本发明属于食品技术领域,具体涉及一种含鸡冠提取物的美容养颜饮料及制备方法。
背景技术
每个人都希望自己年轻亮丽,抵抗衰老,青春永存,可是随着岁月的流逝,人体各项机能及激素水平都呈现出下降趋势,加之各种外界因素的干扰,人类会逐步衰老,皮肤出现自然老化和光老化,表现为皮脂分泌量减少,表皮干燥,皮肤水分和胶原含量下降,弹性降低,特别是女性,随着雌激素的降低,脸部会渐失往日红润光泽、白皙细腻、富有弹性的皮肤,从而变得晦暗多皱。于是为了掩饰这些变化开始用各种方法,如大量使用各类化妆品遮盖,采用各种化学剥脱剂,用化学合成增白剂、抗皱剂,用中药、针灸、按摩等中医方法增白、祛皱,但是其结果并不理想。
目前,美容养颜的产品主要是外用化妆品,主要作用是保湿、滋润皮肤、紧致抗皱,对改善皮肤的状态有一定的作用,但外用皮肤用品不能调节全身的机能,只能取得短期的效果,甚至部分化学合成试剂,不仅效果不尽人意,而且可能还存在毒副作用、治标不治本,长期使用还可能引起过敏等副作用。
随着人们生活水平的日益提高和审美意识的普遍觉醒,巨大的市场需求及生物科技技术的进步,让口服美容已经成为一门非常引人注目的学科。
有着悠久历史的中国传统医学,早就有口服美容养颜的研究及组方记载。在我国最早的方书《五十二病方》中,就收录了除疣消瘢之类的美容药方。此后《备急千金要方》、《千金翼方》辟有“妇人面药”“令身香”等专门章节,后期《医方集解》还论述了中医美容的医理和方药。
现代医学及生物科技技术的发展,大家更认识到“有诸内必形诸外”,更强调和重视人的整体观,采用内外兼治,改善身体整体状况,调节人体机能,从根本上起到美容养颜效果。口服美容以其标本兼顾、自然安全无毒、疗效可靠等优点,对延缓皮肤衰老、维护皮肤健美状态则有着无可比拟的优势,愈来愈受到国内外美容界人士的密切关注与高度评价。随着酶解及分离提取技术的成熟,从鸡冠中提取含有天然的可食用级别的高效口服美容养颜成份已经产生,但目前市场上尚无综合运用此成份的养颜美容的饮料。
发明内容
本发明的目的利用鸡冠提取物中的特有成份,提供一种美容养颜的饮料及其制备方法,本发明服用方便、易吸收、作用明显。
本发明提出一种用于美容养颜的饮料,其特征在于,用下列组分配比的原料制备:纯净水200-250份、胶原蛋白低聚肽30-60份、鸡冠提取物2-5份、枸杞汁50-100份、花青素3-5份;
鸡冠提取物中含透明质酸;
枸杞汁是用枸杞鲜果为原料,经加工制成的。
本发明的饮料通过如下方法制备:
(a)用反渗透纯水设备将水过滤得纯净水;
(b)取枸杞汁、胶原蛋白低聚肽、鸡冠提取物、花青素相应份数加入纯净水中,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(c)将混合溶液至于均质机中,在压力为20-30Mpa条件下均质1~2次,得均质料液,备用;
(d)将均质料液至于夹层锅中,升温至80~85℃,封装;
(f)将封装半成品进行高温灭菌,灭菌温度为118℃,持续时间为15分钟,即完成此美容饮料的制备。
本发明饮料具有调节人体机能,提升皮肤水分含量、抗氧化作用、减少黄褐斑、增进皮肤的弹性、光滑度、抗皱、延缓皮肤衰老的效果。
为了更好的理解本发明,以下通过试验进一步阐述本发明的有益效果。下面试验例旨在进一步说明本发明的作用,而非本发明的限制。
试验一
本发明饮料对皮肤水分含量的影响
1、临床资料共70例女性测试者,其中年龄25-29岁10人;年龄30-34岁10人;年龄35-39岁10人;年龄40-44岁10人;年龄45-49岁10人;年龄50-54岁10人;年龄55-59岁10人;
2、实验阶段一:不服用本发明饮料,连续测定10天指定部位皮肤水分含量平均值;
实验阶段二:以一月为一个疗程,饮用按实施例1制备的饮料,每日早晚各一瓶,疗程完成后测定指定部位皮肤水分含量平均值。
3、效果如下:
年龄25-29岁10人中皮肤水分含量提升超30%为4例,皮肤水分含量提升为10~30%为6例;
年龄30-34岁10人中皮肤水分含量提升超30%为5例,皮肤水分含量提升为10~30%为5例;
年龄35-39岁10人中皮肤水分含量提升超30%为6例,皮肤水分含量提升为10~30%为4例;
年龄40-44岁10人中皮肤水分含量提升超30%为7例,皮肤水分含量提升为10~30%为3例;
年龄45-49岁10人中皮肤水分含量提升超30%为6例,皮肤水分含量提升为10~30%为4例;
年龄50-54岁10人中皮肤水分含量提升超30%为8例,皮肤水分含量提升为10~30%为2例;
年龄55-59岁10人中皮肤水分含量提升超30%为7例,皮肤水分含量提升为10~30%为3例;
结果说明本发明饮料有较好的提升皮肤水分含量的效果。
试验二
本发明饮料对黄褐斑的效果
1、黄褐斑患者100例,随机分为两组,每组各50例。治疗组饮用按实施例2制备的饮料,每日2瓶,早晚各1瓶。对照组饮用纯净水,每日早晚各50ml。以一月为一疗程,每个疗程分别观察服用前后的皮损面积和颜色,一月后对两组的观察项目进行比较,评估治疗组的疗效。
2、结果:治疗组基本治愈0例,显效11例,好转23例,无效16例,有效率为68%。对照组治愈0例,显效0例,好转3例,无效47例,有效率为6%。结果说明本发明饮料有一定的祛斑效果。
试验三
本发明饮料对熟龄大鼠皮肤组织中羟脯氨酸含量及超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响。
