Abstract
本发明涉及车间排气管的清洁维护技术领域,具体是涉及一种车间螺旋式排气管的烘干工艺。配制清洗剂,清洗剂由5份乙醇、5份丙烯酸酯乳液、5份乙腈、0.2份甘草酸、5份环己烷和50份水制成;将车间螺旋式排气管放入清洗剂中浸泡15分钟以去除表面油脂类杂物,清洗剂预先加热至50℃;将车间螺旋式排气管放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为60℃,烘干时间为5小时。本发明的烘干工艺,操作工艺简洁,增设清洗剂浸泡步骤,通过合理设计清洗剂的配方以及清洗剂的制备方法,既实现清洗车间螺旋式排气管内部油污,又可以达到完全烘干的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及车间排气管的清洁维护技术领域,具体是涉及一种车间螺旋式排气管的烘干工艺。
背景技术
车间螺旋式排气管的内部容易积累油污,因此需要定期清洗,然后再进行烘干。然而,由于车间螺旋式排气管呈反复弯曲状,若直接放入烘箱中进行干燥,其内部弯曲拐角部分的水份是无法被充分烘干的。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种车间螺旋式排气管的烘干工艺,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种车间螺旋式排气管的烘干工艺,步骤如下:
步骤①、配制清洗剂
清洗剂由5份乙醇、5份丙烯酸酯乳液、5份乙腈、0.2份甘草酸、5份环己烷和50份水制成;
制备方法:首先向容器中加入5份乙醇、5份丙烯酸酯乳液和25份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入5份乙腈和15份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.2份甘草酸,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌10分钟;最后快速加入5份环己烷和10份水,搅拌10分钟;
步骤②、将车间螺旋式排气管放入清洗剂中浸泡15分钟以去除表面油脂类杂物,清洗剂预先加热至50℃;
步骤③、将车间螺旋式排气管放入烘箱中烘干,烘干温度为60℃,烘干时间为5小时。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
1)、烘干工艺中使用的清洗剂,添加了少量的甘草酸,可显著提高清洗剂的处理效率,同时,在车间螺旋式排气管被加热烘干时,可带出其内部弯曲拐角部分的水份,效果较之传统烘干要远远好之。
2)、清洗剂的制备方法,通过逐步添加及不同的加料顺序,不仅能够提高各物质之间的溶解性能,还能避免颗粒团聚的可能,从而使清洗剂的处理效率得到显著的提升。
3)、烘干工艺,操作工艺简洁,增设清洗剂浸泡步骤,通过合理设计清洗剂的配方以及清洗剂的制备方法,既实现清洗车间螺旋式排气管内部油污,又可以达到完全烘干的目的。

一种车间螺旋式排气管的烘干工艺,步骤如下:
步骤①、配制清洗剂

1.一种车间螺旋式排气管的烘干工艺,其特征在于步骤如下:
步骤①、配制清洗剂
清洗剂由5份乙醇、5份丙烯酸酯乳液、5份乙腈、0.2份甘草酸、5份环己烷和50份水制成;
制备方法:首先向容器中加入5份乙醇、5份丙烯酸酯乳液和25份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入5份乙腈和15份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.2份甘草酸,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌10分钟;最后快速加入5份环己烷和10份水,搅拌10分钟;
步骤②、将车间螺旋式排气管放入清洗剂中浸泡15分钟以去除表面油脂类杂物,清洗剂预先加热至50℃;
