技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温板,特别涉及一种保温复合装饰板。
背景技术
现有市场上的各种复合装饰板,虽然很多都具有保温、节能、防火功能,但一般都不具有对天然木材纹理的仿真效果,而复合装饰板在采用天然木材作为表层装饰层时,由于其自重较重,使得墙体负荷较大,有损于墙体的使用寿命,且在对木材开采和加工过程中,会产生大量粉尘和较大的噪声,造成环境污染,这些都有待改进。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温复合装饰板,从而克服现有技术中采用实木造成材料过程、浪费实木的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种保温复合装饰板,由以下方法制备得到:
(1)将装饰板浆料通过层压线铺装在模具中,然后进行热压并保温保压,拆模,养护,切割,即得装饰板;
(2)取与步骤(1)中所得装饰板大小相等的保温板,先将其中一面涂胶水,然后将步骤(1)中所得装饰板一面均匀涂胶水,然后将装饰板涂胶面与保温板涂胶水面复合,使其粘合,即得保温复合装饰板半成品;
(3)将步骤(2)中复合好的保温复合装饰板半成品进行冷压,冷压后,对保温板的另一面涂胶,取另一块按照步骤(1)所得的装饰板,将该装饰板一面涂胶,然后,将装饰板涂胶面与保温板涂胶面复合,使其粘合,再进行一次冷压,即得。
其中,所述的保温板为EPS/XPS聚苯板,厚度为98-100mm,长度与宽度和装饰板长宽相等。
其中,步骤(1)中所述的装饰板浆料按照重量份数比包含以下组分原料:50-90份的氧化镁(MgO)、60-70份的氯化镁(MgCl2)、30-45份的抗碱玻璃纤维布、40-50份的柔性极佳的棕榈纤维、15-20份的松脂岩、5-11份的立德粉、15-35份的聚硅酸絮凝剂(PSAA)、3-7份的改性剂。
其中,所述的改性剂为脲醛树脂和海藻酸钠、甲壳胺、聚丙烯酸或羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种。
其中,所述的棕榈纤维使用前,将棕榈纤维放入由重量百分数65%的水、15%的苏打粉、5%的醋酸、13.8%的马铃薯汁和1.2%的石英砂组成的混合水溶液中浸泡2-5h。
其中,步骤(1)中所述的层压线铺装为采用上下层分别铺装方式,上层采用4层140g中碱网格布,下层板采用4层160g耐碱涂胶网格布,即在模具中共铺装8层网格布。
其中,步骤(1)中热压压力为13.2-14.0Mpa,温度为70-140℃,保压时间为1.5-2.5h。
其中,步骤(1)中养护温度为26-30℃,湿度为50-70%,养护时间为3天。
其中,步骤(2)、步骤(3)中所述的胶水为重量比聚氨酯胶粘剂:水=5:1混合所得。
其中,步骤(3)中所述的冷压压力为6MPa,时间为4h。

装饰板浆料按照重量份数比取以下组分原料:70份的氧化镁(MgO)、65份的氯化镁(MgCl2)、38份的抗碱玻璃纤维布、45份的柔性极佳的棕榈纤维、18份的松脂岩、8份的立德粉、25份的聚硅酸絮凝剂(PSAA)、5份的改性剂脲醛树脂和海藻酸钠,所得浆料备用;其中,棕榈纤维使用前,将棕榈纤维放入由重量百分数65%的水、15%的苏打粉、5%的醋酸、13.8%的马铃薯汁和1.2%的石英砂组成的混合水溶液中浸泡3.5h。
一种保温复合装饰板,操作步骤如下:
(1)将上述所得装饰板浆料通过层压线铺装在模具中,层压线铺装为采用上下层分别铺装方式,上层采用4层140g中碱网格布,下层板采用4层160g耐碱涂胶网格布,即在模具中共铺装8层网格布,一层装饰板浆料一层网格布铺装,铺装完后进行热压,压力为13.8Mpa,温度为105℃,并保温保压2h,拆模,把持温度为28℃,湿度为50-70%,养护3天,切割成尺寸为3000×1200mm,即得装饰板,可以通过擦色的方式将表面加工成天然仿真木材的颜色;
(2)取与步骤(1)中所得装饰板大小相等的保温板,先将其中一面涂胶,然后将步骤(1)中所得装饰板的一面均匀涂胶水,然后将装饰板涂胶面与EPS/XPS聚苯板保温板涂胶面复合,使其粘合,即得保温复合装饰板半成品;其中,胶水为重量比聚氨酯胶粘剂:水=5:1混合所得;其中,EPS/XPS聚苯板厚度为98-100mm,长度与宽度和装饰板矩形面长宽相等;
(3)将步骤(2)中保温复合装饰板半成品进行冷压,压力为6MPa,时间为4h,冷压后,对保温板的另一面涂胶,取另一块按照步骤(1)方法制备所得的装饰板,将该装饰板一面涂胶,然后,将装饰板涂胶面与保温板涂胶面复合,使其粘合,再进行一次冷压,压力为6MPa,时间为4h,即得。
实施例2
装饰板浆料按照重量份数比取以下组分原料:90份的氧化镁(MgO)、70份的氯化镁(MgCl2)、45份的抗碱玻璃纤维布、50份的柔性极佳的棕榈纤维、20份的松脂岩、11份的立德粉、35份的聚硅酸絮凝剂(PSAA)、7份的改性剂脲醛树脂和甲壳胺,所得浆料备用;其中,棕榈纤维使用前,将棕榈纤维放入由重量百分数65%的水、15%的苏打粉、5%的醋酸、13.8%的马铃薯汁和1.2%的石英砂组成的混合水溶液中浸泡5h。
一种保温复合装饰板,操作步骤如下:
(1)将上述所得装饰板浆料通过层压线铺装在模具中,层压线铺装为采用上下层分别铺装方式,上层采用4层140g中碱网格布,下层板采用4层160g耐碱涂胶网格布,即在模具中共铺装8层网格布,一层装饰板浆料一层网格布铺装,铺装完后进行热压,压力为14.0Mpa,温度为70℃,并保温保压2.5h,拆模,把持温度为26℃,湿度为70%,养护3天,切割成尺寸为3000×1200mm,即得装饰板,可以通过擦色的方式将表面加工成天然仿真木材的颜色;
(2)取与步骤(1)中所得装饰板大小相等的保温板,先将其中一面涂胶,然后将步骤(1)中所得装饰板的一面均匀涂胶水,然后将装饰板涂胶面与EPS/XPS聚苯板保温板涂胶面复合,使其粘合,即得保温复合装饰板半成品;其中,胶水为重量比聚氨酯胶粘剂:水=5:1混合所得;其中,EPS/XPS聚苯板厚度为98-100mm,长度与宽度和装饰板矩形面长宽相等;
(3)将步骤(2)中保温复合装饰板半成品进行冷压,压力为6MPa,时间为4h,冷压后,对保温板的另一面涂胶,取另一块按照步骤(1)方法制备所得的装饰板,将该装饰板一面涂胶,然后,将装饰板涂胶面与保温板涂胶面复合,使其粘合,再进行一次冷压,压力为6MPa,时间为4h,即得。
实施例3
装饰板浆料按照重量份数比取以下组分原料:50份的氧化镁(MgO)、60份的氯化镁(MgCl2)、30份的抗碱玻璃纤维布、40份的柔性极佳的棕榈纤维、15份的松脂岩、5份的立德粉、15份的聚硅酸絮凝剂(PSAA)、3份的改性剂脲醛树脂和聚丙烯酸,所得浆料备用;其中,棕榈纤维使用前,将棕榈纤维放入由重量百分数65%的水、15%的苏打粉、5%的醋酸、13.8%的马铃薯汁和1.2%的石英砂组成的混合水溶液中浸泡2h。
一种保温复合装饰板,操作步骤如下:

