Abstract

本发明涉及智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮及制备方法,组成与配比为:三元共聚型氯醚橡胶85~100份;乙丁弹性体0~15份;氧化镁2.5份;抗氧剂2.0~3.0份;增塑剂8.0~11.0份;导电炭黑60~90份;加工助剂3.5~5.0份;硫化剂0.9~1.2份。本发明创新采用三元共聚型氯醚橡胶与乙丁弹性体组合来制备内护套用半导电橡皮;三元共聚型氯醚橡胶由环氧氯丙烷、环氧乙烷与烯丙基缩水甘油醚三元共聚,耐油性能好,半导电性能好,体积电阻率低,达107~108Ω.cm;并用乙丁弹性体后提高了半导电橡皮的耐热性能,有效改善了氯醚橡胶的工艺操作性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种半导电橡皮及制备方法,特别涉及一种智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮及制备方法。
背景技术
我国低压和中压橡套电缆,常采用3相4线制,也有采用3相5线制,中线通常接地。从使用上考虑,橡套电缆采用过电流继电器保护不够安全,多采用漏电继电器保护,保护系统的改变促使了橡套电缆结构的改进。
众所周知,中压交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆的外屏蔽,绝大多数为挤包半导电交联聚乙烯和铜带搭盖绕包所组成。而橡套电缆使用时经常移动,机械性能既要坚实,又要柔软,铜带搭盖绕包结构显然不能适用;一些较老的中压橡套电缆(3.6/6kV和6/10kV)的外屏蔽,在挤包半导电硫化橡皮外编织铜线,这种结构并不理想,一方面要消耗大量铜,同时铜线编织层不够柔软,弯曲性能差,经过频繁弯曲后,有可能编织层的铜线头会刺穿半导电橡皮层进到绝缘层,造成绝缘隐患。无论是中压或低压橡套电缆,有可能不采用主线绝缘外的分相金属屏蔽或成缆后的总屏蔽结构,取而代之的是采用半导体橡皮内护套,也能有效获得对故障性质的保护功能,但不具备对电场或磁场屏蔽的功能。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮。
实现本发明第一个目的的技术方案是一种智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮,所述半导电橡皮的组成及配比以质量份计为:
所述三元共聚型氯醚橡胶由环氧氯丙烷、环氧乙烷与烯丙基缩水甘油醚三元共聚;性能参数为:比重在1.20~1.30g/cm3、100℃下测试的门尼粘度在40~70Pa·s、氯含量在20%~30%、玻璃化温度在-40℃~-50℃;
上述的智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮,所述乙丁弹性体是含1-丁烯的乙烯共聚物,其性能参数为:190℃下测试的熔融指数为:3.5~4.0g/10min;硬度为:70~95A;维卡软化点为:45~70℃;熔点为:58~78℃;100℃下测试的门尼粘度为:15~22Pa·s。
上述的智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
上述的智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮,所述增塑剂为亚磷酸三异辛基酯TOTM。
上述的智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮,所述导电炭黑为420B。
上述的智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮,所述加工助剂为石蜡与离模剂DC313-A的混合物;它们的含量分别为:石蜡为2.5份、离模剂DC313-A为1.0~2.5份。
上述的智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮,所述硫化剂为NA-22。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮的制备方法。
实现本发明的第二个目的是智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:配料;组成及配比,以质量份计为:
三元共聚型氯醚橡胶由环氧氯丙烷、环氧乙烷与烯丙基缩水甘油醚三元共聚;性能参数为:比重在1.20~1.30g/cm3、100℃下测试的门尼粘度在40~70Pa·s、氯含量在20%~30%、玻璃化温度在-40℃~-50℃;乙丁弹性体是含1-丁烯的乙烯共聚物,其性能参数为:190℃下测试的熔融指数为:3.5~4.0g/10min;硬度为:70~95A;维卡软化点为:45~70℃;熔点为:58~78℃;100℃下测试的门尼粘度为:15~22Pa·s;抗氧剂为1010;增塑剂为TOTM;导电炭黑为420B;加工助剂为石蜡与离模剂DC313-A的混合物;它们的含量分别为:石蜡为2.5份、离模剂DC313-A为1.0~2.5份;硫化剂为NA-22;
步骤二:混炼:先将三元共聚型氯醚橡胶与乙丁弹性体加入密炼机,混炼时间1.5±0.5min,待胶料包辊后加入氧化镁、抗氧剂、石蜡、离模剂、一半导电炭黑、增塑剂,混炼3±0.5min;加入剩余导电炭黑;翻斗清扫、压上顶栓混炼时间约4±1min,待负荷稳定;
步骤三:加硫:胶片温度95℃~105℃,加入硫化剂,混炼时间1min以下,随后在翻包机上翻炼二次;
步骤四:出片:再到开炼机上翻炼二次后打卷;然后在压延机上碾页,最终出片厚度0.5~0.7mm。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下的有益效果:创新采用三元共聚型氯醚橡胶与乙丁弹性体组合来制备内护套用半导电橡皮;三元共聚型氯醚橡胶由环氧氯丙烷、环氧乙烷与烯丙基缩水甘油醚三元共聚,耐油性能好,半导电性能好,体积电阻率低,达107~108Ω.cm;并用乙丁弹性体后提高了半导电橡皮的耐热性能,有效改善了氯醚橡胶的工艺操作性能。使得本发明的半导电橡皮具有下述优越性能:(1)有较小的体积电阻率,20℃体积电阻率在85Ω·m以下。(2)具有较好的抗张强度、断裂伸长率。(3)具有较好的耐矿物油性能、耐燃料油性能与耐高温性能。(4)具有较好的炼胶工艺操作性能。
具体实施方式
(实施例1-4)
实施例1、2、3、4的智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮的组成、份数、型号见表1:

