本发明公开一种用于含挥发性气体的污染水样采集运输一体化箱,包括运输箱,运输箱内部设有空腔,还包括把手;运输箱底部安装有防震组件;防震组件包括橡胶防震组件及磁感应防震组件,磁感应防震组件上放置有取样箱;取样箱与运输箱之间设有磁感应防震组件;取样箱包括取样瓶,外层纤维层以及隔热板;取样瓶位于外层纤维层内;所相邻取样瓶之间设置有隔热板;所述运输箱为密封环境,其上部设有通路用于通气管伸出;通气管一端与取样瓶连接,另一端连接有通气阀门。本发明结构简单,易于操作,携带方便,实现含挥发性气体的污染水体采集运输一体化过程,密封性高,受外界扰动小。它在生态环境保护技术领域里具有较好的实用价值和广阔地应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于含挥发性气体的污染水样采集运输一体化箱,属于污染治理技术设备领域。
背景技术
近年来我国经济发展迅速,与此同时环境污染问题也日益严重。污水泵站是城市排水系统的重要组成部分,随着城市规模的扩大,污水泵站的数量和占地面积越来越大,其中不少坐落在居民区、商业区等人口集聚的敏感区。污水泵站的挥发性物质,包括大量的挥发性气体及有机污染物被排放到环境中,其中挥发性有机物有"三致"效应,能通过呼吸道,皮肤和饮食等方式进入人体,达到一定限值时,人体就会产生不适感,严重时会导致中毒,甚至死亡。2013年全国各大城市雾霾天气的出现,使更多的人意识到挥发性物质对大气环境和人体健康造成的危害,同时给我国的大气污染防治工作带来了新的任务。要研究挥发性物质在环境中的产生和迁移转化机理,建立准确可靠的污染水体样品中的挥发性物质采样分析方法是十分必要的。
为了更好的研究污染水体中的挥发性气体迁移转化规律,需要将采集的水样带回实验室进行测试分析,保证在取样及运输过程中的稳定性及密闭性对深入揭示污染水体中挥发性物质产生及循环特征尤为关键。目前多采用采样瓶直接采样,采样过程易受到外界环境的扰动;样品运输过程中没有必要的减震措施,运输过程易晃动从而产生内部化学反应;另外采样瓶多用封口膜进行密封,但仍不能避免挥发性气体的散逸,原位采集的样品受到较为显著的扰动,对实验结果造成影响。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种用于含挥发性气体的污染水样采集运输一体化箱,可以原位采集污染水体样本,在采集过程中利用真空负压取水,避免取样过程中受外界环境的影响,产生挥发性气体的散逸及化学反应。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于含挥发性气体的污染水样采集运输一体化箱,包括用于装载水样的运输箱,所述运输箱内部设有空腔,还包括安装在运输箱上的把手;所述运输箱内部空腔底部安装有防震组件;所述防震组件包括橡胶防震组件及磁感应防震组件;所述磁感应防震组件分为上下两层,且中间连接面设有多个用于放置橡胶防震组件的凹槽;所述位于上层的磁感应防震组件上放置有取样箱;所述取样箱与运输箱之间设置有磁感应防震组件;所述取样箱包括取样瓶,外层纤维层以及隔热板;所述取样瓶位于外层纤维层内;所述相邻取样瓶之间设置有隔热板;所述运输箱为密封环境,其上部设有通路用于通气管伸出;所述通气管一端与取样瓶连接,另一端连接有通气阀门。
优选的,所述运输箱由聚四氟乙烯材料制作。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明在于提出了一种用于含挥发性气体的污染水体采集运输一体化箱,可以原位采集污染水体样本,在采集过程中利用真空负压取水,避免取样过程中受外界环境的影响,产生挥发性气体的散逸及化学反应。在运输过程中,采用磁减震方法减少样品在运输过程中的震动,减少挥发性气体在此过程中受到震动而发生化学反应,提高测试精度。本发明结构简单,易于操作,携带方便,实现含挥发性气体的污染水体采集运输一体化过程,密封性高,受外界扰动小。它在生态环境保护技术领域里具有较好的实用价值和广阔地应用前景。

