Abstract

本发明公开了一种带净化装置的汽车排气管,包括主排气管、排气分管、净化装置、消音器、吸风机、转动挡板、隔板、阻隔挡板、进气接口管和出气管,主排气管顶端上连接设置有进气接口管,主排气管与排气分管一体成型,排气分管内部设置有隔板,隔板上方顶部设置有转动挡板,主排气管外壁上设置有净化装置,净化装置上设置有吸风机。排出的尾气,进入排气管中,能够从其中一通道或两个通道中排出,也能够根据需要来调节尾气从其中一通道中排出,从而在其中一通道出现问题时,可以选择另一通道继续使用,保证排气管的正常使用。另外,通过磷化处理主排气管、排气分管和出气管,使其耐腐蚀性能得到显著提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带净化装置的汽车排气管。
背景技术
排气管是汽车上很常见的排气部件,其进气口接入来自发动机排出的气体,并从排气管的出气口排出。传统使用中的汽车排气管通常采用直通式,导致汽车尾气不经过过滤就直接排除,影响空气质量,且汽车运行中还产生巨大的噪音,影响人们的日常生活,不适合推广使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种带净化装置的汽车排气管。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种带净化装置的汽车排气管,包括主排气管、排气分管、净化装置、消音器、吸风机、转动挡板、隔板、阻隔挡板、进气接口管和出气管,所述主排气管顶端上连接设置有进气接口管,所述主排气管与排气分管一体成型,所述排气分管内部设置有隔板,所述隔板上方顶部设置有转动挡板,所述主排气管外壁上设置有净化装置,所述净化装置上设置有吸风机,所述净化装置通过吸风管口与主排气管相连,所述排气风管上设置有消音器,所述排气风管内部设置有阻隔挡板,所述排气风管底部设置有出气管;
所述主排气管、排气分管和出气管均通过磷化处理在其表面形成磷化防护膜,加工工艺为:
步骤①、首先向容器中加入6份马来酸酐和7份去离子水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入3份水杨酸、5份磷酸和15份去离子水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌15分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份蒽甙、5份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和25份去离子水,搅拌10分钟,配制处理液;
步骤②、擦除工件表面的油污,接着使用乙醇擦洗2次,再用清水冲洗;
步骤③、将工件放入预先加热至50℃的处理液中浸泡10分钟;
步骤④、捞出后用水冲洗直至水的pH值恢复至中性,烘干。
作为优选,所述排气风管内部设置有过滤网。
作为优选,所述阻隔挡板相互错落设置。
本发明结构简单,散热效果好,延长排气管的使用寿命,结构简单,降噪减污;排出的尾气,进入排气管中,能够从其中一通道或两个通道中排出,也能够根据需要来调节尾气从其中一通道中排出,从而在其中一通道出现问题时,可以选择另一通道继续使用,保证排气管的正常使用;另外通过吸风机进行吸风进入净化装置通过过滤层,可有效吸收发动机排放的有害气体和悬浮颗粒,缓解了空气污染。另外,通过磷化处理主排气管、排气分管和出气管,使其耐腐蚀性能得到显著提升。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示,一种带净化装置的汽车排气管,包括主排气管1、排气分管2、净化装置3、消音器4、吸风机5、转动挡板6、隔板7、阻隔挡板9、进气接口管10和出气管11,所述主排气管1顶端上连接设置有进气接口管10,所述主排气管1与排气分管2一体成型,所述排气分管2内部设置有隔板7,所述隔板7上方顶部设置有转动挡板6,所述主排气管1外壁上设置有净化装置3,所述净化装置3上设置有吸风机5,所述净化装置3通过吸风管口与主排气管1相连,所述排气风管2上设置有消音器4,所述排气风管2内部设置有阻隔挡板9,所述排气风管2底部设置有出气管11,所述净化装置3内部设置有多层过滤层。
所述主排气管1、排气分管2和出气管11均通过磷化处理在其表面形成磷化防护膜,加工工艺为:
步骤①、首先向容器中加入6份马来酸酐和7份去离子水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入3份水杨酸、5份磷酸和15份去离子水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌15分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份蒽甙、5份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和25份去离子水,搅拌10分钟,配制处理液;
步骤②、擦除工件表面的油污,接着使用乙醇擦洗2次,再用清水冲洗;
步骤③、将工件放入预先加热至50℃的处理液中浸泡10分钟;
步骤④、捞出后用水冲洗直至水的pH值恢复至中性,烘干。
值得注意的是,所述排气风管2内部设置有过滤网。
值得注意的是,所述阻隔挡板9相互错落设置。

本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。

1.一种带净化装置的汽车排气管,其特征在于:包括主排气管(1)、排气分管(2)、净化装置(3)、消音器(4)、吸风机(5)、转动挡板(6)、隔板(7)、阻隔挡板(9)、进气接口管(10)和出气管(11),所述主排气管(1)顶端上连接设置有进气接口管(10),所述主排气管(1)与排气分管(2)一体成型,所述排气分管(2)内部设置有隔板(7),所述隔板(7)上方顶部设置有转动挡板(6),所述主排气管(1)外壁上设置有净化装置(3),所述净化装置(3)上设置有吸风机(5),所述净化装置(3)通过吸风管口与主排气管(1)相连,所述排气风管(2)上设置有消音器(4),所述排气风管(2)内部设置有阻隔挡板(9),所述排气风管(2)底部设置有出气管(11);
所述主排气管(1)、排气分管(2)和出气管(11)均通过磷化处理在其表面形成磷化防护膜,加工工艺为:
