Abstract

本发明提供一种匀损耗三元催化器,包括半封闭的圆盒状催化剂盒,其内装有催化剂支架;催化剂盒轴线上设有轴孔;还包括有圆柱状的气流管,其由相互并行的进气管、出气管合并而成;且气流管的一端由圆形端板封盖,端板在进气管、出气管端部的区域上开设有进气孔、出气孔;端板上固定有沿气流管轴线延伸的、与所述轴孔匹配的插轴;插轴插入轴孔后,气流管嵌入催化剂盒内,且气流管的端板贴住催化剂支架的端面;进气管连接发动机排气管道,出气管连接排气尾管。该三元催化器可以使催化剂支架的各部分均得到充分利用,以使各部分均匀损耗,从而延长其使用使用寿命。

匀损耗三元催化器
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气处理设备领域,特别地,是一种三元催化器。
背景技术
由于汽车汽油燃烧后,产生大量有害气体,主要包括一氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化物;为此,一般都需要采用三元催化器对该种混合有害气体进行处理,使其生成二氧化碳和水,再排放入大气。
目前的三元催化器,其内部普遍采用蜂窝状的催化剂支架填充,催化剂支架上镀制有贵金属催化剂;由于尾气本身所含的杂质,以及化学反应过程中生成的络合物较容易在蜂窝状的催化剂支架上积累,因此时间一长,三元催化器内部就会形成较多的堵塞、烧结区域,并且堵塞严重程度从催化器进气口向出气口逐渐递减;这就造成了催化器前段堵塞严重,而后段却性能良好的状况,使催化器各部分未充分利用就已报废,造成较大的浪费。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种匀损耗三元催化器,该三元催化器可以使催化剂支架的各部分均得到充分利用,以使各部分均匀损耗,从而延长其使用使用寿命。
本发明实现技术目的所采用的技术方案是:该匀损耗三元催化器包括一端封闭,另一端敞开的圆盒状催化剂盒;所述催化剂盒内装有圆块状的催化剂支架,所述催化剂支架呈蜂窝结构,表面镀制有三元催化剂;所述催化剂盒轴线上设有从催化剂盒的一端延伸至另一端的轴孔;该三元催化器还包括有一根圆柱状的气流管,所述气流管由相互并行的、横截面均呈半圆形的进气管、出气管合并而成;且所述气流管的一端由圆形端板封盖,所述端板在进气管端部的区域上开设有进气孔,在出气管端部的区域上开设有出气孔;所述端板上固定有沿所述气流管的轴线向外延伸的插轴;所述插轴与所述催化剂盒的轴孔相匹配,使插轴插入轴孔后,所述气流管的外管壁嵌入所述催化剂盒内,且气流管的端板贴住所述催化剂支架的端面,使从所述进气管流出气流只能在催化剂支架内部绕转后,再流入所述出气管;所述进气管连接发动机排气管道,所述出气管连接排气尾管。
作为优选,所述气流管的端板上的进气孔、出气孔均呈扇形。
作为优选,所述催化剂盒与所述气流管装配后,所述插轴伸出所述催化剂盒的封闭端,且该插轴的端部上设有将催化剂盒与气流管轴向压紧的锁定部件。进一步地,所述锁定部件由制于插轴端部的螺纹及与该螺纹相匹配的螺帽构成。
作为优选,所述催化剂盒的轴孔由一根管状轴承构成,所述插轴插入该管状轴承的内管,并与内管紧固配合;所述催化剂盒的内周壁上设有环状轴承,所述环状轴承的外圈与催化剂盒的内周壁紧固配合,环状轴承的内圈与所述气流管的外管壁紧固配合;所述催化剂盒内,环绕所述管状轴承,设有一周与催化剂支架相对固定的扇叶,扇叶的迎风面面向所述气流管。
本发明的有益效果在于:该匀损耗三元催化器在工作时,由气流管中的进气管流出的原始尾气进入所述圆块形的催化剂支架,经催化反应后形成的无害气体再经由出气管排出;当催化剂支架上贴近进气管的部分堵塞较重时,转动所述催化剂盒,使催化剂支架上堵塞较轻的部分贴近进气管,从而恢复通畅地排气;通过旋转催化剂盒,可使催化剂支架的各部分区域均得到充分的使用,使催化剂支架各部分得到均匀地损耗,从而提高该三元催化器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例一:
在图1所示的实施例一中,该匀损耗三元催化器包括一端封闭,另一端敞开的圆盒状催化剂盒1;所述催化剂盒1内装有圆块状的催化剂支架2,所述催化剂支架2呈蜂窝结构,表面镀制有三元催化剂;所述催化剂盒1轴线上设有从催化剂盒1的一端延伸至另一端的轴孔10;该三元催化器还包括有一根圆柱状的气流管3,所述气流管3由相互并行的、横截面均呈半圆形的进气管31、出气管32合并而成,两者间通过隔板33分隔;所述气流管3的一端由圆形端板34封盖,所述端板34在进气管31端部的区域上开设有进气孔310,在出气管32端部的区域上开设有出气孔320;所述端板34上固定有沿所述气流管3的轴线向外延伸的插轴30;所述插轴30与所述催化剂盒1的轴孔10相匹配,使插轴30插入轴孔10后,所述气流管3的外管壁嵌入所述催化剂盒1内,且气流管3的端板34贴住所述催化剂支架2的端面,使从所述进气管31流出气流只能在催化剂支架2内部绕转后,再流入所述出气管32。
