Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种杂盐废水的浓缩结晶设备,其包括预热装置、蒸发装置和结晶分离装置。本实用新型所述的杂盐废水的浓缩结晶设备替代了传统的蒸汽加热的蒸发结晶方式,采用压缩机压缩冷却结晶器排放出的二次蒸汽,使用压缩后的二次蒸汽作为加热蒸汽,并通过设置回路实现了设备自身的循环,做到了无需生蒸汽加热、无需冷凝设备,只需少量的电能就能达到良好的蒸发的效果,从而为杂盐废水溶液处理过程中降低成本、节约能源开辟了一条新途径。

背景技术
[0002] 含杂盐的工业废水对环境的污染相当严重,而工业废水的处理又是很大的难题。采用蒸发浓缩工艺,蒸汽消耗高,并且杂盐废水溶液对材质的腐蚀十分严重。基于此,采用蒸发工艺进行蒸发,设备材质选用合适的耐腐蚀材料。常见工艺中,多效蒸发的蒸发器形式采用较为普遍。但近年来,随着蒸汽价格的飞速上涨,该种蒸发过程的能耗也使得广大企业负担急剧增大。
实用新型内容
[0003] 为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种杂盐废水的浓缩结晶设备,通过主换热器与分离器之间的自循环,采用压缩机压缩结晶分离器排放出的二次蒸汽,使用压缩后的二次蒸汽作为加热蒸汽使用,来实现蒸发浓缩的目的,从而节约能源,降低成本,提尚生广效率。

[0005] 一种杂盐废水的浓缩结晶设备,其包括预热装置、蒸发装置和结晶分离装置;
[0006] 所述预热装置包括物料缓冲罐和预热器,杂盐废水进入物料缓冲罐经输料管栗入预热器中进行预热;
[0007] 所述蒸发装置包括主换热器、分离器、蒸汽压缩机以及冷却水罐,其中,预热器的出料端经过冷凝换热器后连接在主换热器的进料端上,主换热器与分离器连接并形成闭合回路,预热后的杂盐废水在闭合回路上循环经过主换热器和分离器,不断分离出蒸汽和高饱和度的浓缩液,特别地,所述分离器的蒸汽出口与主换热器之间还设置蒸汽压缩机,分离器分离的蒸汽进入蒸汽压缩机绝热压缩,重新进入主换热器循环换热,蒸汽冷凝成水后排入冷却水罐,冷却水罐通过输水管连接在主换热器的冷凝水出口上;
[0008] 所述结晶分离装置包括冷却结晶器和离心器装置,冷却结晶器和离心器装置通过一出料栗依次连接在分离器的出料端,达到过饱和状态的浓缩液栗入冷却结晶器结晶,并经离心器装置分离出晶体。

[0010] 作为本实用新型的一种有优选的方案,所述主换热器和分离器通过管道连接构成一闭合回路,在管道上设有一循环栗,预热后的杂盐废水进入主换热器与加热蒸汽换热,获取热量的杂盐废水进入分离器闪蒸分离出二次蒸汽和浓缩液,浓缩液重新进入闭合回路通过循环栗作用,不断经过主换热器和分离器闪蒸分离作用,最终达到过饱和状态从分离器栗入冷却结晶器进行结晶。
[0011] 作为本实用新型的一种有优选的方案,所述冷却水罐设有冷却水出口,冷却水出口经过一蒸馏水栗后连接在预热器上,冷却水罐排出的冷却水经过预热器提供换热热源,换热后的冷却水从预热器无污染排出。
[0012] 作为本实用新型的一种有优选的方案,所述物料缓冲罐和预热器之间通过输料管连接,输料管上设有进料栗,物料从物料缓冲罐输出,经进料栗栗入预热器进行预热。
[0013] 作为本实用新型的一种有优选的方案,所述离心器装置的与分离器之间设有第二回路,第二回路上设有母液栗,在离心器后得到的母液经过母液栗送入到分离器中循环。

