Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a highly heat economic multiple effect evaporator type water manufacturer free of scaling problem for heating surface, having the system in which CaSO4 crystal particles are formed by directly injecting steam into the sea water by a high-temperature heater and then introduced into evaporator so as to work the crystal particles as unclei. CONSTITUTION:The sea water pumped by the sea water pump 61 is preheated in the third preheater 23 and the second preheater 22 after being passed through the condenser 4 and alkali scale preventer 5, and then heated with stirring abruptly to approx. 150 deg.C by the water vapor 203 in the high-temperature heater 24 to form great quantities of CaSO4 crystal nuclei. The crystal unclei are introduced into the first multiple effect evaporator 11 and evaporated to a brine, and the brine is further evaporated in the third multiple effect evaporators 12 and 13 and unevaporated brine is drawn out by the brine pump 62. The steam from the third multiple effect evaporator 13 and the fresh water flashing room 33 is condensed in the condenser 4 to fresh water, and the fresh water from the cendenser 4 is drawn out of the pipe 312 to join the fresh water coming out of the fresh water flashing room 33 through the pipe 313 and the joint fresh waters are drawn out through the pipe 314 by the fresh water pump 63.