如图1所示,一种用于含挥发性气体的污染水样采集运输一体化箱,包括用于装载水样的运输箱1,所述运输箱1内部设有空腔,还包括安装在运输箱1上的把手7;所述运输箱1内部空腔底部安装有防震组件2;所述防震组件2包括橡胶防震组件21及磁感应防震组件22;所述磁感应防震组件22分为上下两层,且中间连接面设有多个用于放置橡胶防震组件21的凹槽;所述位于上层的磁感应防震组件22上放置有取样箱4;所述取样箱4与运输箱1之间设置有磁感应防震组件一3;所述取样箱4包括取样瓶41,外层纤维层42以及隔热板43;所述取样瓶41位于外层纤维层42内;所述相邻取样瓶41之间设置有隔热板42;所述运输箱1为密封环境,其上部设有通路用于通气管6伸出;所述通气管6一端与取样瓶41连接,另一端连接有通气阀门5。

本发明包括用于装载水样的运输箱1,该部件由聚四氟乙烯材料制作,该材料耐高温、耐腐蚀,强度高,并且有很强的密封性,运输箱1底部安装防震组件2,由橡胶防震组件21及磁感应防震组件22构成,用于减少垂直方向的震动,在运输箱1和取样箱4之间放置磁感应防震组件3,用于减少水平方向的震动。取样箱4由取样瓶41,外部纤维层42及隔热板43构成,取样瓶4由聚四氟乙烯材料制作,隔热板43由泡沫板构成,在隔热的同时起到一定的缓冲作用。整个运输箱1为密封环境,从而能够减少挥发性气体的散逸,由通气管6及通气阀门5与外界连通,通气管6由玻璃制作。运输箱1配有把手7,方便运输携带。
根据挥发性气体采样需求,在采样前,打开通气阀门5,将橡皮管与通气管6连接,利用真空泵将取样瓶抽成真空状态备用。采样时,将橡皮管放入污水池中,打开通气阀门5,由于真空负压的作用,污水会流入取样瓶瓶41中,取样完成后关闭通气阀门5,带入实验室备测。
本发明目的在于提出了一种用于含挥发性气体的污染水体采集运输一体化箱,可以原位采集污染水体样本,在采集过程中利用真空负压取水,避免取样过程中受外界环境的影响,产生挥发性气体的散逸及化学反应。在运输过程中,采用磁减震方法减少样品在运输过程中的震动,减少挥发性气体在此过程中受到震动而发生化学反应,提高测试精度。本发明结构简单,易于操作,携带方便,实现含挥发性气体的污染水体采集运输一体化过程,密封性高,受外界扰动小。它在生态环境保护技术领域里具有较好的实用价值和广阔地应用前景。

1.一种用于含挥发性气体的污染水样采集运输一体化箱,包括用于装载水样的运输箱(1),所述运输箱(1)内部设有空腔,其特征在于,还包括安装在运输箱(1)上的把手(7);所述运输箱(1)内部空腔底部安装有防震组件(2);所述防震组件(2)包括橡胶防震组件(21)及磁感应防震组件(22);所述磁感应防震组件(22)分为上下两层,且中间连接面设有多个用于放置橡胶防震组件(21)的凹槽;所述位于上层的磁感应防震组件(22)上放置有取样箱(4);所述取样箱(4)与运输箱(1)之间设置有磁感应防震组件一(3);所述取样箱(4)包括取样瓶(41),外层纤维层(42)以及隔热板(43);所述取样瓶(41)位于外层纤维层(42)内;所述相邻取样瓶(41)之间设置有隔热板(42);所述运输箱(1)为密封环境,其上部设有通路用于通气管(6)伸出;所述通气管(6)一端与取样瓶(41)连接,另一端连接有通气阀门(5)。
