一种货架缓冲保护结构,涉及五金货架领域。本发明解决了货架包房物品时承重过大导致货架损伤的问题。该货架缓冲保护结构,它包括货架、承重板、缓冲模块及保护模块;所述货架包括盖板及底板,所述盖板设计为“口”型固定连接,所述底板上表面与所述盖板开口处固定连接,所述底板上表面设计有凹槽;所述承重板滑动装配在所述盖板围成的“口”型凹槽内;所述磁性材料固定安装在所述底板及所述承重板的凹槽内;所述保护模块包括支架、线圈及LED灯,所述支架固定安装在所述盖板内,所述线圈缠绕在所述支架上,所述线圈的末端与所述LED灯连接;利用磁性进行缓冲作用,同时利用电磁感应进行过载保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及五金货架领域,特别是涉及一种货架。
背景技术
货架是用于存放物品的支架,货架能够对物品进行分类整合,使得使用者能够方便快速的进行物品的存放及整理;目前市场上的货架大都使用支架搭建,这种货架在货物的摆放过程中不能进行缓冲作用,一些特定的物品可能在摆放过程中被损坏,摆放货物如果重量太重也会损伤货架,因此存在着缺陷。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种货架缓冲保护结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该货架缓冲保护结构,它包括货架、承重板、缓冲模块及保护模块;所述货架包括盖板及底板,所述盖板设计为下端开口的盒体,所述盖板设计为“口”型固定连接,每两个盖板之间相互连通,所述底板上表面与所述盖板开口处固定连接,所述底板上表面设计有凹槽;所述承重板下表面对应所述底板凹槽的位置设计有相应的凹槽,所述承重板滑动装配在所述盖板围成的“口”型凹槽内;所述缓冲模块使用磁性材料,所述磁性材料固定安装在所述底板及所述承重板的凹槽内;所述保护模块包括支架、线圈及LED灯,所述支架对应所述盖板的排布形状固定安装在所述盖板内,所述线圈缠绕在所述支架上,所述线圈的末端与所述LED灯连接。
所述磁性材料设计为“口”型排布使得所述承重板悬浮时受力均匀,所述承重板下表面及所述底板上表面的磁性材料设计为同性相斥。
所述支架与所述盖板的上端设计有安全距离,所述安全距离设计为所述底板极限承重状态的距离。
本发明的工作原理:使用者将货物放在所述承重板上,由于所述磁性材料设计为“口”型排布使得所述承重板悬浮时受力均匀,所述承重板下表面及所述底板上表面的磁性材料设计为同性相斥,所以在所述磁性材料的作用下所述承重板悬浮,此时货物放下的瞬间,所述承重板会进行一定距离的位移,对货物进行缓冲作用;当货物重量达到所述货架承重极限时,由于所述支架与所述盖板的上端设计有安全距离,所述安全距离设计为所述底板极限承重状态的距离,所以当所述承重板移动至极限位置时,所述磁性材料在所述线圈围成的环形中运动形成感应电流,感应电流通过所述线圈传送至所述LED灯,使得所述LED灯发光达到提示保护作用。
本发明的优点:利用磁性进行缓冲作用,同时利用电磁感应进行过载保护,结构简单便捷。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1、图2所示,一种货架缓冲保护结构,它包括货架1、承重板2、缓冲模块3及保护模块;所述货架1包括盖板11及底板12,所述盖板11设计为下端开口的盒体,所述盖板11设计为“口”型固定连接,每两个盖板11之间相互连通,所述底板12上表面与所述盖板11开口处固定连接,所述底板12上表面设计有凹槽;所述承重板2下表面对应所述底板12凹槽的位置设计有相应的凹槽,所述承重板2滑动装配在所述盖板11围成的“口”型凹槽内;所述缓冲模块3使用磁性材料,所述磁性材料固定安装在所述底板12及所述承重板2的凹槽内;所述保护模块包括支架4、线圈5及LED灯6,所述支架4对应所述盖板11的排布形状固定安装在所述盖板11内,所述线圈5缠绕在所述支架4上,所述线圈5的末端与所述LED灯6连接。
所述磁性材料设计为“口”型排布使得所述承重板2悬浮时受力均匀,所述承重板2下表面及所述底板12上表面的磁性材料设计为同性相斥。
所述支架4与所述盖板11的上端设计有安全距离,所述安全距离设计为所述底板12极限承重状态的距离。
本实施例的工作原理:使用者将货物放在所述承重板2上,由于所述磁性材料设计为“口”型排布使得所述承重板2悬浮时受力均匀,所述承重板2下表面及所述底板12上表面的磁性材料设计为同性相斥,所以在所述磁性材料的作用下所述承重板2悬浮,此时货物放下的瞬间,所述承重板2会进行一定距离的位移,对货物进行缓冲作用;当货物重量达到所述货架1承重极限时,由于所述支架4与所述盖板11的上端设计有安全距离,所述安全距离设计为所述底板12极限承重状态的距离,所以当所述承重板2移动至极限位置时,所述磁性材料在所述线圈5围成的环形中运动形成感应电流,感应电流通过所述线圈5传送至所述LED灯6,使得所述LED灯6发光达到提示保护作用。

1.一种货架缓冲保护结构,它包括货架(1)、承重板(2)、缓冲模块(3)及保护模块,其特征在于:所述货架(1)包括盖板(11)及底板(12),所述盖板(11)设计为下端开口的盒体,所述盖板(11)设计为“口”型固定连接,每两个盖板(11)之间相互连通,所述底板(12)上表面与所述盖板(11)开口处固定连接,所述底板(12)上表面设计有凹槽;所述承重板(2)下表面对应所述底板(12)凹槽的位置设计有相应的凹槽,所述承重板(2)滑动装配在所述盖板(11)围成的“口”型凹槽内;所述缓冲模块(3)使用磁性材料,所述磁性材料固定安装在所述底板(12)及所述承重板(2)的凹槽内;所述保护模块包括支架(4)、线圈(5)及LED灯(6),所述支架(4)对应所述盖板(11)的排布形状固定安装在所述盖板(11)内,所述线圈(5)缠绕在所述支架(4)上,所述线圈(5)的末端与所述LED灯(6)连接。
