本发明公开一种履带式公路除雪车,包括车体和车厢、驾驶室、动力装置和控制装置、四个支撑筒安装架和四个调整液压缸等,两个支撑筒分别固定安装在车体正前方左右两侧的支撑筒安装架上,每个支撑筒内部转动安装有横向螺旋绞龙,支撑筒内端分别与输送筒相通,输送筒安装在车体中央;四个调整液压缸的缸体分别铰接安装在车体前方下部,每个调整液压缸的活塞分别铰接安装在每个支撑筒安装架上;两个支撑筒液压马达安装在两个支撑筒外端;两个滚筒分别转动安装在两个支撑筒外表面,滚筒内端安装有滚筒从齿轮。本发明通过设置有横向螺旋绞龙和纵向螺旋绞龙,实现了公路高效除雪的目的;结构合理,操作方便,适合市内道路雪后快速处理工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种市政处理机械设备,具体涉及一种履带式公路除雪车,属于市政建设机械设备技术领域。
背景技术
随着城市建设的不断进行,每逢大雪降临,公路的除雪工作对于道路行驶安全有着至关重要的作用,目前只是通过撒盐等工作促使雪尽快融化,但是由于冬季温度较低,融化的雪很容易结冰,更是不利于道路安全,因此,公路除雪设备对于道路安全的重要性不言而喻。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种履带式公路除雪车,其通过设置有螺旋式输送管和方便运行的车体结构,可以实现对公路降雪快速处理的目的。
本发明采取的技术方案为:一种履带式公路除雪车,包括车体和车厢、驾驶室、动力装置和控制装置、四个支撑筒安装架和四个调整液压缸、两个支撑筒和两个支撑筒液压马达、两个滚筒和两个输送筒、两个滚筒液压马达、两个滚筒主齿轮和两个滚筒从齿轮、两个车轮安装架、履带、车轮和车轮液压马达、两个输送筒液压马达,其特征在于:所述的车厢固定安装在车体正上方,所述的驾驶室固定安装在车体左上方,所述的动力装置和控制装置固定安装在车体右上方;所述的四个支撑筒安装架中每两个分别铰接安装在车体正前方的左右两侧,所述的两个支撑筒分别固定安装在车体正前方左右两侧的支撑筒安装架上,每个支撑筒内部转动安装有横向螺旋绞龙,支撑筒内端分别与输送筒的下端转动连接,并与输送筒内部相通,所述的输送筒的上端靠在车厢正上方;所述的四个调整液压缸的缸体分别铰接安装在车体前方下部,每个调整液压缸的活塞分别铰接安装在每个支撑筒安装架上;所述的两个支撑筒液压马达分别固定安装在两个支撑筒外端,并与支撑筒内部的横向螺旋绞龙同轴固定安装;所述的两个滚筒分别转动安装在两个支撑筒外表面,滚筒内端固定安装有滚筒从齿轮,并与安装在滚筒液压马达输出轴的滚筒主齿轮相互啮合,所述的滚筒液压马达固定安装在内侧的支撑筒安装架上;所述的输送筒内部转动安装有纵向螺旋绞龙,并与固定安装在输送筒上端的输送筒液压马达同轴固定安装;所述的两个车轮安装架分别固定安装在车体底端两侧,车轮安装架上分别转动安装有车轮,所述的车轮外表面安装有履带,最前方和最后方的两个车轮分别与安装在车轮安装架内侧的车轮液压马达的输出轴同轴连接。
进一步的,所述的动力装置为液压动力系统,分别通过管路依次与调整液压缸、支撑筒液压马达、滚筒液压马达、输送筒液压马达、车轮液压马达相连接,所述的控制装置通过线路分别与驾驶室的控制器相连接。
进一步的,所述的两个输送筒上部分别设置有出雪口。
进一步的,所述的两个支撑筒下部设置有进雪口,两个滚筒外表面设置有除雪刀片和卷雪口,所述的卷雪口的宽度与进雪口的宽度相同。
由于本发明采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:(1)本发明通过设置有横向螺旋绞龙和纵向螺旋绞龙,实现了公路高效除雪的目的;(2)本发明结构合理,操作方便,适合市内道路雪后快速处理工作。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示,一种履带式公路除雪车,包括车体1和车厢2、驾驶室3、动力装置4和控制装置5、四个支撑筒安装架6和四个调整液压缸7、两个支撑筒8和两个支撑筒液压马达9、两个滚筒10和两个输送筒11、两个滚筒液压马达12、两个滚筒主齿轮14和两个滚筒从齿轮13、两个车轮安装架15、履带16、车轮17和车轮液压马达19、两个输送筒液压马达18。车厢2固定安装在车体1正上方,驾驶室3固定安装在车体1左上方,动力装置4和控制装置5固定安装在车体1右上方。四个支撑筒安装架6中每两个分别铰接安装在车体1正前方的左右两侧,两个支撑筒8分别固定安装在车体1正前方左右两侧的支撑筒安装架6上,每个支撑筒8内部转动安装有横向螺旋绞龙20,支撑筒8内端分别与输送筒11的下端转动连接,并与输送筒11内部相通,输送筒11的上端靠在车厢2正上方。四个调整液压缸7的缸体分别铰接安装在车体1前方下部,每个调整液压缸7的活塞分别铰接安装在每个支撑筒安装架6上。两个支撑筒液压马达9分别固定安装在两个支撑筒8外端,并与支撑筒8内部的横向螺旋绞龙20同轴固定安装。两个滚筒10分别转动安装在两个支撑筒8外表面,滚筒10内端固定安装有滚筒从齿轮13,并与安装在滚筒液压马达12输出轴的滚筒主齿轮14相互啮合,滚筒液压马达12固定安装在内侧的支撑筒安装架6上。输送筒11内部转动安装有纵向螺旋绞龙21,并与固定安装在输送筒11上端的输送筒液压马达18同轴固定安装。两个车轮安装架15分别固定安装在车体1底端两侧,车轮安装架15上分别转动安装有车轮17,车轮17外表面安装有履带16,最前方和最后方的两个车轮17分别与安装在车轮安装架15内侧的车轮液压马达19的输出轴同轴连接。
