本发明公开了一种环保水性鞋用胶粘剂,包括如下组分:改性酪素、聚丙烯酸酯、己内酰胺、水分散性多异氰酸酯、羧甲基纤维素钠、氨基树脂、功能性助剂、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐、十二烷基苯磺酸以及固化剂。本发明提供一种环保鞋用胶粘剂,克服了常见水性聚氨酯粘胶剂存在的初粘性小、干燥速率慢、乳胶膜的耐水和耐溶剂性差、光泽性较低,涂膜的综合性能较差的缺陷,以达到大幅度提高鞋用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的涂膜的初粘性、涂布性、干燥性,粘接性的目的。

本发明涉及一种胶粘剂,具体地说,本发明涉及一种环保水性鞋用胶粘剂。
背景技术
我国制鞋工业中95%都使用的是氯丁胶粘剂,使用水性聚氨酯企业比较少,因为氯丁胶粘剂初粘性好、可冷粘、价格便宜、使用习惯等是其优点,许多企业选择价低价的氯丁胶。但是,其性能不耐增塑剂渗透,对软PVC、热塑性橡胶、PU革等新型鞋用材料粘接性差,此外必须应用的苯类为有毒溶剂,这是致命的弱点,严重危害员工的身体健康,已不适应制鞋工业发展的要求。
我国是制鞋大国,每年生产1O0多亿双。鞋用胶粘剂经历了一个由低端向高端、由非环保向环保方向的发展过程:首先是普通氯丁胶粘剂(第1代),接着为接枝改性氯丁胶和溶剂型聚氨酯胶粘剂(第2代), 然后是以甲基丙烯酸改性的“无三苯” 氯丁胶粘剂、接枝改性氯丁胶粘剂和聚氨酯(PU)胶粘剂(第3代)。尽管第3代鞋用胶粘剂解决了苯类的污染问题,却无法根本解决有机物挥发(V0C)。进入2O世纪90年代,欧美各国制订了严格的有机物挥发标准,促使第4代环保型鞋用胶粘剂出现,主要为聚氨酯水性胶粘剂,但国内鞋用聚氨酯胶粘剂大部分以溶剂型为主,有毒有害的有机溶剂易造成环境污染、损害人类生命安全。而环保型水性聚氨酯胶粘剂是以水作为分散介质,具有软硬度可调、耐低温、柔韧性好、阻燃、气味小、不污染环境等优点。从人类环境和生命安全因素考虑,开发及应用鞋用环保型水性聚氨酯胶粘剂必将成为未来主流方向。当前,国产高质量的鞋用环保型水性聚氨酯胶粘剂在市场上还少见,主要原因是固含量低,在使用上仍存在初粘力较低、固化速度慢、乳胶膜的耐水和耐溶剂性差、光泽性较低、对非极性材料的粘接强度低及耐水性差等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的水性聚氨酯胶进行改良,提供一种环保鞋用胶粘剂,克服了常见水性聚氨酯粘胶剂存在的初粘性小、干燥速率慢、乳胶膜的耐水和耐溶剂性差、光泽性较低,涂膜的综合性能较差的缺陷,以达到大幅度提高鞋用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的涂膜的初粘性、涂布性、干燥性,粘接性的目的。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种环保水性鞋用胶粘剂,包括如下重量份的组分:
改性酪素 5~15份;
聚丙烯酸酯 2~5份;
己内酰胺 1~5份;
水分散性多异氰酸酯 5~35份;
聚己二酸1,4-丁二醇酯二醇 6~38份;
羧甲基纤维素钠 2~10份;
氨基树脂 8~20份;
功能性助剂 1~3份;