1、实验方法:将同龄成熟ICR鼠(成长期不低于300天)40只随机分为2组:本发明饮料组和空白对照组,每组20只。本发明饮料组每日灌服本发明实施例2制备的饮料10g/kg,分2次灌服。空白对照组每日灌服生理盐水10g/kg,分2次灌服。2组大鼠置于同等环境下,相同饲料喂养,30天后,2组大鼠同时进行麻醉处理,取其背部相同位置受试皮肤各0.5g,作皮肤组织匀浆及测定生化指标用。
2、结果:本饮料对熟龄大鼠皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.01)和羟脯氨酸含量(P<0.01)的提高显著。皮肤衰老是机体衰老的外在表现,而机体的衰老源于细胞的衰老。皮肤衰老的原因很多,但自由基累积损伤是皮肤衰老的重要因素。随着机体的衰老,体内抗氧化酶类减少,防护功能减退,体内产生大量自由基,通过过氧化作用,最后造成细胞组织功能及形态结构损害,使皮肤表现出变性、萎缩、粗糙无光、弹性减退、皱纹显现等;同时,氧化性损伤造成体内具有合成胶原能力的成纤维细胞受损,从而使胶原蛋白合成也受到影响,加之细胞内羟化酶在自由基攻击下失去羟化功能,使羟脯氨酸的生成也减少,最终导致皮肤胶原纤维合成障碍。氧化物歧化酶是目前唯一能特异性清除体内自由基的抗氧化酶,能使细胞内自由基,防止活性氧的生成和蓄积,保护细胞膜免受毒害,使皮肤新陈代谢恢复正常,延缓皮肤衰老。本发明饮料能明显提高熟龄大鼠皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性和羟脯氨酸含量,说明本发明正是通过有效提高皮肤抗氧化酶活性,刺激衰老皮肤成纤维细胞活力,促进皮肤胶原蛋白合成,起到预防和延缓皮肤衰老的作用。
实施例1
称取胶原蛋白低聚肽45g、鸡冠提取物2g、枸杞汁150g、花青素3g
(a)用反渗透纯水设备将水过滤得300g纯净水;
(b)取枸杞汁、胶原蛋白低聚肽、鸡冠提取物、花青素相应份数加入纯净水中,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(c)将混合溶液至于均质机中,在压力为30Mpa条件下均质2次,得均质料液,备用;
(d)将均质料液至于夹层锅中,升温至85℃,后按50g/瓶完成分装;
(f)将封装半成品进行高温灭菌,灭菌温度为118℃,持续时间为15分钟,即得饮料;
1日饮用1至2瓶。
实施例2
称取胶原蛋白低聚肽45g、鸡冠提取物3g、枸杞汁100g、花青素2g
(a)用反渗透纯水设备将水过滤得350g纯净水;
(b)取枸杞汁、胶原蛋白低聚肽、鸡冠提取物、花青素相应份数加入纯净水中,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(c)将混合溶液至于均质机中,在压力为20Mpa条件下均质2次,得均质料液,备用;
(d)将均质料液至于夹层锅中,升温至80℃,后按50g/瓶完成分装;
(f)将封装半成品进行高温灭菌,灭菌温度为118℃,持续时间为15分钟,即得饮料;
1日饮用1至2瓶。
实施例3
称取胶原蛋白低聚肽60g、鸡冠提取物5g、枸杞汁80g、花青素5g
(a)用反渗透纯水设备将水过滤得350g纯净水;
(b)取枸杞汁、胶原蛋白低聚肽、鸡冠提取物、花青素相应份数加入纯净水中,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(c)将混合溶液至于均质机中,在压力为30Mpa条件下均质2次,得均质料液,备用;
(d)将均质料液至于夹层锅中,升温至85℃,后按50g/瓶完成分装;
(f)将封装半成品进行高温灭菌,灭菌温度为118℃,持续时间为15分钟,即得饮料;
1日饮用1至2瓶。
实施例4
称取胶原蛋白低聚肽40g、鸡冠提取物6g、枸杞汁50g、花青素4g
(a)用反渗透纯水设备将水过滤得400g纯净水;
(b)取枸杞汁、胶原蛋白低聚肽、鸡冠提取物、花青素相应份数加入纯净水中,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(c)将混合溶液至于均质机中,在压力为30Mpa条件下均质1次,得均质料液,备用;
(d)将均质料液至于夹层锅中,升温至85℃,后按50g/瓶完成分装;
(f)将封装半成品进行高温灭菌,灭菌温度为118℃,持续时间为15分钟,即得饮料;
1日饮用1至2瓶。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于美容养颜的饮料,其特征在于,用下列原料制备:纯净水200-250份、胶原蛋白低聚肽30-60份、鸡冠提取物2-5份、枸杞汁50-100份、花青素3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1的一种用于美容养颜的饮料,其特征在于,通过如下方法制备:
(a)用反渗透纯水设备将水过滤得纯净水;
(b)取枸杞汁、胶原蛋白低聚肽、鸡冠提取物、花青素加入纯净水中,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(c)将混合溶液至于均质机中,在压力为20-30Mpa条件下均质1~2次,得均质料液,备用;
(d)将均质料液至于夹层锅中,升温至80~85℃,封装;
(f)将封装半成品进行高温灭菌,灭菌温度为118℃,持续时间为15分钟,即完成此美容饮料的制备。
