本发明提供一种适于工业生产的陶瓷制品黄金装饰工艺方法,包括以下步骤:(1)用强酸对黄金进行熔化;(2)用乙醇回原成纯金粉;(3)再添加树脂、金属铑、铋,搅拌制成金粉酱;(4)把金粉酱印制在陶瓷花纸表面上,制成黄金装饰花纸;(5)制作陶瓷制品坯体,(6)将黄金装饰花纸贴在陶瓷制品表面上,压实,上透明陶瓷釉;(7)在窑炉中烤花烧成,自然冷却,出窑;(8)进行表面处理;(9)检验、包装、入库。应用本发明,采用上述装饰工艺方法的陶瓷制品档次高、品质高雅、金碧辉煌、色彩鲜艳、耐摩擦、抗氧化且不易褪色,也不会溶出铅、镉等有害物质,卫生安全;并且适应于工业化生产,生产效率高,生产成本较低,本发明适应于日用陶瓷、艺术陶瓷等领域,使日用陶瓷及工艺陶瓷提高到一个新的档次,满足人们日益提高的物质文化生活的需求。

一种适于工业生产的陶瓷制品黄金装饰工艺方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种陶瓷制品的装饰工艺方法,尤其涉及一种适于工业生产的陶瓷制品黄金装饰工艺方法。
背景技术
传统的陶瓷制品表面装饰主要是采用贴花纸或人工彩绘图案色彩等方法进行装饰,虽然能起到一定的装饰效果,但产品外观色彩的耐持久性不够,时间较长会褪色,影响装饰效果;且其贴花纸或人工彩绘所采用的化工颜料有的含有铅、镉等对人体有害的物质,如用于装饰日用餐具,这些有害物质容易晰出造成对人体的伤害,影响人们的身体健康;并且采用这种装饰的陶瓷制品的档次也不高,已不能满足人们日益提高的物质文化生活的需求。因此,本申请人近年来一直在研究较高档次的陶瓷装饰工艺方法,并申请了名称为“一种陶瓷制品的镶金装饰工艺方法”,专利号为2010101234357,授权公告号为CN101805211B的发明专利。采用该技术方案制得的陶瓷制品档次高、品质高雅、色彩鲜艳、耐摩擦、抗氧化且不褪色,也不会溶出铅、镉等有害物质,卫生安全;但由于其工艺主要是将纯黄金经锤压加工达到0.1~0.22mm的黄金平片,一般需由人工锤压加工,生产效率低,生产成本高,不适应于工业化生产,也使其推广应用受到限制。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种适应于工业化生产,生产成本较低,且产品档次高、耐摩擦、抗氧化且不易褪色、也不会晰出有害物质的陶瓷制品的装饰工艺方法,满足人们现代物质文化生活的需要。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种适于工业生产的陶瓷制品黄金装饰工艺方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)用强酸对黄金进行熔化,强酸与黄金的比例为10:1;
(2)用乙醇回原成纯金粉;
(3)再添加树脂、金属铑、铋,其添加配比为:纯金粉16.00~17.00%、树脂80.00~84.00%、金属铑0.08~0.09%、铋0.01~0.012%,进行搅拌制成金粉酱;
(4)把金粉酱印制在陶瓷花纸表面上,制成黄金装饰花纸;
(5)按常规工艺制作陶瓷制品坯体,并对陶瓷制品坯体进行素烧,烧成温度为1280~1320℃,烧成时间为12~13小时;
(6)将黄金装饰花纸贴在陶瓷制品表面上,压实,上透明陶瓷釉;
(7)将贴上黄金装饰花纸的陶瓷制品在窑炉中烤花烧成,烧成温度为900~950℃,烧成时间为5.5~6.0小时,自然冷却,出窑,使黄金装饰图案与陶瓷制品的透明陶瓷釉层熔为一体;
(8)进行表面处理;
(9)检验、包装、入库。
应用本发明,采用上述装饰工艺方法的陶瓷制品档次高、品质高雅、金碧辉煌、色彩鲜艳、耐摩擦、抗氧化且不易褪色,也不会溶出铅、镉等有害物质,卫生安全;并且适应于工业化生产,生产效率高,生产成本较低,本发明适应于日用陶瓷、艺术陶瓷等领域,使日用陶瓷及工艺陶瓷提高到一个新的档次,满足人们日益提高的物质文化生活的需求。
具体实施方式
实施例:一种日用陶瓷餐具的黄金装饰工艺方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用强酸对黄金进行熔化,强酸与黄金的比例为10:1;
(2)用乙醇回原成纯金粉;
(3)再添加树脂、金属铑、铋,其添加配比为:纯金粉16.65%、树脂83.26%、金属铑0.08%、铋0.01%,进行搅拌制成金粉酱;
(4)把金粉酱印制在陶瓷花纸表面上,制成黄金装饰花纸;
(5)按常规工艺制作陶瓷制品坯体,并对陶瓷制品坯体进行素烧,烧成温度为1300℃,烧成时间为12小时;
(6)将黄金装饰花纸贴在陶瓷制品表面上,压实,上透明陶瓷釉;
(7)将贴上黄金装饰花纸的陶瓷制品在窑炉中烤花烧成,烧成温度为920℃,烧成时间为6.0小时,自然冷却,出窑,使黄金装饰图案与日用陶瓷餐具的釉层熔为一体;
(8)进行表面处理;
(9)检验、包装、入库。

Claims (1)

1.一种适于工业生产的陶瓷制品黄金装饰工艺方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)用强酸对黄金进行熔化,强酸与黄金的比例为10:1;
(2)用乙醇回原成纯金粉;
(3)再添加树脂、金属铑、铋,其添加配比为:纯金粉16.00~17.00%、树脂80.00~84.00%、金属铑0.08~0.09%、铋0.01~0.012%,进行搅拌制成金粉酱;
(4)把金粉酱印制在陶瓷花纸表面上,制成黄金装饰花纸;
(5)按常规工艺制作陶瓷制品坯体,并对陶瓷制品坯体进行素烧,烧成温度为1280~1320℃,烧成时间为12~13小时;
(6)将黄金装饰花纸贴在陶瓷制品表面上,压实,上透明陶瓷釉;
(7)将贴上黄金装饰花纸的陶瓷制品在窑炉中烤花烧成,烧成温度为900~950℃,烧成时间为5.5~6.0小时,自然冷却,出窑;
(8)进行表面处理;
(9)检验、包装、入库。
