技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括容器和连附到该容器的构件的组件。更准确地说,本发明涉及一种用于将构件连附到容器的系统,所述容器例如为设置在机动车(即客车、卡车等)中的燃料箱或尿素箱。
背景技术
车载液体和气体箱一般必须满足与这些箱子的设计用途类型和这些箱子在环境考量方面必须满足的要求有关的密封和渗透性标准。
在这些箱子中集成构件的问题在于将这些构件以密封并不可渗透的方式连附到实现在这些箱子中的开口。而且,还期望构件在箱子上被安装成为维护和维修目的能够被拆除。
已知各种用于将构件连附到箱子的技术。例如,US8,556,109教导借助于锁环和锁片机械地将构件连附到燃料箱,其中所述锁环嵌在箱壁中,所述锁片包括多个被配置为与锁环接合的接合爪部分。然而,锁环的设计相对复杂。实际上,锁环要求有多个锁孔,这些锁孔每个都包括宽宽度部分和窄宽度部分。并且,为了确保密封性能,要求在锁环的阶梯部分的边缘上形成密封区域。该操作复杂且精细,尤其是在箱子由注射模制来成型时。

发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种组件,该组件包括塑料容器和借助于连附系统连附到该容器的构件,所述容器具有环形连附部分(circularattachmentportion),所述构件连附到所述连附部分上。连附系统包括:
环形部件,该环形部件包括顶凸缘、底凸缘和连接顶凸缘和底凸缘的锥台形侧壁,底凸缘和锥台形侧壁的一部分嵌在所述连附部分中,环形部件还包括多个从顶凸缘向外延伸的外周耳片;
多个接合爪部分,每个接合爪部分都被配置为与所述多个外周耳片中的一个接合并将所述构件压靠在所述连附部分上。
该布置会导致所述构件牢固地连附到所述容器。更准确地说,当接合爪部分与本发明的环形部件的耳片接合时,所述构件被紧固并被紧紧地压靠在所述容器的环形连附部分上。该接合操作可以要么由操作员人工地实现或要么由机器自动地实现。
与上述现有技术的锁环相比,本发明的环形部件不具有任何锁孔。相反,本发明的环形部件包括凸出的耳片(tab)。这些耳片易于成型。因此,在一个具体实施例中,本发明的环形部件可以由塑料制成。例如,该环形部件可以由注射模制来获得。在另一具体实施例中,本发明的环形部件可以由金属制成。而且,本发明的环形部件是坚固耐用(robust)的,这意味着外周耳片能够在多次安装/拆除操作之后保持大致相同的形状。已经注意到,使用以上参照US8,566,109描述的类型的锁环,锁孔在多次安装/拆除操作之后会倾向于变得扭曲。实际上,锁环的围绕锁孔延伸的边缘部分会被损坏或弯折,使得接合爪部分和锁孔不能插在一起,或使得锁孔的形状变得更宽。后一情况会导致脆弱的连附和泄露问题。换句话说,使用符合本发明的连附系统,能够改进安装/拆除操作的准确性和可重复性。并且,如以下将参照图4a至图4c所述地,符合本发明的连附系统是紧凑的。
有利地,容器由塑料制成。

容器可以具有热塑性单层结构或热塑性多层结构。
在一个具体实施例中,容器可以由吹气模制方法来制造。
替代地,容器可以通过由注射模制方法分别地成型上壳体和下壳体并将其焊接在一起来制造。
可以认识到,无论使用哪种模制方法都能够围绕锥台形侧壁容易地形成密封区域。
在一个优选实施例中,锥台形侧壁包括至少一个通孔,并且容器的塑料材料填充通孔并在通孔的两侧延伸。由于至少一个通孔的存在,实现了环形部件和环形连附部分之间强的相互锁固。
有利地并且非限制性地,所述构件可以从喷嘴(nipple)、端部部件、颈部、阀门模块、泵模块或用于支撑构件(泵、测量仪、传感器、涡流罐(swirlpot)、加热器等)的基片中选择。
根据第一具体实施例,所述构件包括所述多个接合爪部分。换句话说,接合爪部分与所述构件的主体包覆成型或一体成型。
