技术领域
[0001]本发明属于水利工程等工程结构健康监测技术领域,涉及一种基于图像识别技术的适用于渡槽渗漏实时预警的光纤监测系统。
背景技术
[0002]渡槽结构是常见的水利工程结构之一;以南水北调工程为例,它是我国为缓解华北及西北地区缺水状况而兴建的淡水输送工程。渡槽是该项工程中为跨越河流、洼地及道路等障碍的架空输水结构。仅在南水北调中线总长1276公里的总干渠中,就规划有49座渡槽,长度约占渠道总长的7% ο以河南南阳地区的湍河渡槽为例,该渡槽设计流量为350立方米每秒,最大流量为420立方米每秒,跨度40米,总宽30余米,槽高8.8米以上。
[0003]对大型渡槽而言,结构性裂缝和自身不稳是影响其安全运行的两大因素;其中,温度应力和伸缩缝是引起结构性裂缝并最终引发渡槽渗漏的主要原因。绝大多数渡槽都面临渗漏的潜在病害,或者从渡槽裂缝处渗水、或者在渡槽结构中形成孔洞漏水,甚至有“十槽九漏”的说法,如何在渡槽裂缝或孔洞发生早期及时地监测出渗漏对及时修复渡槽结构具有重要意义。
[0004]本发明中涉及到图像识别技术、光纤传输技术、高清监控技术等,是这些高新技术在水利工程结构中的应用;其中,图像识别技术目前在基础设施工程中的应用还不多见,亟待将此技术引入到土木工程、水利工程、交通工程等基础设施工程中为这些工程的建设和运营服务;光纤传输相比传统的铜线传输有着非常突出的优点:光纤传输速度快、衰减小、受电磁场等环境干扰非常小、系统可靠性高、传输距离远等,如使用单模光纤其传输距离可以达到几十至上百公里,非常适用于本发明中的监控信号长距离传输。
[0005]本发明利用图像识别技术对被监控渡槽的视频图像进行分析实时监测其渗漏情况并实时报警,为保障渡槽结构的安全运营提供了实用可行的方法。

[0006]本发明将先进的图像识别技术、光纤长距离传输技术、高清监控技术等结合起来设计出了一个用于渡槽结构渗漏的实时预警系统,可以及时有效地监测渡槽的渗漏状况从而保障渡槽结构的安全运营。

[0008] —种基于图像识别技术的渡槽渗漏实时预警光纤监测系统,包括图像采集系统、图像传输系统、图像分析与显示系统、渗漏预警系统。
[0009]所述的图像采集系统,由安装在渡槽结构两侧的若干高清固定单方向的摄像头或可旋转式摄像头组成,用于实时采集当前渡槽结构的视频图像。在渡槽两侧每隔一定距离的同一截面处分别安装一个摄像头,摄像头安装在渡槽向外悬挑的支架上。摄像头沿渡槽流水方向的安装间距越大,则能够识别渗漏的精度越低,安装时应考虑具体工程状况根据监控画面的分辨率在图像分析系统能识别到监控画面中最远处渗漏的情况下覆盖尽可能长的渡槽结构为准,支架悬挑长度以摄像头能监控到其安装间距内的渡槽为准;同时对摄像头进行编号,每个摄像头对应固定的渡槽号段;当使用旋转式摄像头时可使摄像头数量减半,需要设定摄像头旋转到固定的角度进行监控以用于图像识别。
[0010]所述的图像传输系统,由传输实时监控数据的单模光纤、节点式光端机或其他类型光端机的发射机和接收机组成,用于将每个摄像头采集的图像数据传输到监控中心的监控主机;
[0011]所述的图像分析与显示系统,由监控主机及安装在其中的图像识别分析模块、摄像头实时监控画面管理软件组成,设定图像截取的时间间隔,图像分析与显示系统不断对最近两次截取的图像进行比较和分析。
[0012]设最近两次截取的图像分别称为第一张和第二张,根据具体工程及安装的摄像头分辨率和设定要启动报警的渗漏严重程度设定像素个数的阈值,当第一张和第二张图像有超过阈值数量的像素的连续区域的图像色值不同时继续等待调用接下来的第三张截取图像与第一张图像进行比较分析,如果其色值差连续区域大于等于第一张和第二张图像的色值差连续区域,则同时将第三张与第一张的前五张再次进行对比,若仍然在相同区域有超过阈值数像素的连续区域的色值不同,则判定为该监控画面中的渡槽结构出现渗水或漏水;

