Abstract

本发明公开了一种皮革耐黄变功能薄膜,该薄膜由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成:PVC树脂:80~120份,ACR:2~4份,氯化聚乙烯:2~4份,无毒有机锡稳定剂:2~3份,环氧大豆油:3~5份,硬脂酸钙:0.3~0.7份,硬脂酸丁酯:0.3~0.7份,硬脂酸三甘油脂:0.2~0.4份,纳米氧化锌:1~3份,金红石型二氧化钛:1~3份,液体硅烷偶联剂:0.2~0.4份。本发明改变了原有技术中在皮革涂拭剂体系中添加耐黄变剂的方法,由于本技术方案所制做的耐黄变薄膜,该薄膜可以和皮革复合为一体,能有效的提高皮革耐黄变能力和防水防潮功能,大大延长了皮革的使用寿命,同时具有良好透气性;该薄膜的加工方法具有设计合理,操作简单,生产成本低的特点。

一种皮革耐黄变功能薄膜
技术领域
本发明涉及皮革耐黄变技术领域,具体地说是一种皮革耐黄变功能薄膜。
背景技术
目前。白色皮革耐黄变技术,一般采用在白色皮革涂拭材料中加入耐黄变成份,如紫外线吸收剂等,这些耐黄变材料受到配方体系的限制,在整个涂拭材料中占的比例较小,因此耐黄变效果差,时效短;另外用白色皮革制做的皮鞋,特别是海军皮鞋,由于受到穿用条件的影响,经常被海水潮气侵湿,造成皮面老化和变色发黄,影响皮鞋的美观和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是提供一种皮革耐黄变功能薄膜。
本发明的技术任务是按以下方式实现的,该薄膜由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成:
PVC树脂:80~120份,ACR:2~4份,氯化聚乙烯:2~4份,无毒有机锡稳定剂:2~3份,环氧大豆油:3~5份,硬脂酸钙:0.3~0.7份,硬脂酸丁酯:0.3~0.7份,硬脂酸三甘油脂:0.2~0.4份,纳米氧化锌:1~3份,金红石型二氧化钛:1~3份,液体硅烷偶联剂:0.2~0.4份。
所述的液体硅烷偶联剂为异丁基三乙氧基硅。
所述的无毒有机锡稳定剂为辛基硫醇锡,辛基氧化锡或二月桂酸二辛基锡。
所述的ACR为氨基聚醚改性有机硅助剂。
皮革耐黄变功能薄膜加工方法步骤如下:
1)将氨基聚醚改性有机硅助剂、氯化聚乙烯、环氧大豆油、异丁基三乙氧基硅加入到搅拌器内混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化锌、金红石型二氧化钛,用乳化机乳化分离,使纳米氧化锌和金红石型二氧化钛分散到液相中,制得混合液备用;
2)将PVC树脂、无毒有机锡稳定剂、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸丁酯以及硬脂酸三甘油脂加入到高速混料机内,均匀混合5分钟后,加入上述备用混合液在27-30℃,搅拌10-15分钟,制得混合料;
3)将上述混合料加入造粒机制作成母粒,生产温度控制在175-180℃之间,制得母粒粒径1-2mm,长度3mm;
4)将上述母粒采用平挤平吹法制作成均匀膜,将膜鼓风冷却后过沸水区膨胀处理,通过定型筒膨胀处理,冷却辊冷却后夹辊熄泡,牵引过程中激光打直径0.5um的孔后收卷;
上述的原料的重量份配比如下:
PVC树脂:80~120份,氨基聚醚改性有机硅助剂:2~4份,氯化聚乙烯:2~4份,无毒有机锡稳定剂:2~3份,环氧大豆油:3~5份,硬脂酸钙:0.3~0.7份,硬脂酸丁酯:0.3~0.7份,硬脂酸三甘油脂:0.2~0.4份,纳米氧化锌:1~3份,金红石型二氧化钛:1~3份,异丁基三乙氧基硅:0.2~0.4份。
本发明的一种皮革耐黄变功能薄膜和现有技术相比,改变了原有技术中在皮革涂拭剂体系中添加耐黄变剂的方法,由于本技术方案所制做的耐黄变薄膜,该薄膜可以和皮革复合为一体,能有效的提高皮革耐黄变能力和防水防潮功能,大大延长了皮革的使用寿命,同时具有良好透气性;该薄膜的加工方法具有设计合理,操作简单,生产成本低的特点。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
原料准备:
PVC树脂:80kg,氨基聚醚改性有机硅助剂:2kg,氯化聚乙烯:2kg,辛基硫醇锡:2kg,环氧大豆油:3kg,硬脂酸钙:0.3kg,硬脂酸丁酯:0.3kg,硬脂酸三甘油脂:0.2kg,纳米氧化锌:1kg,金红石型二氧化钛:1kg,异丁基三乙氧基硅:0.2kg;
皮革耐黄变功能薄膜加工方法步骤如下:
1)将氨基聚醚改性有机硅助剂、氯化聚乙烯、环氧大豆油、异丁基三乙氧基硅加入到搅拌器内混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化锌、金红石型二氧化钛,用乳化机乳化分离,使纳米氧化锌和金红石型二氧化钛分散到液相中,制得混合液备用;
2)将PVC树脂、辛基硫醇锡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸丁酯以及硬脂酸三甘油脂加入到高速混料机内,均匀混合5分钟后,加入上述备用混合液在27℃,搅拌10分钟,制得混合料;
3)将上述混合料加入造粒机制作成母粒,生产温度控制在175℃之间,制得母粒粒径1mm,长度3mm;
4)将上述母粒采用平挤平吹法制作成均匀膜,将膜鼓风冷却后过沸水区膨胀处理,通过定型筒膨胀处理,冷却辊冷却后夹辊熄泡,牵引过程中激光打直径0.5um的孔后收卷。
实施例2:
原料准备:
PVC树脂:100kg,氨基聚醚改性有机硅助剂:3kg,氯化聚乙烯:3kg,辛基氧化锡:2.5kg,环氧大豆油:4kg,硬脂酸钙:0.5kg,硬脂酸丁酯:0.5kg,硬脂酸三甘油脂:0.3kg,纳米氧化锌:2kg,金红石型二氧化钛:2kg,异丁基三乙氧基硅:0.3kg;
皮革耐黄变功能薄膜加工方法步骤如下:
1)将氨基聚醚改性有机硅助剂、氯化聚乙烯、环氧大豆油、异丁基三乙氧基硅加入到搅拌器内混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化锌、金红石型二氧化钛,用乳化机乳化分离,使纳米氧化锌和金红石型二氧化钛分散到液相中,制得混合液备用;
2)将PVC树脂、辛基氧化锡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸丁酯以及硬脂酸三甘油脂加入到高速混料机内,均匀混合5分钟后,加入上述备用混合液在28℃,搅拌13分钟,制得混合料;
3)将上述混合料加入造粒机制作成母粒,生产温度控制在177℃之间,制得母粒粒径1.5mm,长度3mm;
4)将上述母粒采用平挤平吹法制作成均匀膜,将膜鼓风冷却后过沸水区膨胀处理,通过定型筒膨胀处理,冷却辊冷却后夹辊熄泡,牵引过程中激光打直径0.5um的孔后收卷。
实施例3:
原料准备:
PVC树脂:120kg,氨基聚醚改性有机硅助剂:4kg,氯化聚乙烯:4kg,二月桂酸二辛基锡:3kg,环氧大豆油:5kg,硬脂酸钙:0.7kg,硬脂酸丁酯:0.7kg,硬脂酸三甘油脂:0.4kg,纳米氧化锌:3kg,金红石型二氧化钛:3kg,异丁基三乙氧基硅:0.4kg;
皮革耐黄变功能薄膜加工方法步骤如下:
1)将氨基聚醚改性有机硅助剂、氯化聚乙烯、环氧大豆油、异丁基三乙氧基硅加入到搅拌器内混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化锌、金红石型二氧化钛,用乳化机乳化分离,使纳米氧化锌和金红石型二氧化钛分散到液相中,制得混合液备用;
2)将PVC树脂、二月桂酸二辛基锡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸丁酯以及硬脂酸三甘油脂加入到高速混料机内,均匀混合5分钟后,加入上述备用混合液在30℃,搅拌15分钟,制得混合料;
3)将上述混合料加入造粒机制作成母粒,生产温度控制在180℃之间,制得母粒粒径2mm,长度3mm;
4)将上述母粒采用平挤平吹法制作成均匀膜,将膜鼓风冷却后过沸水区膨胀处理,通过定型筒膨胀处理,冷却辊冷却后夹辊熄泡,牵引过程中激光打直径0.5um的孔后收卷。
通过上面具体实施方式,所述技术领域的技术人员可容易的实现本发明。但是应当理解,本发明并不限于上述的几种具体实施方式。在公开的实施方式的基础上,所述技术领域的技术人员可任意组合不同的技术特征,从而实现不同的技术方案。

