本发明涉及一种纺丝机,尤其涉及一种lyocell长丝纺丝机原液分配管安装结构。
背景技术
Lyocell纤维被誉为21世纪绿色纤维,特别是Lyocell长丝可以用于高端丝绸、面料针织,具有广阔的市场前景。目前国内只能生产Lyocell短纤维,Lyocell长丝只有采用国外的纺丝设备生产,国外进口设备采用的原液分配结构复杂,占用空间大,能耗大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能耗小的lyocell长丝纺丝机原液分配管安装结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:lyocell长丝纺丝机原液分配管安装结构,包括:方形原液主管保温管套,在所述方形原液主管保温管套内设置有保温腔体,在所述保温腔体内设置有螺旋原液主管,在所述方形原液主管保温管套的一侧设置有与保温腔体相连通的保温回水口,在所述方形原液主管保温管套的上端设置有与螺旋原液主管相连接的原液进口,在所述螺旋原液主管上连接有若干出液管,所述出液管伸出方形原液主管保温管套通过管接头与原液分配管相连接,在所述出液管的外侧设置有保温回水输送管,在所述原液分配管的外侧设置有保温回水管,在所述管接头的外侧设置有连接管,在所述连接管的两侧分别设置有密封盖,所述连接管支撑在安装座上,在所述安装座上设置有保温进水主管,在所述保温进水主管的上端设置有保温水进口,在所述保温进水主管上连接有若干出水管。
本发明的优点是:上述lyocell长丝纺丝机原液分配管安装结构,结构紧凑,占用空间小,能耗小,大大降低了生产成本。

上述lyocell长丝纺丝机原液分配管安装结构使用时,原液通过原液进口5进入螺旋原液主管3,然后通过若干出液管31、原液分配管7进入纺丝箱,保温水通过保温水进口14进入保温进水主管13,然后通过出水管15进入纺丝箱,然后通过保温回水管9内的保温回水管夹层91进入连接管10内的连接管空腔101,然后通过保温回水输送管8内的保温回水输送管夹层81进入保温腔体2内,然后通过保温回水口4排出。
上述lyocell长丝纺丝机原液分配管安装结构,结构紧凑,占用空间小,能耗小,大大降低了生产成本。