按照如下步骤制备:
(1)配料:按配方准确计量、称重各种材料;
(2)混炼:先将三元共聚型氯醚橡胶与乙丁弹性体加入密炼机,混炼时间1.5±0.5min,待胶料包辊后加入氧化镁、抗氧剂、石蜡、离模剂、一半导电炭黑、增塑剂,混炼3±0.5min;加入剩余导电炭黑;翻斗清扫、压上顶栓混炼时间约4±1min,待负荷稳定。
(3)加硫:胶片温度95℃~105℃,加入硫化剂,混炼时间1min以下,随后在翻包机上翻炼二次;
(4)出片:再到开炼机上翻炼二次后打卷;然后在压延机上碾页,最终出片厚度0.5~0.7mm。
将上述各种材料混炼后,测试胶料的性能见表2:

MH为硫变仪上170℃*15min的最高转矩;
t10为硫变仪上170℃*15min的工艺焦烧时间;
t90为硫变仪上170℃*15min的工艺正硫化时间;
热老化条件为:121℃*168小时;
热延伸条件为:200℃*15分钟*0.2Mpa。

所述三元共聚型氯醚橡胶由环氧氯丙烷、环氧乙烷与烯丙基缩水甘油醚三元共聚;型号为CG102;
所述加工助剂为石蜡与离模剂DC313-A的混合物;它们的含量分别为:石蜡为2.5份,离模剂DC313-A为1.0~2.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮,其特征在于:所述乙丁弹性体的型号为EB-40P。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
4.根据权利要求1所述的智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为亚磷酸三异辛基酯TOTM。
5.根据权利要求1所述的智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮,其特征在于:所述导电炭黑为420B。
6.根据权利要求1所述的智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮,其特征在于:所述硫化剂为NA-22。
7.智能中压橡套电缆内护套用半导电橡皮的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤一:配料;组成及配比,以质量份计为:
三元共聚型氯醚橡胶由环氧氯丙烷、环氧乙烷与烯丙基缩水甘油醚三元共聚;型号为CG102;乙丁弹性体是含1-丁烯的乙烯共聚物,型号为EB-40P;抗氧剂为1010;增塑剂为TOTM;导电炭黑为420B;加工助剂为石蜡与离模剂DC313-A的混合物;它们的含量分别为:石蜡为2.5份、离模剂DC313-A为1.0~2.5份;硫化剂为NA-22;
步骤二:混炼:先将三元共聚型氯醚橡胶与乙丁弹性体加入密炼机,混炼时间1.5±0.5min,待胶料包辊后加入氧化镁、抗氧剂、石蜡、离模剂、一半导电炭黑、增塑剂,混炼3±0.5min;加入剩余导电炭黑;翻斗清扫、压上顶栓混炼时间约4±1min,待负荷稳定;
步骤三:加硫:胶片温度95℃~105℃,加入硫化剂,混炼时间1min以下,随后在翻包机上翻炼二次;
步骤四:出片:再到开炼机上翻炼二次后打卷;然后在压延机上碾页,最终出片厚度0.5~0.7mm。
