本发明公开了一种串料杆自动上料装置,包括工作台,以及设在工作台上的测量机构、推头、串料杆、测台、夹持板、气动滑台、滑台支架和移送气缸,所述测量机构、推头和串料杆设在测台上;所述气动滑台通过滑台支架设在工作台上,所述夹持板固定在气动滑台并随气动滑台移动,所述移送气缸固定在滑台支架上并推动气动滑台水平移动。本发明由程序设定控制器自动控制完成,运行平稳动作灵敏,效率高。

本发明主要涉及轴承装配装置。
背景技术
轴承的生产过程中,需要对轴承圈填装滚珠球体,但目前传统的做法都是手工半自动装配,检测效率低,且工作量大,产品质量难以保证。同时,原料的输送都是水平传送带传送,无法自动全方向输送。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供一种串料杆自动上料装置,自动控制完成,运行平稳动作灵敏,效率高。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种串料杆自动上料装置,包括工作台,以及设在工作台上的测量机构、推头、串料杆、测台、夹持板、气动滑台、滑台支架和移送气缸,所述测量机构、推头和串料杆设在测台上;所述气动滑台通过滑台支架设在工作台上,所述夹持板固定在气动滑台并随气动滑台移动,所述移送气缸固定在滑台支架上并推动气动滑台水平移动。
作为优选,所述测量机构和串料杆在一个水平方向上,并与移送气缸的前进方向对应。
作为优选,所述气动滑台相对于移送气缸的垂直方向能自由移动。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本装置由程序设定控制器自动控制完成,运行平稳动作灵敏,效率高。

如图1所示,一种串料杆自动上料装置,包括工作台,以及设在工作台上的测量机构、推头、串料杆、测台、夹持板、气动滑台、滑台支架和移送气缸,测量机构、推头和串料杆安装在测台上。测台用螺栓连接固定在工作台上。夹持板与气动滑台螺栓连接,而气动滑台通过滑台支架安装在工作台上。所述移送气缸)装在滑台支架上左右移动夹持板,从而运送工件。所述夹持板固定在气动滑台并随气动滑台移动,所述移送气缸固定在滑台支架上并推动气动滑台水平移动;所述测量机构和串料杆在一个水平方向上,并与移送气缸的前进方向对应;所述气动滑台相对于移送气缸的垂直方向能自由移动。
当机构工作时,通过推头将串料杆上的工件推到测台上。由气动滑台伸出夹持板夹住工件后,移送气缸伸出将工件向前移动一个工位给测量机构测量,气动滑台收回夹持板,移送气缸缩回。测量机构完成测量后,夹持板再次将测台上的工件向前移动一个工位,推头动作再次推两个工件。整个动作流程由程序设定控制器,控制自动完成。

1.一种串料杆自动上料装置,其特征在于:包括工作台,以及设在工作台上的测量机构、推头、串料杆、测台、夹持板、气动滑台、滑台支架和移送气缸,所述测量机构、推头和串料杆设在测台上;所述气动滑台通过滑台支架设在工作台上,所述夹持板固定在气动滑台并随气动滑台移动,所述移送气缸固定在滑台支架上并推动气动滑台水平移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述串料杆自动上料装置,其特征在于:所述测量机构和串料杆在一个水平方向上,并与移送气缸的前进方向对应。
