的新方法。它是从生物药剂学的角度,将整体药物研究法与分子药物研究法相结合,模拟口服药物经胃肠道转运吸收的环境,采用活性指导下的导向分离方法;是经消化道口服给药的制剂设计的一种新的提取工艺。
半仿生提取法的主要特点,一是提取过程符合中医配伍和临床用药的特点和口服药物在胃肠道转运吸收的特点。二是在具体工艺选择上,既考虑活性混合成分又以单体成分作指标,这样不仅能充分发挥混合物的综合作用,又能利用单体成分控制中药制剂的质量。三是有效成分损失少。在对多个单味中药和复方制剂的研究中,半仿生提取法已经显示出较大的优势和广泛的应用前景。有研究以阿魏酸、苦参碱、苦参总碱及干浸膏为指标,采用SBE和水提取法(WE法)对当归苦参丸的提取工艺进行比较研究,经4个指标综合评价发现,SBE法优于WE法。但目前半仿生提取法仍沿袭高温煎煮方式,容易影响许多有效活性成分,降低药效。因此,有学者建议将提取温度改为近人体温度,在提取液中加入拟人体消化酶活性物质,使提取过程更接近于药物在人体胃肠道的转运吸收过程,更符合辨证施治的中医药理论。
采用半仿生提取法来制备龟板及鹿茸,可以全面保留了两者的功效性成分,通过合理的食疗保健方法来调理人们的肾虚和气血两虚问题,以及对增强体质免疫力、缓解疲劳和改善睡眠有很好作用。
本发明还提供了一种保健食品的制备方法,包括如上所述的各药材组分,包括如下步骤:1)取配伍量取龟板、鹿茸、人参、枸杞子、炙甘草按照1:10的质量比加纯水煎煮3次,第一次煎煮2h,第二次煎煮1h,第三次煎煮0.5h,合并煎煮液,过滤,滤液经冷冻干燥得到浸膏干粉,并将浸膏干粉经粉碎,过80目筛后备用;2)将所述重量份数的提取物加入辅料,则制备得到所需的保健品胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
保健食品,因其服用方便、副作用小利于长期服用,且同时具备很好的养生保健功效而深受广大群众认可。中药保健食品饮的历史源远流长,本发明的保健食品,由龟板、鹿茸、人参等可用于保健食品的珍贵中药材,组合成具有滋精补血,益气养神的功效,适用于气血两虚的人群,尤其适合中老年气血虚弱者。本发明的保健食品有别于传统意义的纯中药类养生食品,原料龟板及鹿茸,质地坚硬,传统的水煎煮方法很难提取完全,而本发明的保健食品采用现代科学的“半仿生”提取工艺,尽可能多保留龟板及鹿茸中功效性成分,疗效更全面。本发明的保健食品由经典古方化裁而成,疗效明确,制备工艺科学合理,让消费者能够享受该健康保健食品带给自己的健康体验。
实施例1:
配伍量取龟板10份、鹿茸8份净选后干燥至含水量小于8%,按配伍量取上述材料,粉碎,过80目筛,按照物料:水为1:10的质量比,采用半仿生提取法提取3次,提取溶媒的pH值依次为3.0、7.0、9.0,煎煮时间依次为2h、1h、0.5h,合并煎煮液,滤过,减压浓缩至相对密度1.10~1.12,冷冻干燥制得龟鹿浸膏干粉备用。
配伍量取人参6份,枸杞10份,炙甘草6份,按照1:10的质量比加纯水煎煮3次,第一次煎煮2h,第二次煎煮1h,第三次煎煮0.5h,合并煎煮液,过滤,滤液经冷冻干燥得浸膏干粉,干粉经粉碎,过80目筛制成参枸甘浸膏干粉。
实施例2:
取人参6份,枸杞子10份,炙甘草6份,红茶净15份,分别干燥至含水量小于4%,与实施例1所得的鹿浸膏干粉18份一起粉碎,过40目筛,于红外线干燥箱上使用60℃的温度干燥消毒30min,混匀,包装成3g/袋,则制备得到本发明所需保健食品袋泡茶。
实施例3:
取实施例1所得的鹿浸膏干粉18份和参枸甘浸膏干粉22份,加入相当总重量10%的糊精、10%的罗汉果甜苷,混匀,再用80%乙醇制粒,干燥,整粒,装袋(每袋3g),即制备成颗粒剂。
实施例4:
取实施例1所得的鹿浸膏干粉18份和参枸甘浸膏干粉22份,加入相当总重量10%的淀粉混匀,用80%乙醇制粒,干燥,整粒,压片机中进行压片,即制备成片剂。
实施例5:
取实施例1所得的鹿浸膏干粉18份和参枸甘浸膏干粉22份,加入相当总重量10%的淀粉混匀,用80%乙醇制粒,干燥,整粒,再加入制得颗粒重量0.4%的硬脂酸镁混匀,装胶囊,即制备成胶囊剂。
实施例6:
取实施例1所得的鹿浸膏干粉18份和参枸甘浸膏干粉22份,加入总重量10%的罗汉果甜苷,混匀,按照1:5(M/V)加入无菌水,过滤,澄清,用灌装机按每支20mL灌装,封存,即制备成口服液。

选龟板8~10份,鹿茸8~10份,人参6~8份,枸杞子10~15份,炙甘草6~8份,红茶10~15份。先将龟板、鹿茸采用“半仿生法”提取,冷冻干燥得龟鹿浸膏干粉。然后将其与人参、枸杞子、炙甘草、红茶各材料粉碎后与龟板和鹿茸的浸膏干粉混匀,过40目筛,于红外线干燥箱上使用60℃的温度干燥消毒30min,直接包装成3g/袋,则制备得到所需保健产品袋泡茶。
实施例7:
选龟板8~10份,鹿茸8~10份,人参6~8份,枸杞子10~15份,炙甘草6~8份,辅料0.1~10份。先将龟板、鹿茸采用“半仿生法”提取,冷冻干燥得浸膏干粉。然后人参、枸杞子、炙甘草按照1:10的质量比加纯水煎煮3次,第一次煎煮2h,第二次煎煮1h,第三次煎煮0.5h,合并煎煮液,过滤,滤液经冷冻干燥得浸膏干粉。再将两次干粉再次粉碎混匀,过80目筛成浸膏干粉,通过不同方法制成片剂、颗粒剂或胶囊剂。
实施例8:增强体质免疫力试验:
根据卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003版)的增强体质免疫力人体试食实验评价方法进行评价。
