Abstract

一种支撑装置,用以支撑一显示器,所述支撑装置包括两固定件、两支撑臂及一底座,所述底座由一杆体于一平面内弯折而成,所述固定件用于固定所述显示器,每一支撑臂包括一连接部及一锁固部,每一连接部与所述固定件一端连接,所述锁固部与所述底座锁固,所述两支撑臂的延伸方向垂直于所述杆体所在平面。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种支撑装置,特别是指一种显示器支撑装置。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,为了使消费者更好地欣赏影音图像,显示器朝着大尺寸方向发展。随着显示器屏幕尺寸的增加,为了支撑大尺寸屏幕,显示器的支撑底座的尺寸也相应地增大。现有技术中,显示器支撑底座由塑料制作,但支撑底座的尺寸的增加导致生产时材料成本及模具的成本增加。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种生产成本较低的大尺寸显示器支撑装置。
一种支撑装置,用以支撑一显示器,所述支撑装置包括两固定件、两支撑臂及一底座,所述底座由一杆体于一平面内弯折而成,所述固定件用于固定所述显示器,每一支撑臂包括一连接部及一锁固部,每一连接部与所述固定件一端连接,所述锁固部与所述底座锁固,所述两支撑臂的延伸方向垂直于所述杆体所在平面。
优选地,所述支撑臂还包括一弯折部,所述连接部套设于所述固定件,所述固定件与所述弯折部抵触以支撑所述显示器。
优选地,所述固定件设有一固定孔,所述连接部设有一连接孔,一紧固件穿过所述固定孔与所述连接孔使所述连接部与所述固定件固定以支撑所述显示器。
优选地,所述固定件设有至少两固定孔,所述连接部设有一连接孔,所述连接孔能够与不同固定孔固定以调节所述显示器支撑高度。
优选地,所述两固定件相互平行。
优选地,所述两支撑臂呈八字形。
优选地,所述锁固部设有一安装槽,所述安装槽为弧形,所述底座部分收容于所述安装槽。
优选地,所述锁固部还设有一与所述安装槽连通的通孔,所述底座设有两螺纹孔,一螺钉穿过所述通孔与所述螺纹孔锁固,使所述底座与所述支撑臂固定。
优选地,所述固定件为中空柱体,并所述杆体由铝制成。
优选地,所述底座大致呈矩形,所述杆体由不锈钢制成。
相较于现有技术,所述底座由杆体弯折而成,所述固定件固定于所述显示器,所述支撑臂一端与所述固定件连接,另一端与所述底座连接以支撑所述显示器,使所述支撑装置的模具成本及材料成本大大降低。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明的一较佳实施例中,一种支撑装置100用以支撑一显示器200。所述支撑装置100包括两固定件10、两支撑臂20、一底座30及若干螺钉40。
所述固定件10设有两安装孔12及两固定孔14。所述两固定孔14位于所述固定件10一端。所述固定件10为口字形并由铝材制成。
所述支撑臂20包括一连接部22、一弯折部24及一锁固部26。所述弯折部24从所述连接部22延伸而出。所述锁固部26从所述弯折部24延伸而出。所述弯折部24位于所述连接部22及所述锁固部26之间。所述连接部22设有一连接孔220,所述连接孔220位于所述连接部22远离所述弯折部24一端。所述连接部22的截面积小于所述固定件10的截面积。所述锁固部26远离所述弯折部24一端包括一锁固端260。所述锁固端260为弧形并形成一弧形安装槽2604。所述锁固端260还设有一通孔2602,所述通孔2602与所述安装槽2604连通。所述支撑臂20由铝材制成。
所述底座30包括一杆体32及四垫片34。所述底座30由所述不锈钢制成的杆体32在一平面内弯折而成,并大致呈一矩形。所述杆体32部分为中空管体。所述杆体32两端分别设有一螺纹孔320。所述垫片34由弹性材料制成并固定于所述矩形杆体32的四角。
请继续参阅图2,组装所述支撑装置100时,所述两固定件10通过所述安装孔12分别固定于所述显示器200,此时所述两固定件10相互平行。所述底座30设有螺纹孔320处收容于所述支撑臂20的安装槽2604,并使所述螺纹孔320与所述通孔2602对齐。所述螺钉40穿过所述通孔2602与所述螺纹孔320锁固,使所述支撑臂20固定于所述底座30。此时两支撑臂20呈八字形并且所述两支撑臂20的延伸方向垂直于所述杆体32所在平面。将所述底座30放置于一平面,使所述支撑臂20的连接部22收容于所述固定件10,直至所述固定件10与所述弯折部24抵触,此时所述支撑装置100支撑所述显示器200。
请继续参阅图3及图4,在另一实施例中,组装所述支撑装置100时,所述两固定件10通过所述安装孔12分别固定于所述显示器200,此时所述两固定件10相互平行。所述底座30设有螺纹孔320处收容于所述支撑臂20的安装槽2604,并使所述螺纹孔320与所述通孔2602对齐。所述螺钉40穿过所述通孔2602与所述螺纹孔320锁固,使所述支撑臂20固定于所述底座30。将所述底座30放置于一平面,所述支撑臂20的连接部22收容于所述固定件10,使所述连接部22的连接孔220与任一固定孔14固定,使所述固定件10与所述支撑臂20固定,以支撑所述显示器200。所述连接孔220能够与不同固定孔14固定以调整所述显示器200的支撑高度。此时,所述垫片34与平面接触,以防止所述杆体32磨损。
所述底座30由所述杆体32弯折而成,所述固定件10固定于所述显示器200,所述支撑臂20一端与所述固定件10连接,另一端与所述底座30连接以支撑所述显示器200,使所述支撑装置100的模具成本及材料成本大大降低。

Claims (7)

1.一种支撑装置,用以支撑一显示器,其特征在于:所述支撑装置包括两固定件、两支撑臂及一底座,所述底座由一杆体于一平面内弯折而成,所述固定件用于固定所述显示器,每一支撑臂包括一连接部及一锁固部,每一连接部与所述固定件一端连接,所述锁固部与所述底座锁固,所述两支撑臂的延伸方向垂直于所述杆体所在平面,所述支撑臂还包括一弯折部,所述连接部套设于所述固定件,所述固定件与所述弯折部抵触以支撑所述显示器。
2.如权利要求1所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:所述两固定件相互平行。
3.如权利要求1所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:所述两支撑臂呈八字形。
4.如权利要求1所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:所述锁固部设有一安装槽,所述安装槽为弧形,所述底座部分收容于所述安装槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:所述锁固部还设有一与所述安装槽连通的通孔,所述底座设有两螺纹孔,一螺钉穿过所述通孔与所述螺纹孔锁固,使所述底座与所述支撑臂固定。
6.如权利要求1所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:所述固定件为中空柱体,并由铝制成。
7.如权利要求1所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:所述底座大致呈矩形,所述杆体由不锈钢制成。
