Abstract
本发明一种三元共混液体手套的制备方法,通过明胶、壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇的共混以及相互之间用量比例的控制,制得的三元共混手套液各组分相溶性很好,液体手套的胶状液体放置一星期无分层现象产生,涂抹于手上之后也不会析出固体小颗粒,膜的强度高,环境适应能力强,胶状液体成膜后,分别在20℃的去离子水、乙酸乙酯、食用油、0.2mol/l的盐酸、0.5mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液中停留12个小时,胶膜均未溶解。液体手套的胶状液体流动性好,非常容易在手部涂抹均匀,不留死角,而且能够快速干燥成膜,即使是在冬季成膜干燥时间也只需2分钟。胶状液体无刺激性气味,使用后又很容易从手上洗脱,使用方面,易于被用户接受。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种三元共混液体手套的制备方法,具体属液体手套制备技术领域。
背景技术
随着工作节奏的加快和生活水平的提高,人们在追求工作质量的同时,也越来越寻求于对自己身体更方便快捷和更健康的保护。我们的双手每天要接触很多的物质,特别对于从事一些比如:刷漆、绘画、汽车修理等工作的人们来说,双手每天要接触很多难以洗掉的污渍甚至是一些对身体有毒有害的物质。普通的橡胶手套及一次性的手套不仅影响手指的触感及灵活性,影响我们的工作质量,而且丢弃的手套不易降解会对环境造成很大的污染。
壳聚糖是很好的膜材料,但是其质脆,机械强度不高。一般通过混合改性的方法来改变其机械性能,如壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇混合、壳聚糖/丝素等二元混合膜的产品,而一般的二元混合膜如壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇的相溶性又较差。
专利CN200910300380.X提供了一种二元混合膜的液体手套及其生产方法,因其制备过程中使用了较多的醋酸,产品刺激性气味较大,使用者不易接受。二是产品的液体性状不太适合涂抹,如果考虑到增强膜的机械强度的话,增加聚乙烯醇到合适的浓度时,单独涂在玻璃棒上或者玻璃板上是比较容易的,而且膜的强度性能也不错,但是此时明显溶液过浓而在手上不易搓开,不合适作为手套液。如果靠水稀释的话,首先会影响溶液挥发的速率,导致液体涂于手上很难干燥成膜,尤其是在冬季。其次是和用乙醇稀释的负面效果一样,虽然浓度达到了容易涂抹的地步,但是有效成分浓度减少了,膜的机械性能减弱,很容易破掉。三是对大分子聚合物聚乙烯醇的溶解方式有些不妥,处理不当就会易造成外熟内生的现象,混合后涂于手上容易析出固体小颗粒。四是壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇的相溶性不好,易分层。
专利CN200410013609.9也是提供一种医用壳聚糖/聚乙烯比咯烷酮液体手套。其配方中的聚乙烯比咯烷酮是医药用料,具有杀菌消毒的作用,其价格相对来说也较高,用于医用可能较为妥当,不具普遍使用性。
“材料导报” VoL.26(19)2012.5报道了一种淀粉、壳聚糖、明胶、聚乙烯醇的四元共混膜,文献PACKAGING ENGINEERING VoL.28 NO.12 2007.12报道了一种淀粉、壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇共混膜的制备,目的都是想用价格较低的淀粉取代部分的价格较高的壳聚糖。但是加入淀粉之后制备出来的膜性能不理想,不仅透光率会随着淀粉的加入而逐渐降低,而且失水率也会大大增加,上述材料导报的报道中证明当淀粉/聚乙烯醇/明胶/壳聚糖=2/2/1/25%时,吸水率就达到了971.1%,明显不适合用来配制液体手套产品。很多关于膜的报道比如二元、三元、四元等混合膜只是针对膜的性质进行报道,然而制备出了一张强度好的膜并不等于制备出了直接与人的皮肤接触保护皮肤的手套。要想更容易被人们接受,还有很多问题需要解决。
液体手套主要是用来保护手的皮肤,要求液体干燥后所成的膜不同于一般的膜材料,制备技术也不同于一般的膜成型技术,不是简单制备出一张膜而已,首先要能起到保护皮肤的作用,也就是要解决膜强度和溶解性的问题。其次还要注重人的使用感觉才能体现其价值所在,所制备出来的产品不能太浓或太稀,涂抹起来要更舒适和方便。液体手套的胶状液体挥发过程要更快,更便捷,还不能有使人不适的气味。因此,要把以上几点结合才能使产品更易于被人们接受。