具体实施方式
[0017] 如图1所示,本实用新型所述的杂盐废水的浓缩结晶设备,其包括预热装置、蒸发装置和结晶分离装置;
[0018] 所述预热装置包括物料缓冲罐1、预热器3,物料缓冲罐1与预热器3通过一段输料管连接,所述输料管上安装有进料栗2 ;
[0019] 所述蒸发装置包括主换热器4、分离器5、蒸汽压缩机6以及冷却水罐8 ;所述主换热器4的进料端连接预热器3的出料端;分离器5与主换热器4连接并形成闭合回路,所述闭合回路上设置有循环栗7,经分离器5分离后的浓缩液通过循环栗7进入主换热器4中蒸发之后再进入到分离器5中分离出浓缩液,浓缩液通过闭合回路在主换热器4和分离器5之间循环;所述分离器5的蒸汽出口通过一段输气管连接蒸汽压缩机6的进气口,蒸汽压缩机6的出气口与主换热器4连通,主换热器4的冷凝水出口通过输水管连接冷却水罐8 ;
[0020] 所述结晶分离装置包括结晶器11、离心机装置12,结晶器11和离心机装置12通过一出料栗10依次连接在分离器的出料端。
[0021] 采用本实用新型所述的装置浓缩结晶杂盐废水的工艺如下:物料缓冲罐1中的温度为室温,杂盐废水原液经进料栗2栗入预热器3与预热器3中冷却水产生换热,经过预热器3后温度上升;预热后的杂盐废水溶液进入到主换热器4中,并通过循环栗7在主换热器4和分离器5中循环,在主换热器4中与加热蒸汽换热,吸收热量的杂盐废水溶液进入分离器5中闪蒸,并分离出二次蒸汽和浓缩液,二次蒸汽从分离器5蒸汽出口进入蒸汽压缩机6,经蒸汽压缩机6的绝热压缩后,温度和压力得到提升;升温升压后的二次蒸汽作为加热蒸汽进入主换热器4与杂盐废水溶液换热,放热后冷凝成水,并排入冷却水罐8 ;吸收热量的杂盐废水溶液进入分离器5中闪蒸并分离出二次蒸汽和浓缩液,杂盐废水溶液的浓度达到35%以上时经出料栗10栗入结晶器11中搅拌结晶,然后经过结晶器11和离心机装置12分离出杂盐废水晶体;从预热器最后出来的冷却水可以回用或达标排放。

[0023] 作为本实用新型的一种优选的方案,所述冷却水罐8设有冷却水出口,一蒸馏水栗9的进水端通过输水管连接在冷却水罐8的冷却水出口,蒸馏水栗9的出水端连接在预热器3上。由于从冷却水罐8中出来的水还有一定温度,如果直接排出会导致热源的浪费,将冷却水罐8中的水引入到预热器3中,可以作为预热器3的热源,从而达到充分利用热量的目的。
[0024] 作为本实用新型的一种优选的方案,所述离心机装置12的与分离器5之间设有回路,回路上设有母液栗13,离心机后得到的母液经过母液栗13送入到分离器5中循环。分离后的母液为饱和杂盐废水溶液,直接排出可能导致杂盐废水回收不完全,排出后污染环境,因此设计第二回路后,母液通过第二回路进入到分离器中,然后在分离器和主换热器之间循环浓缩,达到预定的浓度后再次结晶分离,如此循环,最后实现杂盐废水的完全处理。
[0025] 作为本实用新型的一种优选的方案,所述预热器3的冷凝水出口连接有出水管。最后经过预热器热交换后的冷凝水经过出水管排出。

Claims (5)
1.一种杂盐废水的浓缩结晶设备,包括预热装置、蒸发装置和结晶分离装置,其特征是: 所述预热装置包括物料缓冲罐和预热器,杂盐废水进入物料缓冲罐经输料管栗入预热器中进行预热; 所述蒸发装置包括主换热器、分离器、蒸汽压缩机以及冷却水罐,其中,预热器的出料端经过冷凝换热器后连接在主换热器的进料端上,主换热器与分离器连接并形成闭合回路,预热后的杂盐废水在闭合回路上循环经过主换热器和分离器,不断分离出蒸汽和高饱和度的浓缩液,特别地,所述分离器的蒸汽出口与主换热器之间还设置蒸汽压缩机,分离器分离的蒸汽进入蒸汽压缩机绝热压缩,重新进入主换热器循环换热,蒸汽冷凝成水后排入冷却水罐,冷却水罐通过输水管连接在主换热器的冷凝水出口上; 所述结晶分离装置包括冷却结晶器和离心器装置,冷却结晶器和离心器装置通过一出料栗依次连接在分离器的出料端,达到过饱和状态的浓缩液栗入冷却结晶器结晶,并经离心器装置分离出晶体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杂盐废水的浓缩结晶设备,其特征在于:所述主换热器和分离器通过管道连接构成一闭合回路,在管道上设有一循环栗,预热后的杂盐废水进入主换热器与加热蒸汽换热,获取热量的杂盐废水进入分离器闪蒸分离出二次蒸汽和浓缩液,浓缩液重新进入闭合回路通过循环栗作用,不断经过主换热器和分离器闪蒸分离作用,最终达到过饱和状态从分离器栗入冷却结晶器进行结晶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种杂盐废水的浓缩结晶设备,其特征在于:所述冷却水罐设有冷却水出口,冷却水出口经过一蒸馈水栗后连接在预热器上,冷却水罐排出的冷却水经过预热器提供换热热源,换热后的冷却水从预热器无污染排出。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种杂盐废水的浓缩结晶设备,其特征在于:所述物料缓冲罐和预热器之间通过输料管连接,输料管上设有进料栗,杂盐废水从物料缓冲罐输出,经进料栗栗入预热器进行预热。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种杂盐废水的浓缩结晶设备,其特征在于: 所述离心器装置与分离器之间设有回路,回路上设有母液栗,在离心器后得到的母液经过母液栗送入到分离器中循环。