动力装置4为液压动力系统,分别通过管路依次与调整液压缸7、支撑筒液压马达9、滚筒液压马达12、输送筒液压马达18、车轮液压马达19相连接,所述的控制装置5通过线路分别与驾驶室3的控制器相连接。两个输送筒11上部分别设置有出雪口1101。两个支撑筒8下部设置有进雪口801,两个滚筒10外表面设置有除雪刀片1001和卷雪口1002,卷雪口1002的宽度与进雪口801的宽度相同。
本发明的工作原理为:本发明在工作时,首先通过滚筒液压马达12,启动滚筒10,滚筒10旋转,通过滚筒10上的除雪刀片1001将路上的雪铲起,同时经过卷雪口1002和支撑筒8上的进雪口801送至支撑筒8内,此时通过支撑筒液压马达9带动横向螺旋绞龙20,将雪从支撑筒8内送至输送筒11内部底端,通过启动输送筒液压马达18,带动纵向螺旋绞龙21,将雪通过输送筒11上部的出雪口1101送至车厢2中。通过调整液压缸7可以调整支撑筒8与地面的距离;通过车轮液压马达19可以实现本发明的运动。

1.一种履带式公路除雪车,包括车体(1)和车厢(2)、驾驶室(3)、动力装置(4)和控制装置(5)、四个支撑筒安装架(6)和四个调整液压缸(7)、两个支撑筒(8)和两个支撑筒液压马达(9)、两个滚筒(10)和两个输送筒(11)、两个滚筒液压马达(12)、两个滚筒主齿轮(14)和两个滚筒从齿轮(13)、两个车轮安装架(15)、履带(16)、车轮(17)和车轮液压马达(19)、两个输送筒液压马达(18),其特征在于:所述的车厢(2)固定安装在车体(1)正上方,所述的驾驶室(3)固定安装在车体(1)左上方,所述的动力装置(4)和控制装置(5)固定安装在车体(1)右上方;所述的四个支撑筒安装架(6)中每两个分别铰接安装在车体(1)正前方的左右两侧,所述的两个支撑筒(8)分别固定安装在车体(1)正前方左右两侧的支撑筒安装架(6)上,每个支撑筒(8)内部转动安装有横向螺旋绞龙(20),支撑筒(8)内端分别与输送筒(11)的下端转动连接,并与输送筒(11)内部相通,所述的输送筒(11)的上端靠在车厢(2)正上方;所述的四个调整液压缸(7)的缸体分别铰接安装在车体(1)前方下部,每个调整液压缸(7)的活塞分别铰接安装在每个支撑筒安装架(6)上;所述的两个支撑筒液压马达(9)分别固定安装在两个支撑筒(8)外端,并与支撑筒(8)内部的横向螺旋绞龙(20)同轴固定安装;所述的两个滚筒(10)分别转动安装在两个支撑筒(8)外表面,滚筒(10)内端固定安装有滚筒从齿轮(13),并与安装在滚筒液压马达(12)输出轴的滚筒主齿轮(14)相互啮合,所述的滚筒液压马达(12)固定安装在内侧的支撑筒安装架(6)上;所述的输送筒(11)内部转动安装有纵向螺旋绞龙(21),并与固定安装在输送筒(11)上端的输送筒液压马达(18)同轴固定安装;所述的两个车轮安装架(15)分别固定安装在车体(1)底端两侧,车轮安装架(15)上分别转动安装有车轮(17),所述的车轮(17)外表面安装有履带(16),最前方和最后方的两个车轮(17)分别与安装在车轮安装架(15)内侧的车轮液压马达(19)的输出轴同轴连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种履带式公路除雪车,其特征在于:所述的动力装置(4)为液压动力系统,分别通过管路依次与调整液压缸(7)、支撑筒液压马达(9)、滚筒液压马达(12)、输送筒液压马达(18)、车轮液压马达(19)相连接,所述的控制装置(5)通过线路分别与驾驶室(3)的控制器相连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种履带式公路除雪车,其特征在于:所述的两个输送筒(11)上部分别设置有出雪口(1101)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种履带式公路除雪车,其特征在于:所述的两个支撑筒(8)下部设置有进雪口(801),两个滚筒(10)外表面设置有除雪刀片(1001)和卷雪口(1002),所述的卷雪口(1002)的宽度与进雪口(801)的宽度相同。
