Abstract

本发明提供了一种循环水系统清洗剂,其特征在于,由如下质量百分比的组分制备而成:有机羧酸10-25%;氨基磺酸1-5%;氯化钠1-8%;铵盐2-8%;分散剂10-25%;有机磷酸5-20%;非离子表面活性剂0.01-1%;水余量。本发明提供的循环水系统清洗剂,对循环水系统中铜、铁、铝、碳钢、不锈钢均基本无腐蚀,清洗效果全面,清洗效果优秀,对系统起到预膜作用的清洗剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂领域,具体地,涉及一种循环水系统清洗剂。
背景技术
一般工业循环水系统的清洗主要采用一些酸类进行清洗,主要包括盐酸、硫酸、硝酸、氨基磺酸、氟化氢等强酸,使用此类清洗剂能有效的清洗掉金属设备中的碳酸盐结垢,但是由于循环水系统一般又多种重金属组成,若清洗剂选择不当,易对系统中铁、铜、铝等造成很大程度的腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对上述缺陷,提供一种对循环水系统中铜、铁、铝、碳钢、不锈钢均无腐蚀、且清洗效果全面、能对系统起到预膜作用的清洗剂。
本发明提供的一种循环水系统清洗剂,其特征在于,由如下质量百分比的组分制备而成:
进一步地,本发明提供的一种循环水系统清洗剂,还具有如下特点:即、上述有机羧酸选自一元烷基羧酸、一元芳基羧酸、二元烷基羧酸、二元芳基羧酸、三元烷基羧酸、三元芳基羧酸中的一种或几种的组合物。优选为,多元烷基酸或芳基酸;更优选为分子量为30-500范围内的化合物。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种循环水系统清洗剂,还具有如下特点:即、上述有机羧酸选自三元烷基羧酸及其衍生物、三元芳基羧酸及其衍生物、苯甲酸及其衍生物中的一种或几种的组合物。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种循环水系统清洗剂,还具有如下特点:即、上述铵盐选自卤化铵、硫酸铵、硫酸氢铵、硝酸铵、碳酸铵、碳酸氢铵,卤化烷基铵、卤化芳香铵中的一种或几种的组合物。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种循环水系统清洗剂,还具有如下特点:即、上述分散剂选自聚丙烯酸、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚乙二醇、HPMA、水解聚马来酸酐中的一种或几种的组合物。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种循环水系统清洗剂,还具有如下特点:即、上述有机磷酸选自氨基三亚甲基膦酸及其衍生物、羟基亚乙基二膦酸及其衍生物、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠及其衍生物、二亚乙基三胺五亚甲基膦酸及其衍生物中的一种或几种的组合物。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种循环水系统清洗剂,还具有如下特点:即、上述非离子表面活性剂选自烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、聚丙二醇的环氧乙烷加成物、聚氧乙烯化的离子型表面活性剂、失水山梨醇酯及其衍生物、蔗糖酯、烷基醇酰胺类衍生物中的一种或几种的组合物。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种循环水系统清洗剂,还具有如下特点:即、上述非离子表面活性剂选自平平加系列化合物中的一种或几种的组合物。

此外,本发明还提供了上述循环水系统清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将各组分在10-45℃混合均匀包装即可。一般来说,为乳白色液体。
本发明的作用和效果:
本发明提供的循环水系统清洗剂,对循环水系统中铜、铁、铝、碳钢、不锈钢均基本无腐蚀,清洗效果全面,清洗效果优秀,对系统起到预膜作用的清洗剂。
在本发明中,氨基磺酸与氯化钠复配能起到与盐酸、硝酸、硫酸等同的酸性等效果,但其腐蚀性远低于盐酸等酸液;在本发明中还使用了铵盐,该组分可起到助溶的作用,从而使配方中的有机和无极物质更为均匀的互溶;分散剂在配方中,可起到分散垢的作用,使得清洗后的污染物不再团聚和再次附着于系统内;有机磷酸类的物质在本发明中可起到阻垢缓蚀剂的作用,能与铁、铜、锌等多种金属离子形成稳定的络合物,从而溶解金属表面的氧化物,另外还可起到软化垢及预膜的作用;非离子表面活性剂一方面可清洗油脂类污染物、另一方面可起到提高表面张力,提高和促进其他组分互溶,使体系更为均匀的效果。
此外,在本发明中,通过各组分的有效配比和选择,获得一种能相互促进相互作用的组合物,从而获得最优的配方效果。

将如下质量百分比的物质在25℃的温度下混合均匀。

将如下质量百分比的物质在15℃的温度下混合均匀。
实施例三、清洗剂3#
将如下质量百分比的物质在15℃的温度下混合均匀。
实施例四、清洗剂4#
将如下质量百分比的物质在35℃的温度下混合均匀。
实施例五、清洗剂5#
将如下质量百分比的物质在25℃的温度下混合均匀。
实施例六、清洗剂6#
将如下质量百分比的物质在45℃的温度下混合均匀。
实施例七、清洗剂7#
将如下质量百分比的物质在45℃的温度下混合均匀。
上述清洗剂1-7#在使用的过程中对循环水系统中铜、铁、铝、碳钢、不锈钢均能实现基本无腐蚀,清洗效果全面,清洗效果优秀(较传统清洗剂在相同的用量上效果提高50%以上),且使用完成后,对系统能起到预膜的作用。

所述铵盐选自卤化铵、硫酸铵、硫酸氢铵、硝酸铵、碳酸铵、碳酸氢铵,卤化烷基铵、卤化芳香铵中的一种或几种的组合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种循环水系统清洗剂,其特征在于:
所述分散剂选自聚丙烯酸、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚乙二醇、HPMA、水解聚马来酸酐中的一种或几种的组合物。