(2)取与步骤(1)中所得装饰板大小相等的保温板,先将其中一面涂胶,然后将步骤(1)中所得装饰板的一面均匀涂胶水,然后将装饰板涂胶面与EPS/XPS聚苯板保温板涂胶面复合,使其粘合,即得保温复合装饰板半成品;其中,胶水为重量比聚氨酯胶粘剂:水=5:1混合所得;其中,EPS/XPS聚苯板厚度为98-100mm,长度与宽度和装饰板矩形面长宽相等;
(3)将步骤(2)中保温复合装饰板半成品进行冷压,压力为6MPa,时间为4h,冷压后,对保温板的另一面涂胶,取另一块按照步骤(1)方法制备所得的装饰板,将该装饰板一面涂胶,然后,将装饰板涂胶面与保温板涂胶面复合,使其粘合,再进行一次冷压,压力为6MPa,时间为4h,即得。

Claims (10)
1.一种保温复合装饰板,其特征在于,由以下方法制备得到:
(1)将装饰板浆料通过层压线铺装在模具中,然后进行热压并保温保压,拆模,养护,切割,即得装饰板;
(2)取保温板,先将其中一面涂胶水,然后将步骤(1)中所得装饰板一面均匀涂胶水,然后将装饰板涂胶面与保温板涂胶水面复合,使其粘合,即得保温复合装饰板半成品;
(3)将步骤(2)中复合好的保温复合装饰板半成品进行冷压,冷压后,对保温板的另一面涂胶,取另一块按照步骤(1)所得的装饰板,将该装饰板一面涂胶,然后,将装饰板涂胶面与保温板涂胶面复合,使其粘合,再进行一次冷压,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述保温复合装饰板,其特征在于:所述的保温板为EPS/XPS聚苯板,厚度为98-100mm,长度与宽度和装饰板长宽相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述保温复合装饰板,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的装饰板浆料按照重量份数比包含以下组分原料:50-90份的氧化镁(MgO)、60-70份的氯化镁(MgCl2)、30-45份的抗碱玻璃纤维布、40-50份的棕榈纤维、15-20份的松脂岩、5-11份的立德粉、15-35份的聚硅酸絮凝剂(PSAA)、3-7份的改性剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述保温复合装饰板,其特征在于:所述的改性剂为脲醛树脂和海藻酸钠、甲壳胺、聚丙烯酸或羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述保温复合装饰板,其特征在于,所述的棕榈纤维使用前,将棕榈纤维放入由重量百分数65%的水、15%的苏打粉、5%的醋酸、13.8%的马铃薯汁和1.2%的石英砂组成的混合水溶液中浸泡2-5h。
6.根据权利要求1所述保温复合装饰板,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的层压线铺装为采用上下层分别铺装方式,上层采用4层140g中碱网格布,下层板采用4层160g耐碱涂胶网格布,即在模具中共铺装8层网格布。
7.根据权利要求1所述保温复合装饰板,其特征在于:步骤(1)中热压压力为13.2-14.0Mpa,温度为70-140℃,保压时间为1.5-2.5h。
8.根据权利要求1所述保温复合装饰板,其特征在于:步骤(1)中养护温度为26-30℃,湿度为50-70%,养护时间为3天。
9.根据权利要求1所述保温复合装饰板,其特征在于:步骤(2)、步骤(3)中所述的胶水为重量比聚氨酯胶粘剂:水=5:1混合所得。
10.根据权利要求1所述保温复合装饰板,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述的冷压压力为6MPa,时间为4h。
