一种热料性无卤低烟阻燃护套料,其配方按质量百分比为:无烟炭灰粉2.8-5.5%、低烟无卤母料81-88%、相溶剂1.6-2.5%、黑色母0.8-1.2%、EVA蜡4.1-5.8%、抗氧剂0.9-1.3%、阻燃剂1.8.1-2.7%,将配比好的原料放进拌料机中搅拌均匀,再放入烘干设备烘干,输送入塑料造粒机造粒,本发明电缆护套料能有效提高耐热、阻燃性能和使用寿命。有益效果是;阻碍电缆料的燃烧,防止火灾发生,促进社会安全用电。

本发明涉及一种电缆护套料,尤其是一种热料性无卤低烟阻燃护套料。
背景技术
目前,公知常用的电缆护套料是在低烟无卤母料中加入EVA改性树脂、光屏蔽剂炭黑、抗氧剂等加工助剂后加工而成的一种黑色护套料,有普通的耐热和阻燃性能,但由于电缆经常使用在一些比较苛刻的环境中,特别是电缆线在大功率负载长时间的使用或短路容易造成电缆套料发热甚至燃烧起火,给用电带来安全隐患。因此人们对电缆套料的各项性能要求较高,需要做许多改性来提高性能,增加耐热、阻燃性能和使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有的电缆护套料的缺陷与不足,本发明提供一种热料性无卤低烟阻燃护套料,该电缆护套料具有强大的耐高温和阻燃性能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:经过若干次试验与研究发明了一种加有无烟炭灰粉配方的热料性无卤低烟阻燃护套料,其配方按质量百分比为:无烟炭灰粉2.8-5.5%、低烟无卤母料81-88%、相溶剂1.6-2.5%、黑色母0.8-1.2%、EVA蜡4.1-5.8%、抗氧剂0.9-1.3%、阻燃剂1.8.1-2.7%,将配比好的原料放进拌料机中搅拌均匀,再放入烘干设备烘干,输送入塑料造粒机造粒,本发明电缆护套料能有效提高耐热、阻燃性能和使用寿命。
本发明的有益效果是;阻碍电缆料的燃烧,防止火灾发生,促进社会安全用电。
具体实施方式
实施例1,将300-600目的无烟炭灰粉3.6份、低烟无卤母料83份、相溶剂2.4份、黑色母1.2份、EVA蜡5.8份、抗氧剂1.3份、阻燃剂2.7份放进拌料机中搅拌均匀,再放入烘干设备烘干,输送入塑料造粒机造粒即成本发明一种热料性无卤低烟阻燃护套料。
实施例2,将300-600目的无烟炭灰粉4.1份、低烟无卤母料85份、相溶剂2份、黑色母0.8份、EVA蜡5.1份、抗氧剂0.9份、阻燃剂2.1份放进拌料机中搅拌均匀,再放入烘干设备烘干,输送入塑料造粒机造粒即成本发明一种热料性无卤低烟阻燃护套料。

1.一种热料性无卤低烟阻燃护套料,其特征是:配方按质量百分比为:无烟炭灰粉2.8-5.5%、低烟无卤母料81-88%、相溶剂1.6-2.5%、黑色母0.8-1.2%、EVA蜡4.1-5.8%、抗氧剂0.9-1.3%、阻燃剂1.8.1-2.7%。
2.根据权利要求1所描述的热料性无卤低烟阻燃护套料;其特征有:配方按质量份为:300-600目的无烟炭灰粉3.6份、低烟无卤母料83份、相溶剂2.4份、黑色母1.2份、EVA蜡5.8份、抗氧剂1.3份、阻燃剂2.7份。
