公路废旧沥青剔除再生施工一体装置及其施工方法
技术领域
本发明属于道路工程技术领域,具体涉及一种公路废旧沥青剔除再生施工一体装置及其施工方法。
背景技术
在沥青铺装道路的修复等施工时,作为剥离沥青铺装体的方法,已公知采用人力黎凿工艺以及喷水工艺。
公开号CN101415886A的中国发明专利申请沥青铺装体撤除方法、沥青铺装体撤除系统、电磁感应线圈单元、沥青铺装体撤除装置及沥青铺装体的剥离方法中公开了这样一种沥青铺装体撤除方法,其为将铺设在钢板上的沥青铺装体从钢板上剥离,并作为具有规定大小的沥青块进行撤除的沥青铺装体撤除方法,其特征在于,包括:通过对所述钢板进行电磁感应加热,将下面与所述钢板接触的软化层形成于所述沥青铺装体的软化层形成工序;将所形成的所述软化层从与所述软化层接触的所述钢板上剥离,截断所述沥青铺装体并作为沥青块取出的取出工序;以及将通过所述取出工序取出的所述沥青块进行移动的移动工序。
该文献与本申请属于同一技术领域,解决的问题相同,但是其施工比较复杂,在施工过程中,所使用的施工设备很多,各施工单元都是独立个体,并不是一体装置,其施工和建造成本偏高,如果有一种设备能达到上述公开文件中几种不同设备的功能,这样会使成本大大降低,同时还会减少建造成本。
发明内容
本发明针对以上缺点,立足于解决现有沥青铺装体撤除施工时需要的设备多,成本高的问题。提出了一种公路废旧沥青剔除再生施工一体装置及其施工方法,该一体设备同时具备加热,切除,碾碎混料,排出新料几种功能,使设备的成本大大减低。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
公路废旧沥青剔除再生施工一体装置,其特征是,包括车体,安装在车体前方的线圈加热装置;
切割装置安装在线圈加热装置后方,所述切割装置包括固定在车箱上面的液压缸,轨道安装在液压缸侧边,所述轨道上设有与液压缸连接移动滑车,伸缩杆连接在移动滑车下方,其底端安装有通入地面的可旋转的切刀;
传送装置安装在切割装置后方,所述传送装置包括安装在车箱上面的升降滑轮机组和传送带,所述传送带进料端设有铲板,铲板与升降滑轮机组之间连接有弹性套管;
再生施工装置,所述再生施工装置包括新料添加装置和加热箱,所述新料添加装置和加热箱之间连接有送料管,加热箱底部设有接收传送带进料的开口,搅拌箱安装在加热箱下方,其底端设有出料口。
优先地,加热箱为线圈加热箱,其底部安装有滤网,通过电机带动的在夹道内来回移动的碾碎棒安装在滤网上方。
优先地,弹性套管分为外管和内管,所述外管内设有限位块,内管穿入外管内且其顶端与限位块之间设置有弹簧;钢丝绳缠绕在轮机组上面,并穿入外管与内管连接。
优先地,传送带出料端还设有称重装置。
优先地,还包括新料储存箱和发电机,两者安装在车体上,所述发电机与切割装置、传送装置和再生施工装置之间分别连接供电系统。
优先地,所述车体为电能驱动车。
基于上述结构,本发明还提供一种公路废旧沥青剔除再生施工一体装置施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
(1)启动发电机,开始对切割装置、传送装置和再生施工装置进行供电,设定车体运动程序;
(2)车体开始在道路上面运动,线圈加热装置下降到路基上面,并对其进行加热软化,使其路基温度在60℃-80摄氏度之间;
(3)基于步骤(2),切割装置开始对加热软化的路基进行切割,通过PLC程序控制车体前进与后退,使切刀进行横竖切割,形成矩形块;
(4)基于步骤(3),铲板将矩形块铲起送入传送带,传送带将矩形块通过加热箱底部的开口送入加热箱内进行加热;在送入之前,称重装置称取矩形块重量;
(5)基于步骤(4),加热箱开始对矩形块进行加热,在此过程中,电机带动碾碎棒在夹道内运动将矩形块碾碎,矩形块被碾碎之后通过滤网落入搅拌箱内;
(6)基于步骤(5),新料添加装置通过预先称取矩形块的重量按比例利用送料管将新料送入搅拌箱内进行新料和旧料混合搅拌,并通过出料口倒入路面;
(7)不断重复步骤(2)-步骤(6),不断对道路进行施工;
(8)基于步骤(7),压路机紧跟车体,将出料口倒入路面的物料压平形成新路基。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的优点是:在公开的对比文件中,其在施工过程中需要多种设备同时协同工作,占用场地较大,成本高,而本发明同时具备加热,切除,碾碎混料,排出新料几种功能,使设备的成本大大减低。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
公路废旧沥青剔除再生施工一体装置,包括车体1,安装在车体1前方的线圈加热装置9;线圈加热装置9形状为圆形或者方形,其加热面积大于切割面积。车体1为电能驱动车,采
用电能驱动可以节省燃料,车辆在施工过程中,会停顿很长时间,如采用燃油驱动,则车又不能熄火,造成浪费,而采用电能驱动则不会出现浪费能源的情况。
