背景技术
[0002] 稀土废料回收稀土元素经过氧化焙烧、粉磨、酸溶、萃取、沉淀、灼烧、电解得到稀 土金属。萃取分离是生产高纯稀土化合物和金属的主要方法,草酸沉淀或碳铵沉淀制取草 酸稀土或碳酸稀土。在整个钕铁硼废料回收稀土的过程中,产生的主要废水是皂化废水、草 酸沉淀酸性废水、碳酸盐沉淀废水。
[0003] 其中草酸沉淀酸性废水中酸性强。原有此类无水处理方法是用碳粉及药物来中和 达到pH值要求,通过板块压滤、澄清后再排放。此类方法产生石灰渣,企业在连续性生产过 程中会生产大量的石灰渣,使企业堆放的容积率越来越多,逐步制约了企业的发展,而且此 类处理方法成本较高。
发明内容