优选的是,所述水分散性多异氰酸酯是由甲苯二异氰酸酯、1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、1,12-十二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷4,4-二异氰酸酯、双环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、甲基环己基二异氰酸酯、四甲基苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯,以及上述多异氰酸酯的三聚体和/或缩二脲,与帮助乳化或水分散的物质反应或混合而得。
优选的是,所述氨基树脂为脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷中的至少一种。
优选的是,所述固化剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与三乙胺以及丁酮的混合物。
优选的是,所述3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与三乙胺以及丁酮的摩尔比为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:三乙胺:丁酮=1~5:2~8:1~4。
优选的是,所述功能性助剂为消泡剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂等中的一种。
优选的是,所述改性酪素为有机硅改性酪素、乙烯基类单体改性酪素、聚氨酯改性酪素中的一种或其组合。
优选的是,所述改性酪素为有机硅改性酪素。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
(1)本发明通过选用复合固化剂,复合固化剂的有机硅成分使水性聚氨酯胶粘剂中的大分子链之间形成网状结构,提供了水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的固含量,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵的加入,大大提高了胶粘剂的固化速度,使制得的胶粘剂具有优异的耐水、耐溶剂以及力学性能;
(2)本发明的各树脂以及添加剂复配合理,提高了胶粘剂各原料之间的相容性,通过加入各种添加剂,提高了胶粘剂的附着力、浸润能力等,克服了常见水性胶粘剂的初粘性小,耐水及耐溶剂性差、光泽性低等缺陷;
(3)本发明通过引入改性酪素,提高胶粘剂透气性的同时,也大大提高了胶粘剂的生物降解性,使制得的胶粘剂更环保低碳、安全无毒。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达到技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的原料也均为可商业获得的。未详细描述的各种过程和方法是本领域中公知的常规方法。
一种环保水性鞋用胶粘剂,包括如下重量份的组分:
改性酪素 5~15份;
聚丙烯酸酯 2~5份;
己内酰胺 1~5份;
水分散性多异氰酸酯 5~35份;
聚己二酸1,4-丁二醇酯二醇 6~38份;
羧甲基纤维素钠 2~10份;
氨基树脂 8~20份;
功能性助剂 1~3份;
十二烷基三甲基氯化铵 0.5~2份;
磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐 0.2~1份;
十二烷基苯磺酸 2~5份;
固化剂 5~12份。
作为本案的一个改进,所述水分散性多异氰酸酯是由甲苯二异氰酸酯、1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、1,12-十二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷4,4-二异氰酸酯、双环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、甲基环己基二异氰酸酯、四甲基苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯,以及上述多异氰酸酯的三聚体和/或缩二脲,与帮助乳化或水分散的物质反应或混合而得。
作为本案的一个改进,所述氨基树脂为脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷中的至少一种。
作为本案的一个改进,所述固化剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与三乙胺以及丁酮的混合物。
作为本案的一个改进,所述3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与三乙胺以及丁酮的摩尔比为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:三乙胺:丁酮=1~5:2~8:1~4。固化剂选用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与三乙胺以及丁酮的混合物,它们作为一个整体,彼此协同发挥作用,它们可进一步提高了胶粘剂的附着力、浸润能力、耐水性以及固化速率,例如,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、丁酮能够协同三乙胺的固化速率,三乙胺能够协同3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、丁酮与聚氨酯内大分子链之间形成网状结构,提高胶粘剂的固含量和机械强度,并且,这几种成分的含量应该被限制,具体按摩尔比为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:三乙胺:丁酮=1~5:2~8:1~4,通过实验多次验证,采用该摩尔比的固化剂,使得胶粘剂的固含量大大提高,其初粘性和固化速率也得到改善。
作为本案的一个改进,所述功能性助剂为消泡剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂等中的一种。功能助剂对基材润湿性好,易分散,可以提高粘接强度功效。
作为本案的一个改进,所述改性酪素为有机硅改性酪素、乙烯基类单体改性酪素、聚氨酯改性酪素中的一种或其组合。
作为本案的一个改进,所述改性酪素为有机硅改性酪素。酪素作为一种从牛奶中提取的蛋白质,具有优异的可生物降解性与生物相容性,同时,其成膜耐高温,耐打光,透气性及透水性好,这就为其在诸多领域,如皮革涂饰,胶粘剂的成膜组分的应用提供有利条件,然而,具有的缺陷是耐水性,延伸性差等步骤,限制了其作为成膜材料的进一步应用。对酪素进行改性后,可以大大提高酪素的耐水性、耐摩擦等性能。本案中选用有机硅改性酪素、乙烯基类单体改性酪素、聚氨酯改性酪素中的一种或其组合,优选有机硅改性酪素,这是由于有机硅侧链上连接有非极性基团,这些非极性基团朝外定向排列,阻止水分子进入其内部,起到疏水、防水的作用,同时大分子的有机硅链段呈螺旋状结构,这使得有机硅改性后的酪素在耐水、耐摩擦、耐曲挠等性能上大幅提高,同时可以提高胶粘剂的耐水性和机械性能。

本发明产品主要适宜于鞋里材料与鞋面材料的粘结、鞋里材料之间或鞋里材料与鞋中底材料的粘结,或者粘在鞋里任何部位结成膜状。本发明可大幅度提高鞋用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的涂膜的初粘性、涂布性、干燥性,粘接性,且具有一定的生物降解性,环保无毒。功能上可与溶剂型聚氨酯树脂的性能相媲美。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。
Claims (7)
1.一种环保水性鞋用胶粘剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:
改性酪素 5~15份;
聚丙烯酸酯 2~5份;
己内酰胺 1~5份;
水分散性多异氰酸酯 5~35份;
羧甲基纤维素钠 2~10份;
氨基树脂 8~20份;
功能性助剂 1~3份;
十二烷基三甲基氯化铵 0 .5~2份;
磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐 0 .2~1份;
十二烷基苯磺酸 2~5份;
固化剂 5~12份。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保水性鞋用胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述水分散性多异氰酸酯是由甲苯二异氰酸酯、1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、1,12-十二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷4,4-二异氰酸酯、双环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯,苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、甲基环己基二异氰酸酯、四甲基苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯,以及上述多异氰酸酯的三聚体和/或缩二脲,与帮助乳化或水分散的物质反应或混合而得。
3.如权利要求1所述的环保水性鞋用胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述固化剂为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与三乙胺以及丁酮的混合物。
4.如权利要求3所述的环保水性鞋用胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与三乙胺以及丁酮的摩尔比为3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:三乙胺:丁酮=1~5:2~8:1~4。
5.如权利要求1所述的环保水性鞋用胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述功能性助剂为消泡剂、抗菌剂、防腐剂中的一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的环保水性鞋用胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述改性酪素为有机硅改性酪素、乙烯基类单体改性酪素、聚氨酯改性酪素中的一种或其组合。
7.如权利要求1所述的环保水性鞋用胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述改性酪素为有机硅改性酪素。
