Abstract

本发明公开了一种缓冲阀,包括:缓冲阀本体;设置在缓冲阀本体上下两端的上盖和下盖;上盖的厚度大于下盖的厚度;上盖一侧设置有调节阀,贯穿缓冲阀本体内部;缓冲阀本体上设置有出气口和进气口;进气口、出气口均与缓冲阀本体内部连通;出气口与缓冲阀本体通过限位密封件密封;缓冲阀本体内部与上盖内部相互连通;上盖内部设置有活塞、缓冲阀本体内设置有推杆,活塞与推杆连接;推杆通过复位弹簧与下盖连接。本发明通过采用调节阀可以调节上盖进气量和出气口的气压大小,从而能够降低通气瞬间关闭或打开车门的速度和快速放气缩短手动开车门的时间,使得缓冲阀能够满足人们的需求,避免关门速度过大伤到人及损坏车门。

技术领域
本发明涉及车门控制元件领域,尤其涉及一种缓冲阀。
背景技术
今年来,随着我国汽车工业的飞速发展,客户对汽车各方面性能的要求越来越高,特别是使用率非常高的汽车车门。汽车质量调研结果显示,车门开闭的轻便性,始终是客户抱怨最多的质量问题之一。因此,在车身设计过程中倍受关注。客户往往关心的是通过手给车门初始速度后的车门关闭、打开时刻速度。现有车门的手动开门时间长难以满足人们需求;瞬间给气关闭速度非常大,不仅很容易使车门附近的人员被夹伤,而且也会缩短车门的使用寿命。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种缓冲阀,解决了现有车门在通气瞬间开门或关闭时速度大、开门时间长的技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种缓冲阀,包括:
缓冲阀本体;
设置在所述缓冲阀本体上下两端的上盖和下盖;所述上盖的厚度大于所述下盖的厚度;所述上盖一侧设置有调节阀,贯穿所述缓冲阀本体内部;所述缓冲阀本体上设置有出气口和进气口;所述进气口、所述出气口均与所述缓冲阀本体内部连通;所述出气口与所述缓冲阀本体通过限位密封件密封;
所述缓冲阀本体内部与所述上盖内部相互连通;所述上盖内部设置有活塞、所述缓冲阀本体内设置有推杆,所述活塞与所述推杆连接;所述推杆通过复位弹簧与所述下盖连接。
优选地,所述限位密封件采用弹性变形材料制造。
优选地,所述缓冲阀本体上设置有快速排气口,所述快速排气口与所述缓冲阀本体内部连通。
优选地,所述快速排气口上设置有消声器。
优选地,所述推杆上设置有密封圈。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本发明提供的缓冲阀,通过采用调节阀可以调节上盖进气量和出气口的气压大小,从而能够降低通气瞬间打开或关闭车门的速度时间和缩短手动开车门的时间,使得缓冲阀能够满足人们的需求,避免关门速度过大伤到人及损坏车门。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明提供的缓冲阀,缓冲阀本体1;设置在所述缓冲阀本体1上下两端的上盖2和下盖3;所述上盖2的厚度大于所述下盖3的厚度;所述上盖2一侧设置有调节阀7,贯穿所述缓冲阀本体1内部;所述缓冲阀本体1上设置有出气口5和进气口4;所述进气口4、所述出气口5均与所述缓冲阀本体1内部连通;所述缓冲阀本体1内部与所述上盖2内部相互连通;所述上盖2内部设置有活塞8、所述缓冲阀本体1内设置有推杆9,所述活塞8与所述推杆9连接;所述推杆9通过复位弹簧10与所述下盖3连接。
上述技术方案中,缓冲阀本体1与车门连接用于降低关门速度,避免关门速度过大容易造成车门附近人员夹伤;调节阀7可以调节上盖2和出气口5的气压大小;限位密封件12用于密封出气口5,使缓冲阀本体1与上盖2内部保持一定压力;活塞8与推杆9通过改变缓冲阀本体1与上盖2内部的压力,将进气口4进入的气体从排气口排出;复位弹簧10能够推杆9及活塞8返回到正常位置。
需要说明的是,为了起到良好的密封效果,限位密封件12采用弹性变形材料制造;其中弹性变形材料为橡胶。
需要说明的是,为了提高排气速度,缩短手动车门的时间,缓冲阀本体1上设置有快速排气口6;而出气速度高时,会发出很尖、很刺耳的声音,为了避免尖锐刺耳的声音对人体耳膜造成伤害,在快速排气口6设置消声器11。
需要说明的是,为了避免出现漏气的问题,推杆9上设置有密封圈。
本发明提供的缓冲阀的工作原理为,进气口4分别向出气口5和上盖2进气,此时气压推动活塞8,活塞8推动推杆9,而推杆9移动需要克服复位弹簧10的力才能使推杆9移动,所以此时就形成了延时即活塞8处需要时间增压以克服复位弹簧10的阻力,在增压的时间段进气口4气压推动限位密封件12与出气口5通气,出气口5气压较小,从而减小通气瞬间打开或关闭车门的速度;当活塞8处气压压力大于复位弹簧10的力推动推杆9移动换向过程中,出气口5压力逐渐增大推杆9到位出气口5压力和进气口4压力等值,当进气口4无气压时复位弹簧10推动推杆9复位出气口5气压推开限位密封从快速排气口6迅速排气,从而缩短手动开车门的时间。

1.一种缓冲阀,其特征在于,包括:
缓冲阀本体(1);
设置在所述缓冲阀本体(1)上下两端的上盖(2)和下盖(3);所述上盖(2)的厚度大于所述下盖(3)的厚度;所述上盖(2)一侧设置有调节阀(7),贯穿所述缓冲阀本体(1)内部;所述缓冲阀本体(1)上设置有出气口(5)和进气口(4);所述进气口(4)、所述出气口(5)均与所述缓冲阀本体(1)内部连通;所述出气口(5)与所述缓冲阀本体(1)通过限位密封件(12)密封;
所述缓冲阀本体(1)内部与所述上盖(2)内部相互连通;所述上盖(2)内部设置有活塞(8)、所述缓冲阀本体(1)内设置有推杆(9),所述活塞(8)与所述推杆(9)连接;所述推杆(9)通过复位弹簧(10)与所述下盖(3)连接;
所述限位密封件(12)采用弹性变形材料制造;
所述缓冲阀本体(1)上设置有快速排气口(6),所述快速排气口(6)与所述缓冲阀本体(1)内部连通;
所述快速排气口(6)上设置有消声器(11)。
