背景技术

发明内容

本文使用的术语“粘土层”指包含多种粘土材料中的任一种的层,所述粘土材料主要包含蒙脱土,包括膨润土(钠基和钾基两者)、层状硅酸盐膨润土、高岭土、锂蒙脱石、皂石、铝膨润石、绿坡缕石以及硅镁石。
在一些实施例中,本教导内容的粘土层包含钠基膨润土并且可称为“膨润土层”。本教导内容的粘土层可经由流化床喷涂方法来添加,或者可经由本领域中其它常规方法添加至核,所述方法包括:旋转雾化、湿法制粒、干法制粒、喷雾干燥、圆盘制粒、挤出、平盘涂层、滚圆、转鼓制粒、流化床结块、高剪切制粒、结晶、沉淀、乳液胶凝、阀瓣旋转雾化以及其它铸造方法和制粒方法。
如本文所用,术语“活性剂”可为任意物质,所述物质被添加到粒料以提供用于给定用途的预期功能。所述活性剂可为生物学上可行的物质,食品或饲料成分、抗微生物剂、抗生素替代剂、益生元、益生菌、农用化学成分,诸如杀虫剂、肥料或除草剂;药物成分或家庭护理活性成分,或者它们的组合。在优选的实施例中,所述活性成分为蛋白质、酶、肽、多肽、氨基酸、碳水化合物、脂类或油、维生素、辅维生素、激素或它们的组合。在另一个实施例中,所述活性成分为酶或者其它生物活性成分。本教导内容涵盖了固有地热稳定性活性剂,并且其在所述粒料中可表现出增强的热稳定性。可使用任意酶,并且酶的非限制性列表包括植酸酶、木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、磷酸酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶(α或者β或者葡糖淀粉酶)、纤维素酶、脂酶、角质酶、氧化酶、转移酶、还原酶、半纤维素酶、甘露聚糖酶、酯酶、异构酶、果胶酶、乳糖酶、过氧化物酶、漆酶、其它氧化还原反应酶以及它们的混合物。

适于包含在用于家庭护理应用的去垢剂中的酶是类似的,特别是蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂酶、半纤维素酶、氧化还原反应酶、过氧化物酶、甘露聚糖酶、果胶酶、聚酯酶、转移酶以及纤维素酶。在本教导内容的某些方面,所述酶选自植酸酶、木聚糖酶、β葡聚糖酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂酶、酯酶以及它们的混合物。在本发明的一个实施例中,在所述粒料中提供了两种酶,木聚糖酶以及β-葡聚糖酶。可将所述酶混合在一起或者单独施加于所述粒料。在另一个实施例中,在所述粒料中提供了三种酶,即β-葡聚糖酶、木聚糖酶以及植酸酶。在一些实施例中,所述粒料可处于与其它粒料、构建物、表面活性剂以及其它物质的组合物中。
上述酶列表仅作为示例,并非旨在为排它性的。本发明的粘土粒料中可使用任意酶,包括细菌、真菌、酵母、植物、昆虫以及动物来源的野生型酶、重组型酶和变体酶,以及酸性、中性或者碱性酶。本领域的技术人员应当理解所用酶的量应至少部分地基于所选择的酶以及所预期的用途的类型和特性。
如本文所用,术语“漂白去垢剂基料”指包含足够漂白剂的基料,使得当所述酶存在于根据本教导内容的粒料B1中以30%硫酸钠代替30%所述膨润土的时候,在32℃和80%相对湿度下储存8周导致其中的活性剂酶的活性降低了至少5%。示例性的漂白去垢剂基料可包含30%无水柠檬酸钠、6%马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物钠盐、5%过硼酸钠一水合物、2%TAED、25%硅酸钠(非结晶)、2%线性脂肪醇乙氧基化物和余量补足的酶粒料以及无水碳酸钠。
如本文所用,术语“酶基体”指由发酵产生的回收酶以及作为加工助剂的附加组分,该加工助剂包括例如粘合剂(例如,PVA)、消泡剂、表面活性剂(例如,lutensol)、淀粉以及糖。
如本文所用,术语“缺乏可检测的成斑和成膜”指通过受训练的人使用GeneralElectric洗碗机,以9GH的水硬度进行50C正常循环,使用由玻璃制成的酒杯和餐具来进行污斑的评定。使用1(无斑点)、2(随机斑点)、3(覆盖约1/4的表面)、4(覆盖约1/2的表面)和5(几乎完全覆盖)的标度。使用本测试并且发现一致性的数值1,导致“缺乏可检测的成斑和成膜”的餐具的发现。
如本文使用,术语“涂层”以及“层”是可以互换的。为了形成基本上连续的层,所述第一涂层通常包封所述核使得该核表面具有很少或者无未涂覆区域。随后的涂层可包封所述生长中的粒料以形成一种或多种附加的基本上连续的层。因此,如本文所用,“附加的层”指一种或多种施加于粒料的涂层,并且可包含本领域常规技术人员所易于获得的多种材料中的任一种,包括在“核”下描述的那些物质,以及可见于相关专利中的物质,所述相关专利包括美国专利7,018,821、美国专利8,076,113、美国专利4,106,991、美国专利4,689,297和美国专利4,740,469。
示例性实施例
在根据图1的本发明示例性实施例中,粒料包含晶种(诸如盐晶,例如硫酸钠晶体),活性剂诸如酶围绕其涂覆。为了添加多层以制备粘土粒料,随后所得核可经受流化床喷涂处理。如本文所描绘的,提供了第一个酶层以围绕晶种(共同地形成“核”),随后为膨润土层,其既而随后为附加层。
在一些实施例中,使用流化床喷涂制备晶种和酶,使得所述酶作为涂层沉积到晶种上以制备核。在一些实施例中,通过其它方法制备所述晶种和酶,使得所述酶在晶种上不构成层而是可以与多种材料中的任一种散缀排布。
在一些实施例中,所述粘土层与所述核直接相邻,使得不存在居间层。在一些实施例中,在所述核与所述粘土层间可存在一个或多个居间层。在一些实施例中,位于所述粘土层的外部存在多于一个的附加层。
在一个实施例中,使用流化床喷涂制备整个粒料,其中晶种首先涂覆有酶层,所述酶层接下来涂覆有膨润土层,并且随后添加附加层。在此类粒料中,在所述层之间并不实施居间层。
在一些实施例中,本教导内容的粒料包含活性剂,该活性剂在储存过程后保持至少60、65、70、75、80、85、90、95%、99%或者100%的活性,该储存过程通过在漂白去垢剂基料中于32℃和80%的相对湿度下储存8周来进行。
在一些实施例中,本教导内容的粒料包含无机盐晶种(例如,硫酸钠)、包含SEQIDNO:1或者与其具有70%、75%、80%、85%、90%、95%或99%的同一性的蛋白质的活性剂、包含膨润土的粘土层(例如25-35%、28-33%、29-31%或者30%w/w)以及附加层。

