Abstract

本发明公开了一种生物质型煤的制备技术,由如下重量百分比的原材料制成:原煤50-60%,干浮萍10-15%,干芦苇秸秆10-15%,活性污泥2-5%,活性白泥2-5%,添加剂0.7-0.9%,制备方式如下:将原煤和干浮萍、干芦苇秸秆混合物以及活性污泥、活性白泥充分混合,并搅拌均匀;然后将添加剂磨成粉末状撒到混合物表面,并充分搅拌均匀,最后放入型煤成型机内制成型煤;本发明中作为添料的干浮萍、干芦苇秸秆是农村较为常见的、且量较大的物料,采用上述方法所制得的生物质型煤不但制备方法简单,而且型煤强度高,燃烧性也较好。

一种生物质型煤的制备技术
技术领域
本发明涉及一种型煤的制备技术,尤其涉及一种生物质型煤的制备技术。
背景技术
由于原煤是不可再生资源,随着全球原煤的逐渐枯竭,除了寻找替代煤炭的能源以外,如何更好、更优化地利用原煤是一个全球较为关注的问题,生物质型煤作为新型能源,是环节当前能源危机、高效利用可再生能源、保护环境、解决传统工业型煤燃烧性能不足的有效途径。生物质是指利用大气、水、土地等通过光合作用而产生的各种有机体,即一切有生命的可以生长的有机物质通称为生物质。它包括植物、动物和微生物。广义概念:生物质包括所有的植物、微生物以及以植物、微生物为食物的动物及其生产的废弃物。有代表性的生物质如农作物、农作物废弃物、木材、木材废弃物和动物粪便。狭义概念:生物质主要是指农林业生产过程中除粮食、果实以外的秸秆、树木等木质纤维素、农产品加工业下脚料、农林废弃物及畜牧业生产过程中的禽畜粪便和废弃物等物质。从目前的实践中,众多煤炭加工厂家生产制造生物质煤的热情空前高涨,但总的来说,大多数厂家通常只用较为单一的生物质,如小麦秸秆,我国幅员辽阔,实际上能制造生物质型煤的辅助材料很多,这是一个需要大家一直去探索的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生物质型煤的制备技术,该技术采用农村较为常见的生物质来作为生物质型煤的添料,可使制成的生物质煤具备较好的塑形以及较好的可燃性。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明采用了一种生物质型煤的制备技术,由如下重量百分比的原材料制成:原煤50-60%,干浮萍10-15%,干芦苇秸秆10-15%,活性污泥2-5%,活性白泥2-5%,添加剂0.7-0.9%。
优选的,所述添加剂为活性酶、乳化剂、分散剂、缓蚀剂及渗透剂混合制成。
优选的,所述原煤为烟煤、无烟煤、褐煤中的一种、两种或三种的混合物。
在上述基础上,本发明就此公开了一种生物质型煤的制备技术,主要是按上述的重量百分比称取原材料,然后按照如下步骤制备:
(1)将原煤放入烘干机内烘干,使其含水率在5-7%,然后将烘干的原煤放入粗磨煤机中进行破碎,再放入细磨煤机中进行粉碎,得到80-100目的煤粉;
(2)将干浮萍、干芦苇秸秆混合烘干使其含水率在5-7%之间,然后采用生物质粉碎机将干浮萍、干芦苇秸秆混合物的长度粉碎至5-15mm,再放入粉碎机内粉碎至80-100目,并与步骤(1)中得到的煤粉充分搅拌混合;
(3)将活性污泥、活性白泥和步骤(2)中混合物进行充分混合,并搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的混合物平均分成十份备用;
(5)将添加剂磨成粉末状,平均分成十份,将每份添加剂粉末放入孔筛中,利用孔筛将每份添加剂分别均匀撒到步骤(4)中得到的每份混合物表面,并充分搅拌均匀,最后将添加有添加剂的十份混合物在此混合均匀后放入型煤成型机内制成型煤。
本发明中作为添料的干浮萍、干芦苇秸秆是农村较为常见的、且量较大的物料,采用上述方法所制得的生物质型煤不但制备方法简单,而且型煤强度高,燃烧性也较好。
具体实施方式
下面具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细地说明。
一种生物质型煤的制备技术,主要由如下重量百分比的原材料制成:原煤50-60%,干浮萍10-15%,干芦苇秸秆10-15%,活性污泥2-5%,活性白泥2-5%,添加剂0.7-0.9%。
在本发明中,优选的添加剂为活性酶、乳化剂、分散剂、缓蚀剂及渗透剂混合制成。
在本发明中,优选的原煤为烟煤、无烟煤、褐煤中的一种、两种或三种的混合物。
本发明在上述基础上,就此公开了一种生物质型煤的制备技术,主要是按上述的重量百分比称取原材料,然后按照如下步骤制备:
(1)将原煤放入烘干机内烘干,使其含水率在5-7%,然后将烘干的原煤放入粗磨煤机中进行破碎,再放入细磨煤机中进行粉碎,得到80-100目的煤粉,实际操作中,最好将含水率稳定控制在6%;
(2)将干浮萍、干芦苇秸秆混合烘干使其含水率在5-7%之间,然后采用生物质粉碎机将干浮萍、干芦苇秸秆混合物的长度粉碎至5-15mm,再放入粉碎机内粉碎至80-100目,并与步骤(1)中得到的煤粉充分搅拌混合;
(3)将活性污泥、活性白泥和步骤(2)中混合物进行充分混合,并搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的混合物平均分成十份备用;
(5)将添加剂磨成粉末状,平均分成十份,将每份添加剂粉末放入孔筛中,利用孔筛将每份添加剂分别均匀撒到步骤(4)中得到的每份混合物表面,并充分搅拌均匀,最后将添加有添加剂的十份混合物在此混合均匀后放入型煤成型机内制成型煤。
本发明中作为添料的干浮萍、干芦苇秸秆是农村较为常见的、且量较大的物料,在农村中常作为牲畜的食物或者干脆直接任其自生自灭,因此原料的取得是不用担心的,采用上述方法所制得的生物质型煤不但制备方法简单,而且型煤强度高,燃烧性也较好。