本发明的目在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种三元共混液体手套的制备方法,通过明胶/壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇的三元共混,解决壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇相溶性差的问题,避免手套胶状液体在使用过程中,涂抹于手上时手套胶膜容易析出固体小颗粒,导致膜的强度下降而不能正常使用。另外,通过各组分用量的控制,解决手套胶状液体易于涂抹于手上,而且能够快速干燥成膜,无明显刺激性异味,使用者易于接受,而且使用后又很容易从手上洗脱,使用方面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种三元共混液体手套的制备方法,所述的三元共混液体手套的成膜成分由明胶、壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇组成,制备步骤如下:
(1)在50ml去离子水中加入2-5克明胶,先在室温下搅拌15min,待其充分溶胀后,在40℃温度下充分搅拌1-2h,使其溶解形成明胶溶液。
(2)在150ml质量分数为1%的醋酸溶液中加入1-4克壳聚糖,在室温下搅拌使其充分溶解,形成壳聚糖溶液。
(3)在100ml去离子水中加入8-13克的聚乙烯醇,先在室温下搅拌2h,待其分散均匀后再在水浴锅中慢慢地加热到80℃并充分搅拌4h,形成均匀聚乙烯醇溶液。
(4)按质量百分比计,将10%-15%的壳聚糖溶液、20%-30%的聚乙烯醇溶液、2%-5%的甘油,10%-15%的明胶溶液和余量的乙醇混合后,在40℃温度下充分搅拌2h后冷却至室温,再静置12 h除去气泡,得到三元共混液体手套的液体产品。
本发明的原理在于聚乙烯醇分子上含有大量的羟基,可与明胶分子之间形成大量的氢键,分子间的作用力及缔合度增加,有利于明胶、壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇相容性得到显著改善以及膜强度的提高。另外,明胶溶液的引入,还可控制液体手套胶状液体的浓度和粘度,使胶状液体容易涂抹。
本发明三元共混液体手套产品为胶状液体,使用时将胶状液体倒少量于手上,双手互相涂抹均匀,等待2min左右,胶状液体会在手部形成一层不易察觉的薄膜,即可开始工作,等工作完后,用水搓洗双手即可洗掉成膜的液体手套。
本发明的优点是:
1、本发明通过明胶、壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇的共混以及相互之间用量比例的控制,所制得的三元共混手套液各组分相溶性很好,三元共混液体手套的液体产品放置一星期无分层现象产生,涂抹于手上之后也不会析出固体小颗粒,膜的强度高,环境适应能力强,胶状液体成膜后,分别在20℃温度下的去离子水、乙酸乙酯、食用油、0.2mol/l的盐酸、0.5mol/l的氢氧化钠溶液中停留12个小时,胶膜均未溶解。
2、三元共混液体手套的胶状液体的粘度适当,流动性好,非常容易在手部涂抹均匀,不留死角,而且能够快速干燥成膜,即使是在冬季成膜干燥时间也只需2分钟。
3、三元共混液体手套的胶状液体无刺激性气味,使用后又很容易从手上洗脱,使用方面,易于被用户接受。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)在100ml去离子水中加入3.0克明胶,先在室温下搅拌15min,然后在40摄氏度的水浴锅中充分搅拌使其溶解形成明胶溶液。
(2)在150ml质量分数为1%的醋酸溶液中加入2.0克壳聚糖,在室温下搅拌使其充分溶解,形成壳聚糖溶液。
(3)在100ml去离子水中加入10克的聚乙烯醇,先在室温下搅拌1h,然后再在80摄氏度的水浴锅中加热并搅拌4h,水浴锅的温度要从室温慢慢升高到指定的温度。
实施例2
称取实施例1中制得的壳聚糖溶液10克、聚乙烯醇溶液20克、丙三醇2克、明胶溶液10克、乙醇58克,混合后在40度的水浴锅中充分搅拌2h,取出搅拌均匀的溶液,冷却至室温,放置12h除去气泡,封存待用。
实施例3
称取实施例1中制得的壳聚糖溶液15克、聚乙烯醇溶液30克、丙三醇2克、明胶溶液15克、乙醇38克,混合后在40度的水浴锅中充分搅拌2h,取出搅拌均匀的溶液,冷却至室温,放置12h除去气泡,封存待用。
实施例4
称取实施例1中制得的壳聚糖溶液12克、聚乙烯醇溶液25克、丙三醇3克、明胶溶液13克、乙醇47克,混合后在40度的水浴锅中充分搅拌2h,取出搅拌均匀后的溶液,冷却至室温,放置12h除去气泡,封存待用。
Claims (1)
1.一种三元共混液体手套的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的三元共混液体手套的成膜成分由明胶、壳聚糖和聚乙烯醇组成,制备步骤如下:
(1)在50ml去离子水中加入2-5克明胶,先在室温下搅拌15min,待其充分溶胀后,在40℃温度下充分搅拌1-2h,使其溶解形成明胶溶液;
(2)在150ml质量分数为1%的醋酸溶液中加入1-4克壳聚糖,在室温下搅拌使其充分溶解,形成壳聚糖溶液;
(3)在100ml去离子水中加入8-13克的聚乙烯醇,先在室温下搅拌2h,待其分散均匀后再在水浴锅中慢慢地加热到80℃并充分搅拌4h,形成均匀聚乙烯醇溶液;
(4)按质量百分比计,将10%-15%的壳聚糖溶液、20%-30%的聚乙烯醇溶液、2%-5%的甘油,10%-15%的明胶溶液和余量的乙醇混合后,在40℃温度下充分搅拌2h后冷却至室温,再静置12 h除去气泡,得到三元共混液体手套的液体产品。