实例:

使用常规流化床喷涂,根据以下成分制备此B1粒料。

该B1粒料在漂白去垢剂基料中于32C和80%的相对湿度下储存8周之后在性能上显示出无损耗。与以硫酸钠代替膨润土层的类似粒料相比,该粒料的生物化学分析表明,222位的甲硫氨酸残基的氧化在所述膨润土层状粒料B1中是最小的。此外,Heubach粉尘测试表明,相对于对照粒料而言所述B1粒料在粉尘上显示无增加。经测定,所述B1粒料的平均直径为566.2微米。
图2示出了多种对照粒料间的比较。相比于粒料C4(在结构上与B1类似的粒料,但是用20%硫酸钠取代所述30%膨润土,并且在所述酶层的外部含有额外的PVA/滑石层)、粒料C3(与B1相比有50%更大的外部附加涂层并且具有20%硫酸钠代替所述膨润土层)、粒料C2(20%膨润土层,在其它方面等同于B1)以及C1(类似于C4但是具有11.5%硫酸钠,而且在外部涂层中有更多TiO2和PVA),所述膨润土粒料B1显示了优越的稳定性性能。
附加的实验证实,在32C和80%的相对湿度下储存8周之后,粒料B1在去污效果测定中表现更好。
Claims (11)
1.粒料,其包含
具有活性剂酶基体的核,其中所述活性剂酶基体包含SEQIDNO:1或者与SEQIDNO:1具有80%、90%、95%或99%的同一性的蛋白质;以及
包含不低于25%的粘土的粘土层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粒料,其中所述核包含硫酸钠晶体。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粒料,其中所述酶基体包含PVA和消泡剂。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粒料,其中所述粘土包含膨润土,并且所述膨润土占所述全部粒料的25-35%、28-33%、29-31%或者30%w/w。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粒料,其中所述第三层包含PVA、TiO2以及lutensol。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的粒料,其中所述酶基体包含滑石、蔗糖和淀粉中的至少一种。
7.在自动餐具洗涤机中洗涤餐具的方法,所述方法包括混合包含权利要求1-6中任一项所述的粒料的漂白去垢剂基料;以及,洗涤所述餐具。
8.使用漂白去垢剂基料来洗涤餐具的方法,所述漂白去垢剂基料包含权利要求1-6中任一项所述的粒料,其中所得的餐具缺乏可检测的成斑和成膜,其中所述粒料占所述漂白去垢剂基料的0.5-1.5%或1%w/w。
9.漂白去垢剂基料,其包含权利要求1-6中任一项所述的粒料。
10.在流化床喷涂机中制备粘土粒料的方法,所述方法包括:
提供晶种;
用所述流化床喷涂机将第一层喷到所述晶种上以形成核,其中所述第一层包含活性剂;以及,
用所述流化床喷涂机将第二层喷到所述核上,其中所述第二层包含25%-35%的膨润土。
11.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的粒料在自动餐具洗涤应用中的用途。
