Abstract

本发明公开了一种陶瓷制品转向输送装置,包括输送架,所述输送架包括顶板和两个侧板,两个侧板的顶面固定在顶板的两侧底面上,顶板的中部具有下料通孔,顶板的顶面固定有两个竖直传动支撑板,两个竖直传动辊处于竖直传动支撑板的上部和下部,竖直传动辊的两端铰接在对应的两个竖直传动支撑板上,竖直传送带张紧在两个竖直传动辊上,竖直传送带的外壁上固定有多个送料槽体,竖直传送带的下部伸入下料通孔;它可以将高处的陶瓷制品输送到横向输送带上,实现输送,其自动化程度高,效果好,效率高,无须人工将从高处搬运到低处进行输送。

技术领域:
本发明涉及陶瓷加工设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种陶瓷制品转向输送装置。
背景技术:
陶瓷制品在输送时,其中部输送时会由高处输送到低处,再由低处通过输送带横向输送,此过程,需要人工从高处搬运到低处进行输送,其自动化程度较差,效率低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种陶瓷制品转向输送装置,它可以将高处的陶瓷制品输送到横向输送带上,实现输送,其自动化程度高,效果好,效率高,无须人工将从高处搬运到低处进行输送。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种陶瓷制品转向输送装置,包括输送架,所述输送架包括顶板和两个侧板,两个侧板的顶面固定在顶板的两侧底面上,顶板的中部具有下料通孔,顶板的顶面固定有两个竖直传动支撑板,两个竖直传动辊处于竖直传动支撑板的上部和下部,竖直传动辊的两端铰接在对应的两个竖直传动支撑板上,竖直传送带张紧在两个竖直传动辊上,竖直传送带的外壁上固定有多个送料槽体,竖直传送带的下部伸入下料通孔;
两个侧板的上部内侧壁上固定有多个竖直轨道,横向输送装置的侧部连接板上固定有导向块,导向块插套在竖直轨道中,横向输送装置处于下料通孔的下方并与竖直传送带的下部上下对应;
所述两个侧板的下部固定有推动连接板,推动连接板的两侧底面均固定有提升气缸,提升气缸的推杆竖直向上穿过推动连接板并固定在底部连接架上,底部连接架的两端固定在两个侧部连接板的底面上。
所述横向输送装置包括两个侧部连接板,两个横向传动辊的两端铰接在两个侧部连接板的端部上,其中一个侧部连接板的一端固定有横向连接架,横向连接架上固定有横向驱动电机,横向驱动电机的输出轴通过联轴器与对应的横向传动辊伸出侧部连接板的一端相连接,横向传送带张紧在两个横向传动辊上。
所述竖直轨道结构为,竖直条形块对着侧部连接板的壁面上具有阶梯形滑槽,阶梯形滑槽靠近侧部连接板处为小宽度槽段,导向块为阶梯形块,导向块与阶梯形滑槽相配合,导向块插套在阶梯形滑槽中。
所述竖直传动支撑板上固定有传动电机架,传动电机固定在传动电机架上,传动电机的输出轴通过联轴器与对应的竖直传动辊伸出竖直传动支撑板的一端相连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以将高处的陶瓷制品输送到横向输送带上,实现输送,其自动化程度高,效果好,效率高,无须人工将从高处搬运到低处进行输送。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种陶瓷制品转向输送装置,包括输送架20,所述输送架20包括顶板202和两个侧板201,两个侧板201的顶面固定在顶板202的两侧底面上,顶板202的中部具有下料通孔203,顶板202的顶面固定有两个竖直传动支撑板10,两个竖直传动辊11处于竖直传动支撑板10的上部和下部,竖直传动辊11的两端铰接在对应的两个竖直传动支撑板10上,竖直传送带12张紧在两个竖直传动辊11上,竖直传送带12的外壁上固定有多个送料槽体13,竖直传送带12的下部伸入下料通孔203;
两个侧板201的上部内侧壁上固定有多个竖直轨道204,横向输送装置30的侧部连接板31上固定有导向块32,导向块32插套在竖直轨道204中,横向输送装置30处于下料通孔203的下方并与竖直传送带12的下部上下对应;
所述两个侧板201的下部固定有推动连接板205,推动连接板205的两侧底面均固定有提升气缸206,提升气缸206的推杆竖直向上穿过推动连接板205并固定在底部连接架207上,底部连接架207的两端固定在两个侧部连接板31的底面上。
进一步对的说,所述横向输送装置30包括两个侧部连接板31,两个横向传动辊33的两端铰接在两个侧部连接板31的端部上,其中一个侧部连接板31的一端固定有横向连接架34,横向连接架34上固定有横向驱动电机35,横向驱动电机35的输出轴通过联轴器与对应的横向传动辊33伸出侧部连接板31的一端相连接,横向传送带36张紧在两个横向传动辊33上。
进一步对的说,所述竖直轨道204结构为,竖直条形块2041对着侧部连接板31的壁面上具有阶梯形滑槽2042,阶梯形滑槽2042靠近侧部连接板31处为小宽度槽段,导向块32为阶梯形块,导向块32与阶梯形滑槽2042相配合,导向块32插套在阶梯形滑槽2042中。
进一步对的说,所述竖直传动支撑板10上固定有传动电机架16,传动电机14固定在传动电机架16上,传动电机14的输出轴通过联轴器与对应的竖直传动辊11伸出竖直传动支撑板10的一端相连接。
将陶瓷制品放置在送料槽体13中,通过传动电机14运行,带动竖直传送带12运行,使得送料槽体13向下移动,到下方的竖直传动辊11处时,送料槽体13倾斜,从而将陶瓷制品移动到横向传送带36上,横向驱动电机35运行,实现输送;
其中,横向传送带36可以通过提升气缸206的推杆伸缩,实现横向传动带36上升下降。

