背景技术
鼻出血多因鼻腔病变引起，也可由全身疾病所引起，偶有因鼻腔邻近病变出血经鼻腔流出者，鼻出血多为单侧，亦可为双侧，可间歇反复出血，亦可持续出血；妇女在行经前后或经期发生的鼻衄称倒经或逆经，传统的中药药物治疗效果不太理想，容易复发，治标不治理，治愈不彻底。

上述药物服用方法为：按配比将原料加水浸泡30分钟，煎煮2次，第一次煎煮50分钟，第二次煎煮30分钟，合并两次药液均分两份，一天一剂，早晚各一份，一般三剂有效，愈后未见复发。
本发明所采用的各原料的药用性能为：
白茅根，甘、寒。归肺、胃、小肠经。功能主治：凉血止血，清热利尿。用于血热吐血，衄血，尿血，热病烦渴，黄疸，水肿，热淋涩痛；急性肾炎水肿。
麦门冬，苦、甘，寒，胃经、心经、肺经。功能主治：养阴润肺，清心除烦，益胃生津。治肺燥干咳，吐血，咯血，肺痿，肺痈，虚劳烦热，消渴，热病津伤，咽干口燥，便秘。
天门冬，甘苦，寒。入肺、肾经。功能主治：滋阴，润燥，清肺，降火。治阴虚发热，咳嗽吐血，肺痿，肺痈，咽喉肿痛，消渴，便秘。
知母，性味归经苦、甘，寒。归肺、胃、肾经。功能主治：清热泻火，生津润燥。主治用于外感热病，高热烦渴，肺热燥咳，骨蒸潮热，内热消渴，肠燥便秘。
生地，甘苦，凉。入心、肝、肾经。功能主治：清热生津，凉后，止血；用于热风伤阴、舌绛烦渴、发斑发疹、吐血、衄血、咽喉肿痛。
当归，辛、甘，温，归心经、脾经、肝经。功能主治：补血和血，调经止痛，润燥滑肠。治月经不调，经闭腹痛，症瘕结聚，崩漏；血虚头痛，眩晕，痿痹；肠燥便难，赤痢后重；痈疽疮窃，跌扑损伤。
地榆炭，苦、酸，凉。归肝、胃、大肠经。功能主治：凉血止血，泻火敛疮。地榆酸涩收敛，性凉清热，味苦沉降，直达下焦，治血热妄行之证，专清下焦血热，用于便血、尿血，崩漏诸证。苦凉泻火解毒，酸涩收敛生肌，故治疗痈肿疮毒，尤为烫伤之良药。
夏枯草，苦、辛，寒。归胆经、肝经。功能主治：清肝明目；散结解毒。主目亦羞明；目珠疼痛；头痛眩晕；耳鸣；瘰疬；瘿瘤；乳痈；痄腮；痈疖肿毒；急、慢性肝炎；高血压病。
茯神，药性：平。药味：甘、淡。归经：归心、脾经。功能主治：宁心、安神、利水。主治：用于心虚惊悸，健忘，失眠，惊痫，小便不利。
藕节，甘涩，平。归胃经、肝经、肾经。功能主治：止血，消瘀。用于吐血，咯血，尿血，崩漏。
甘草，甘，平，归胃经、肺经、脾经。功能主治：清热解毒，润肺止咳，调和诸药；炙甘草能补脾益气。主治咽喉肿痛，咳嗽，脾胃虚弱，胃、十二指肠溃疡，肝炎，癔病，痈疖肿毒，药物及食物中毒。
白术，苦、甘，温。归脾、胃经。功能主治：健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎。用于脾虚食少，腹胀泄泻，痰饮眩悸，水肿，自汗，胎动不安。
栀子炭，苦，寒。入心经、肝经、肺经、胃经。功能主治：清热，泻火，凉血。治热病虚烦不眠，黄疸，淋病，消渴，目赤，咽痛，吐血，衄血，血痢，尿血，热毒疮疡，扭伤肿痛。
黑芝麻，甘，平。归肝、肾、大肠经。功能主治：补肝肾，益精血，润肠燥。用于头晕眼花，耳鸣耳聋，须发早白，病后脱发，肠燥便秘。
本发明中，上述原料协同作用，养阴清热，凉血止血，清肺泻热，使得鼻出血的治疗能够得以缓解，对治疗鼻出血效果显著，且服用安全，治愈彻底，无毒副作用，主要用于儿童及成年人鼻出血。

收集住院鼻出血患者100例，随机分为治疗组50例与对照组50例，治疗组平均年龄25岁；对照组平均年龄25岁，治疗组采用本发明制品进行测试，有效率100％，治愈率95％，对照组采用一般治鼻出血用中药组合物进行测试，有效率为90％，治愈率为81％。
