本发明涉及化工领域,具体涉及一种复合型清洁高效清洗剂。
背景技术
在机加工和机械设备、汽车等的维护与修理时,大多采用柴油、煤油或汽油作清洗液来清洗零件。这不仅浪费能源,且存在着潜在的不安全因素,稍有不慎,则可能酿成火灾。因此,研发一种安全性好的清洁剂已成为当下急需解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用芳香烃溶剂、脂环烃溶剂、卤代烃溶剂、酚类溶剂以及水组成,具有清洗效率高、清洗范围广、成本低、安全性好、使用效果好的特点的复合型清洁高效清洗剂。
本发明的技术方案是,一种复合型清洁高效清洗剂,所述复合型清洁高效清洗剂由芳香烃溶剂、脂环烃溶剂、卤代烃溶剂、酚类溶剂以及水组成,所述芳香烃溶剂为甲苯,所述脂环烃溶剂为环己烷,所述卤代烃溶剂为氯苯,所述酚类溶剂为间氯苯酚,所述复合型清洁高效清洗剂中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述甲苯占2-5份,所述环己烷占15-19份,所述氯苯占3-6份,所述间氯苯酚占4-7份,所述水占68-74份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合型清洁高效清洗剂中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述甲苯占3份,所述环己烷占14份,所述氯苯占4份,所述间氯苯酚占5份,所述水占69份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合型清洁高效清洗剂中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述甲苯占4份,所述环己烷占18份,所述氯苯占5份,所述间氯苯酚占6份,所述水占73份。
本发明所述为一种复合型清洁高效清洗剂,本发明采用芳香烃溶剂、脂环烃溶剂、卤代烃溶剂、酚类溶剂以及水组成,具有清洗效率高、清洗范围广、成本低、安全性好、使用效果好的特点。

通过各成分不同重量百分比进行配比,使得得到的功能性合金性能高低不一。