具体实施方式
[0020]如图1为本发明系统的示意图,下面结合附图及具体实施例子进一步对本发明内容进行说明。以总长1276公里的南水北调中线的总干渠为例,该工程有49座渡槽,渡槽结构总长约90公里。

[0022]以目前市面的高清摄像头分辨率为1920 X 1080,若需要识别精度为0.5m的渗漏,以图像识别程序识别的色值变化区域阈值为10像素来计,则每个摄像头合适的拍摄长度为0.5/ (10 +1920) = 96m,那么每50〜100m安装一个摄像头均可。若在渡槽每隔10m的同一个截面的两侧分别安装一个摄像头,则南水北调中线的总干渠合计约90公里的渡槽段共需约1800个摄像头;若使用可旋转式摄像头,则共需约900个摄像头。以单向固定式摄像头为例,其安装示意图如图2(a)和图2(b)所示,摄像头安装位置及方向以能清楚地监控该100米段内的渡槽结构为准;同时对摄像头进行编号,每个摄像头对应一个固定渡槽段的固定一侧。

[0024]如图3,以采用节点式光端机架构光纤传输网络为例,每个节点式光端机之间采取串联形式最后传输到中心接收端,基于信号的复用技术,一条光纤线路上可有多个节点。实际工程中根据传输距离选择光端机型号,常见的传输距离有10公里、20公里、40公里等。

[0026]将光纤传输系统的光端接收机安装在监控中心,并同时安装监控主机和预警系统,该监控中心可以实现对所监控的所有渡槽结构的实时视频监控,并可根据监控主机里的管理软件随时调取与任意段渡槽相对应的监控摄像头的实时监控画面。

[0031 ] 4) “10分钟时图像”与“O分钟时图像”相比时,发现比“5分钟时图像”与“O分钟时图像”的色差区域更大,基本确定此监控画面对应的渡槽出现渗漏;为防止“O分钟时图像”由于出现干扰而不正确的现象发生,再次调用“-30分钟时图像”与“10分钟时图像”对比,发现仍然在相同区域有连续区域的红绿蓝三原色色值不同,则判定该段渡槽出现渗漏。

1.一种基于图像识别技术的渡槽渗漏实时预警光纤监测系统,其特征在于,包括图像采集系统、图像传输系统、图像分析与显示系统、渗漏预警系统; 所述的图像采集系统,由安装在渡槽结构两侧的若干高清固定单方向的摄像头或可旋转式摄像头组成,用于实时采集当前渡槽结构的视频图像;在渡槽两侧每隔一定距离的同一截面处分别安装一个摄像头,摄像头安装在渡槽向外悬挑的支架上,摄像头沿渡槽流水方向的安装间距根据监控画面的分辨率在图像分析系统能识别到监控画面中最远处渗漏的情况下以覆盖尽可能长的渡槽结构为准,支架悬挑长度以摄像头能监控到其安装间距内的渡槽为准;同时对摄像头进行编号,每个摄像头对应固定的渡槽号段;当使用旋转式摄像头时可使摄像头数量减半,需要设定摄像头旋转到固定的角度进行监控以用于图像识别;所述的图像传输系统,由传输实时监控数据的单模光纤、节点式光端机或其他类型光端机的发射机和接收机组成,用于将每个摄像头采集的图像数据传输到监控中心的监控主机; 所述的图像分析与显示系统,由监控主机及安装在其中的图像识别分析模块、摄像头实时监控画面管理软件组成,设定图像截取的时间间隔,图像分析与显示系统不断对最近两次截取的图像进行比较和分析; 设最近两次截取的图像分别称为第一张和第二张,根据具体工程及安装的摄像头分辨率和设定要启动报警的渗漏严重程度设定像素个数的阈值,当第一张和第二张图像有超过阈值数量的像素的连续区域的图像色值不同时继续等待调用接下来的第三张截取图像与第一张图像进行比较分析,如果其色值差连续区域大于等于第一张和第二张图像的色值差连续区域,则同时将第三张与第一张的前五张再次进行对比,若仍然在相同区域有超过阈值数像素的连续区域的色值不同,则判定为该监控画面中的渡槽结构出现渗水或漏水; 所述的渗漏预警系统由警报灯、警报音响、手机短信和手机报警音及电子邮件触发软件等多个报警模块组成,用于实时向相关管理人员通过不同方法进行报警,以确保管理人员在第一时间通过实时监控查看渗漏画面对应编号的渡槽段的渗漏状况,并根据情况及时采取措施进行维修。