1.一种陶瓷制品转向输送装置,包括输送架(20),其特征在于:所述输送架(20)包括顶板(202)和两个侧板(201),两个侧板(201)的顶面固定在顶板(202)的两侧底面上,顶板(202)的中部具有下料通孔(203),顶板(202)的顶面固定有两个竖直传动支撑板(10),两个竖直传动辊(11)处于竖直传动支撑板(10)的上部和下部,竖直传动辊(11)的两端铰接在对应的两个竖直传动支撑板(10)上,竖直传送带(12)张紧在两个竖直传动辊(11)上,竖直传送带(12)的外壁上固定有多个送料槽体(13),竖直传送带(12)的下部伸入下料通孔(203);
两个侧板(201)的上部内侧壁上固定有多个竖直轨道(204),横向输送装置(30)的侧部连接板(31)上固定有导向块(32),导向块(32)插套在竖直轨道(204)中,横向输送装置(30)处于下料通孔(203)的下方并与竖直传送带(12)的下部上下对应;
所述两个侧板(201)的下部固定有推动连接板(205),推动连接板(205)的两侧底面均固定有提升气缸(206),提升气缸(206)的推杆竖直向上穿过推动连接板(205)并固定在底部连接架(207)上,底部连接架(207)的两端固定在两个侧部连接板(31)的底面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种陶瓷制品转向输送装置,其特征在于:所述横向输送装置(30)包括两个侧部连接板(31),两个横向传动辊(33)的两端铰接在两个侧部连接板(31)的端部上,其中一个侧部连接板(31)的一端固定有横向连接架(34),横向连接架(34)上固定有横向驱动电机(35),横向驱动电机(35)的输出轴通过联轴器与对应的横向传动辊(33)伸出侧部连接板(31)的一端相连接,横向传送带(36)张紧在两个横向传动辊(33)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种陶瓷制品转向输送装置,其特征在于:所述竖直轨道(204)结构为,竖直条形块(2041)对着侧部连接板(31)的壁面上具有阶梯形滑槽(2042),阶梯形滑槽(2042)靠近侧部连接板(31)处为小宽度槽段,导向块(32)为阶梯形块,导向块(32)与阶梯形滑槽(2042)相配合,导向块(32)插套在阶梯形滑槽(2042)中。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种陶瓷制品转向输送装置,其特征在于:所述竖直传动支撑板(10)上固定有传动电机架(16),传动电机(14)固定在传动电机架(16)上,传动电机(14)的输出轴通过联轴器与对应的竖直传动辊(11)伸出竖直传动支撑板(10)的一端相连接。