图1所示的实施例一中,所述气流管3的外管壁嵌入所述催化剂盒1内后,气流管3的外管壁与催化剂盒1的内周壁相互贴合;同时,所述插轴30与所述轴孔10的周壁相互贴合;两处贴合均采取间隙配合方式,以保障催化剂盒1可以转动;但配合间隙不应大于0.1mm,以防止明显漏气(略有漏气并无大碍,催化反应本身不能保障完全消除有害气体)。另外,为了使催化剂盒1与气流管3装配后,轴向固定,使所述催化剂盒1与所述气流管3装配后,所述插轴30伸出所述催化剂盒1的封闭端,且该插轴30的端部上设有将催化剂盒1与气流管3轴向压紧的锁定部件,本实施例一中,所述锁定部件由制于插轴30端部的螺纹及与该螺纹相匹配的螺帽301构成。
上述的匀损耗三元催化器,所述进气管31连接发动机排气管道,所述出气管32连接排气尾管。所述气流管3的端板上的进气孔310、出气孔320均呈扇形。
上述匀损耗三元催化器在工作时,由气流管3中的进气管31流出的原始尾气进入所述圆块形的催化剂支架2,经催化反应后形成的无害气体再经由出气管32排出;当催化剂支架2上贴近进气管31的部分堵塞较重时,转动所述催化剂盒1,使催化剂支架2上堵塞较轻的部分贴近进气管31,从而恢复通畅地排气;通过旋转催化剂盒1,可使催化剂支架2的各部分区域均得到充分的使用,使催化剂支架2各部分得到均匀地损耗,从而提高该三元催化器的使用寿命。
实施例二:
对于实施例二,其气流管与实施例一基本一致,而实施例二的催化剂盒1如图2所示,与实施例一不同的是,实施例二中,催化剂盒1的轴孔10由一根管状轴承101构建,轴孔10即为管状轴承101的内管,所述插轴30插入该管状轴承101的内管,并与内管紧固配合;所述催化剂盒1的内周壁上设有环状轴承111,所述环状轴承111的外圈与催化剂盒1的内周壁紧固配合,环状轴承111的内圈与所述气流管3的外管壁紧固配合;从而使催化剂盒1与气流管3之间具有极小的旋转阻力;所述催化剂盒1内,环绕所述管状轴承101,设有一周与催化剂支架(图2中已省略)相对固定的扇叶4,扇叶4的迎风面面向所述气流管3。按照实施例二,在连续排气过程中,从进气管31喷入催化剂盒1内的气流连续冲击所述扇叶4,从而给扇叶4提供一个连续的转矩,使相对固定的扇叶4、催化剂支架2、催化剂盒1连续旋转,从而使催化剂支架2的各部分与进气管31循环接近,以全自动实现催化剂支架2上各区域的均匀损耗;大大降低了人工维护成本。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种匀损耗三元催化器,其特征在于:包括一端封闭,另一端敞开的圆盒状催化剂盒(1);所述催化剂盒(1)内装有圆块状的催化剂支架(2),所述催化剂支架(2)呈蜂窝结构,表面镀制有三元催化剂;所述催化剂盒(1)轴线上设有从催化剂盒的一端延伸至另一端的轴孔(10);该三元催化器还包括有一根圆柱状的气流管(3),所述气流管(3)由相互并行的、横截面均呈半圆形的进气管(31)、出气管(32)合并而成;且所述气流管(3)的一端由圆形端板(34)封盖,所述端板(34)在进气管端部的区域上开设有进气孔(310),在出气管端部的区域上开设有出气孔(320);所述端板(34)上固定有沿所述气流管(3)的轴线向外延伸的插轴(30);所述插轴(30)与所述催化剂盒(1)的轴孔(10)相匹配,使插轴(30)插入轴孔(10)后,所述气流管(3)的外管壁嵌入所述催化剂盒(1)内,且气流管(3)的端板(34)贴住所述催化剂支架(2)的端面,使从所述进气管(31)流出气流只能在催化剂支架(2)内部绕转后,再流入所述出气管(32);所述进气管(31)连接发动机排气管道,所述出气管(32)连接排气尾管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的匀损耗三元催化器,其特征在于:所述气流管(3)的端板(34)上的进气孔(310)、出气孔(320)均呈扇形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的匀损耗三元催化器,其特征在于:所述催化剂盒(1)与所述气流管(3)装配后,所述插轴(30)伸出所述催化剂盒(1)的封闭端,且该插轴(30)的端部上设有将催化剂盒(1)与气流管(3)轴向压紧的锁定部件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的匀损耗三元催化器,其特征在于:所述锁定部件由制于插轴(30)端部的螺纹及与该螺纹相匹配的螺帽(301)构成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的匀损耗三元催化器,其特征在于:所述催化剂盒(1)的轴孔(10)由一根管状轴承(101)构成,所述插轴(30)插入该管状轴承(101)的内管,并与内管紧固配合;所述催化剂盒(1)的内周壁上设有环状轴承(111),所述环状轴承(111)的外圈与催化剂盒(1)的内周壁紧固配合,环状轴承(111)的内圈与所述气流管(3)的外管壁紧固配合;所述催化剂盒(1)内,环绕所述管状轴承(101),设有一周与催化剂支架相对固定的扇叶(4),扇叶(4)的迎风面面向所述气流管(3)。