切割装置2安装在线圈加热装置9后方,其主要是对加热软化之后的路面进行切割。切割装置2包括固定在车箱上面的液压缸202,轨道203安装在液压缸202侧边,所述轨道203上设有与液压缸202连接的移动滑车205,伸缩杆204连接在移动滑车205下方,其底端安装有通入地面的可旋转的切刀201。切刀201通过液压缸202的伸缩做横向切割,通过车体1的前进与后退做竖向切割。
传送装置3安装在切割装置2后方,所述传送装置3包括安装在车箱上面的升降滑轮机组304和传送带305,所述传送带305进料端设有铲板301,铲板301与升降滑轮机组
304之间连接有弹性套管303。传送带305出料端还设有称重装置,这样可以称取铲取矩形块10的重量,为后续的自动加料提供数据。
在铲板301铲取矩形块10过程中,为了使铲板301在高低不平的路基上面紧贴路面,弹性套管303分为外管3032和内管3035,所述外管3032内设有限位块3033,内管3035穿入外管3032内且其顶端与限位块3033之间设置有弹簧3034;钢丝绳3031缠绕在升降滑轮机组304上面,并穿入外管3032与内管3035连接。弹簧3034处于一直处于弹起状态,这样可以紧贴路面,当铲板301遇到高低不平的路基时,弹簧3034受到压缩而一直保持弹力,确保其准确铲起矩形块10。
再生施工装置5,所述再生施工装置5包括新料添加装置503和加热箱501,所述新料添加装置503和加热箱501之间连接有送料管502,加热箱501底部设有接收传送带305进料的开口,搅拌箱安装在加热箱501下方,其底端设有出料口508。
再生施工装置5的加热箱501为线圈加热箱,其底部安装有滤网507,通过电机504带动的在夹道506内来回移动的碾碎棒505安装在滤网507上方。
此外,还包括了新料储存箱8,两者安装在车体1上,新料储存箱8用来储存备用料,在新料添加装置503内部物料用完的情况下及时补充物料。在车体1上面的施工设备,供电系统是必要的,因此还包括了发电机4,发电机4与切割装置2、传送装置3和再生施工装置5之间分别连接供电系统使各个设备工作,另外,车体1电力供应也可以使用发电机4来完成。
基于上述结构,本发明施工时,包括以下步骤,
(1)启动发电机4,开始对切割装置2、传送装置3和再生施工装置5进行供电,设定车体1运动程序;
(2)车体1开始在道路上面运动,线圈加热装置9下降到路基上面,并对其进行加热软化,使其路基温度在60℃-80摄氏度之间;
(3)基于步骤(2),切割装置2开始对加热软化的路基进行切割,通过PLC程序控制车体1前进与后退,使切刀201进行横竖切割,形成矩形块10;
(4)基于步骤(3),铲板301将矩形块10铲起送入传送带305,传送带305将矩形块10通过加热箱501底部的开口送入加热箱501内进行加热;在送入之前,称重装置称取矩形块10重量;
(5)基于步骤(4),加热箱501开始对矩形块10进行加热,在此过程中,电机504带动碾碎棒505在夹道506内运动将矩形块10碾碎,矩形块10被碾碎之后通过滤网507落入搅拌箱内;
(6)基于步骤(5),新料添加装置503通过预先称取矩形块10的重量按比例利用送料管502将新料送入搅拌箱内进行新料和旧料混合搅拌,并通过出料口508倒入路面;
(7)不断重复步骤(2)-步骤(6),不断对道路进行施工;
(8)基于步骤(7),压路机紧跟车体1,将出料口508倒入路面的物料压平形成新路基11。

1.公路废旧沥青剔除再生施工一体装置,其特征是,包括车体(1),安装在车体(1)前方的线圈加热装置(9),线圈加热装置9形状为圆形,切割装置(2)安装在线圈加热装置(9)后方;所述切割装置(2)包括固定在车箱上面的液压缸(202),轨道(203)安装在液压缸(202)侧边,所述轨道(203)上设有与液压缸(202)连接的移动滑车(205),伸缩杆(204)连接在移动滑车(205)下方,其底端安装有通入地面的可旋转的切刀(201);传送装置(3)安装在切割装置(2)后方,所述传送装置(3)包括安装在车箱上面的升降滑轮机组(304)和传送带(305),所述传送带(305)进料端设有铲板(301),铲板(301)与升降滑轮机组(304)之间连接有弹性套管(303);
再生施工装置(5),所述再生施工装置(5)包括新料添加装置(503)和加热箱(501),所述新料添加装置(503)和加热箱(501)之间连接有送料管(502),加热箱(501)底部设有接收传送带(305)进料的开口,搅拌箱安装在加热箱(501)下方,其底端设有出料口(508);
所述加热箱(501)为线圈加热箱,其底部安装有滤网(507),通过电机(504)带动的在夹道(506)内来回移动的碾碎棒(505)安装在滤网(507)上方;
所述弹性套管(303)分为外管(3032)和内管(3035),所述外管(3032)内设有限位块(3033),内管(3035)穿入外管(3032)内且其顶端与限位块(3033)之间设置有弹簧(3034);钢丝绳(3031)缠绕在升降滑轮机组(304)上面,并穿入外管(3032)与内管(3035)连接;