Claims (5)

1.一种皮革耐黄变功能薄膜,其特征在于,该薄膜由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成:
PVC树脂:80~120份,ACR:2~4份,氯化聚乙烯:2~4份,无毒有机锡稳定剂:2~3份,环氧大豆油:3~5份,硬脂酸钙:0.3~0.7份,硬脂酸丁酯:0.3~0.7份,硬脂酸三甘油脂:0.2~0.4份,纳米氧化锌:1~3份,金红石型二氧化钛:1~3份,液体硅烷偶联剂:0.2~0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮革耐黄变功能薄膜,其特征在于,所述的液体硅烷偶联剂为异丁基三乙氧基硅。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮革耐黄变功能薄膜,其特征在于,所述的无毒有机锡稳定剂为辛基硫醇锡,辛基氧化锡或二月桂酸二辛基锡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮革耐黄变功能薄膜,其特征在于,所述的ACR为氨基聚醚改性有机硅助剂。
5.一种皮革耐黄变功能薄膜加工方法,其特征在于,该加工方法步骤如下:
1)将氨基聚醚改性有机硅助剂、氯化聚乙烯、环氧大豆油、异丁基三乙氧基硅加入到搅拌器内混合均匀,然后加入纳米氧化锌、金红石型二氧化钛,用乳化机乳化分离,使纳米氧化锌和金红石型二氧化钛分散到液相中,制得混合液备用;
2)将PVC树脂、无毒有机锡稳定剂、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸丁酯以及硬脂酸三甘油脂加入到高速混料机内,均匀混合5分钟后,加入上述备用混合液在27-30℃,搅拌10-15分钟,制得混合料;
3)将上述混合料加入造粒机制作成母粒,生产温度控制在175-180℃之间,制得母粒粒径1-2mm,长度3mm;
4)将上述母粒采用平挤平吹法制作成均匀膜,将膜鼓风冷却后过沸水区膨胀处理,通过定型筒膨胀处理,冷却辊冷却后夹辊熄泡,牵引过程中激光打直径0.5um的孔后收卷;