选C57小鼠,体重18~22g,雄性,按体重平均为5组,分别设置高、中、低剂型组、模型组以及普通饲料对照组,每组15只,分别喂食。高、中、低剂型组分别相当于人实际摄入量的20、10、5倍。连续喂食30天,5天称一次体重。给药第2天,根据不同实验,腹腔或皮下注射环磷酰胺2-3天,累计120-160mg/kg,建立免疫低下模型。测定其吞噬细胞的廓清指数,免疫器官重量,迟发型超敏反应引起的耳肿胀度及血清溶血素。
结果如附图1-3所示,图1为实验的巨噬细胞的吞噬能力K值图,图2为实验的耳重差数值图,图3为实验的血清溶血素OD值示意图,本发明所述的保健品可明显提高免疫力低下的小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬能力,促进其非特异性免疫功能;能显著恢复免疫功能低下小鼠的DTH反应以及拮抗Cy降低的DTH,使小鼠的耳肿胀度恢复,显著提高PHA刺激淋巴细胞转化,即提高T淋巴细胞的应答功能,增强机体特异性细胞免疫的功能;同时可显著地恢复免疫低下动物血清溶血素OD值,提高特异性体液免疫功能。
实施例9:改善睡眠试验
为了检验该发明的改善睡眠功能,按照卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年)进行实验。
选C57小鼠,体重18~22g,雄性,按体重平均为5组,分别设置高、中、低剂型组、模型组以及普通饲料对照组,每组15只,分别喂食。高、中、低剂型组分别相当于人实际摄入量的20、10、5倍,连续喂食30天。
按照实验动物中改善动物睡眠的实验操作,进行了直接睡眠实验,延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验,戊巴比妥钠阀下催眠剂型实验,戊巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验等进行睡眠改善验证。

综上所述,低剂型和中剂型组没有明显直接催眠作用,并延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验与戊巴比妥钠阀下催眠剂型实验两项呈阳性,说明低剂型和中剂型有改善睡眠的作用。
以上的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种保健食品,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料制成:龟板4~30份,鹿茸4~20份,枸杞子4~15份,人参3~12份,炙甘草3~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品,其特征在于,所述龟板为黑颈乌龟、三线闭壳龟、黄喉拟水龟、黄缘闭壳龟、安南龟、中华草龟、巴西龟、黄额盒龟、斑点池龟、平胸龟、中华草龟、中华花龟、大东方龟、亚洲巨龟和鳄龟中的一种或多种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保健食品,其特征在于,所述龟板为黑颈乌龟、三线闭壳龟和黄喉拟水龟,所述黑颈乌龟、三线闭壳龟、黄喉拟水龟的比例为1:2:6或2:3:5。
4.一种保健食品,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料制成:龟板4~30份,鹿茸4~20份,枸杞子4~15份,人参3~12份,炙甘草3~8份和红茶4~20份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保健食品,其特征在于,所述红茶为工夫红茶、小种红茶和红碎茶的一种或者多种组合。
6.根据权利要求4所述的保健食品,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原材料制成:龟板4~30份,鹿茸4~20份,枸杞子4~15份,人参3~12份,炙甘草3~8份,红茶10~15份。
7.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的保健食品,其特征在于,所述保健食品可制成片剂、胶囊剂或颗粒剂。
8.根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的保健食品,其特征在于,所述保健食品可制成袋泡茶和饮料。
9.如权利要求4-6中任一项所述的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将龟板、鹿茸净选后干燥至含水量小于8%,粉碎,过80目筛,按照物料:水为1:10的质量比,采用半仿生提取法提取3次,提取溶媒的pH值依次为3.0、7.0、9.0,煎煮时间依次为2h、1h、0.5h,合并煎煮液,过滤,减压浓缩至相对密度1.10~1.12,冷冻干燥得浸膏干粉备用;
2)将人参、枸杞子、炙甘草、红茶净选后分别干燥至含水量小于4%,与步骤1浸膏干粉一起粉碎,过40目筛,于红外线干燥箱上使用60℃的温度干燥消毒30min,混匀,包装。
10.一种保健食品的制备方法,包括权利要求1所述的各药材组分,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)取龟板、鹿茸、人参、枸杞子、炙甘草按照1:10的质量比加纯水煎煮3次,第一次煎煮2h,第二次煎煮1h,第三次煎煮0.5h,合并煎煮液,过滤,滤液经冷冻干燥得到浸膏干粉,并将浸膏干粉经粉碎,过80目筛后备用;
2)将所述重量份数的提取物加入辅料,则制备得到本发明权利7所需的保健品胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂。