Claims (4)

1.一种生物质型煤的制备技术,其特征在于,由如下重量百分比的原材料制成:原煤50-60%,干浮萍10-15%,干芦苇秸秆10-15%,活性污泥2-5%,活性白泥2-5%,添加剂0.7-0.9%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种生物质型煤的制备技术,其特征在于,所述添加剂为活性酶、乳化剂、分散剂、缓蚀剂及渗透剂混合制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种生物质型煤的制备技术,其特征在于,所述原煤为烟煤、无烟煤、褐煤中的一种、两种或三种的混合物。
4.一种生物质型煤的制备技术,其特征在于,按权利要求1-3中任一项所述的重量百分比称取原材料,然后按照如下步骤制备:
(1)将原煤放入烘干机内烘干,使其含水率在5-7%,然后将烘干的原煤放入粗磨煤机中进行破碎,再放入细磨煤机中进行粉碎,得到80-100目的煤粉;
(2)将干浮萍、干芦苇秸秆混合烘干使其含水率在5-7%之间,然后采用生物质粉碎机将干浮萍、干芦苇秸秆混合物的长度粉碎至5-15mm,再放入粉碎机内粉碎至80-100目,并与步骤(1)中得到的煤粉充分搅拌混合;
(3)将活性污泥、活性白泥和步骤(2)中混合物进行充分混合,并搅拌均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)中得到的混合物平均分成十份备用;
(5)将添加剂磨成粉末状,平均分成十份,将每份添加剂粉末放入孔筛中,利用孔筛将每份添加剂分别均匀撒到步骤(4)中得到的每份混合物表面,并充分搅拌均匀,最后将添加有添加剂的十份混合物在此混合均匀后放入型煤成型机内制成型煤。
